Bareeq Al Dhahab

#1628 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Blind bought this and I am very satisfied with the longevity and the silage. For an $18 scent this is amazing. It does have similarities to "Oud Mood" but as ithers nite it's very close to Sheik Al Shuyuhk." I think this is a primarily masculine scent, but I know women who will wear it. They wear "Oud Mood" and would probably prefer this. The rose is strong, but not so strong that it has a grandma vibe. Musky sweetness and oud. Not office wear for guys. Cold weather. Go light in tight spaces. Bargain price and worth it! Good Luck & Good Hunting!

Amei o cheiro deste perfume. Ele é muito parecido com o perfume da Avon "Absolute by Exclusive Avon", muito mesmo, comprei o Bareeq porque nas resenhas que li, ele apresentava praticamente as mesmas notas. Na minha opinião a noite de saída do Bareeq fica mais próximo do musgo de carvalho, na qual a diferença da o perfume Absolute by Exclusive Avon é que este tem uma nota de oud mais evidente.

Ez a parfüm ami számomra megtestesíti a kelet férfi varázsát. Tömjén, rózsa az egyik legjobb kombináció. Nagy hasonlóságot fedezek fel az Asdaaf majd al sultannal annyi különbség, hogy az ebben lévő karamell selymessé, lággyá teszi ezt a parfümöt. Ezért nem olyan tömény. Nagyon hosszan tartó nálam(7-12 óra) és az illatfelhő is kiemelkedően teljesít. Nagy kedvenc lett!

Oud + red roses + hot and sweet amber, brutal scent. Boadicea The Victorious Blue Sapphire oriented fragrance with the same brutal performance but twenty something times cheaper. This one is incredible, but careful on warm weather, can go wrong easily.

I'm new at buying perfumes and fragances, and this one is great, if you are starting to collect I would recommend getting this one.

The name translates to "The Glitter of Gold." The complex caligraphy common to all packagings of products from the house translates to Medinah (literaly, The City). As to "Al Wataniah", Google Translate nor DeepL turns in a translation, so I assume it is a proper name. Syntehtic rose and agarwood molecules are quite evident as soon as sprayed - real rose has chocolate notes and causes a salivation effect; there's none of that here. Seconds after the initial spray, it becomes quite complex, with noticeable pepper, floral notes, and a hint of woody terpenes. The aroma is bitter and somewhat acrid, meaning it's harsh without being spicy (like pepper) or irritating (like vinegar). I believe this is why its polarizing reviews. It softens with time becoming much more pleasant. I don't find it projects much, but it seems to be tenacious on the skin. I will have to give it a full wear to confirm this. In summary, do not blind buy this. It's unusual, perhaps welcomed for someone who likes uncommon scents (though nowhere near a Fueguia project like Corvina Negra, which had a fishy opening). In that sense, it brings to mind some exclusive, high-priced fragrances I've sniffed, but my experience in that area is limited, so I can't say to which it might resemble. It is a masculine scent as soon as applied. Initially, it evoked a man with a gold chain on his chest, not very refined. After a few minutes, as I said, it changes quite a bit. If you're a woman, just wait a few minutes, you might find it enjoyable. I know little about oriental perfumery, but if I think of a sample from a very high-priced house of that origin, I can find some similarity in the opening. In the case of that sample, it was disastrous, later morphing to very pleasant notes. This one plays on that side, without being a clone (as far as my ability to smell samples goes), as is often the case with many Middle Eastern houses. I don't see this worn by youngsters, it has a serious undertone: i.e. it would be completely off the mark in a club or a get together with friends olus alcohol and loud indieteonic nusic. This is more of a 40+ scent to be worn discreetly in social occasions, and dressed accordingly. Ideally for the Winter or Fall.

