Kayaan Classic

I have just done an on-skin A/B with Kayaan Classic and a decant of DHI. A reviewer below (and others) state Kayaan Classic draws closer to DHI 2011, alas I have no idea what year my decant was drawn from. Regardless, the opening of my DHI is transcendent. There's a three dimensionality to it, with