Me serví un vaso de Coca Cola normal luego rocié un poco de Bareeq y no se parecen en nada, Bareeq se siente mas dulce que la saborear la Coca Cola. Dejé un poco de gaseosa en el vaso para que se le vaya el gas y tampoco se le parece. Cuando lo abrí se sintió mucho la rosa blanca y pensé que cometí un error, pero no, mas allá del secado comienza a atenuarse la rosa para quedar con mas presencia el azafrán y el oud, pero no mucho oud. Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud es mucho mas fuerte y Al Noble Ameer es super mas fuerte. La salida parece algo femenino, pero luego del secado se vuelve bastante masculino. Lo calificaría de unisex a masculino para días frescos, muy varonil, pero si una mujer lo desea usar, excelente. Si una mujer se me acerca y tiene esta fragancia, en mí funcionaría como un repelente para mosquitos. Lo dulce mas la rosa logran que se sienta cremoso porque me recuerda alguna crema para manos que usaba mi madre cuando yo era chico, pero es un recuerdo muy lejano, oculto en mi mente. Cálido de proyección cercana, muy duradero y practicamente lineal, ademas desde que lo tengo (2 meses) no ha cambiado nada respecto de los primeros usos. El el trabajo, día fresco, recibí dos comentarios, pero no cumplidos: -Se siente bien el oud, eh! Pero ese "bien" significó "fuerte", pero no quisieron decir "rico".

Normally hate saffron notes but it’s tolerable and well blended into this mix. Opening smells like a fizzy coke that’s almost flat. Actually perks up toward the mid. I can detect pepper and amber, or a candied oud accord. Has a bit of rose with a mild rubbery overtone. I’ve smelled this mix with so many other rose/oud cheapies. It’s pretty good overall and worth a buy. Has a floral musk underpinning that’s a saving grave. Will skank out in the heat.

O Bareeq Al Dhahab abre com um floral bem intenso e quente, a ponto de passar uma impressão feminina nos primeiros minutos. Logo depois, evolui para um perfil marcadamente incensado e amadeirado, com um toque adocicado que deixa a fragrância muito elegante. A fixação é excelente, dura por muitas horas, mas a projeção diminui com o tempo, permanecendo mais próxima da pele. O único ponto negativo é que o cheiro impregna bastante nas roupas.

This seems nice and classy, but unfortunately the incense/smoky notes were too strong for my personal taste, and it was headache inducing. If it wasn't, I would use it more often, but I gave up on this one.

This is an easy to wear slightly sweet Oud & Rose fragrance that leans a bit more masculine. It opens with a very nice light spicy rose. It then gradually gets a bit richer with a very pleasant Oud accord that gives the fragrance some added body. As it dries down there is a hint of warm caramel and a slight incense edge. Nothing over powering or in anyone’s face. Very easy to wear and enjoyable. If you are a fan of Oud & Rose fragrances this is a nice one to add to the collection, especially for the price.

This is the kind of "oud fragrance" (I wonder if it really has any real oud, but that is irrelevant) that I dislike. It has a distinctive, bitter, burnt, decaying, garbagey, disgusting, and stomach-churning smell, in the vein of Shurah by Rasasi (they are not similar, though), Marchand des Aromes' Oud (a hellish local brew that I detest), or like scents. It does project and lasts, so that can be a plus if you like it. I certainly don't.

This doesn't smell like BtV Blue Sapphire or Oud Dream. I'm not even sure how those got added to the "reminds me of" list. I get more D&G The One vibes from this. Oud, Saffron, and Rose all back an overall sweet experience led by the caramel accord. Pretty good performer for the price, but nothing like what's being suggested. This is a standard, cold-weather, Arabic-focused perfume.

Para o meu gosto, é um perfume maravilhoso, não indico o blind, pois não é uma fragrância comum. Ótima performance, 8h-10h, com umas 3h de projeção. Pode ser compartilhado, até pode, mas creio ser uma fragrância bem mais masculina. Adoro o incenso dele, maravilhoso. Um dos meus perfumes preferidos do momento.
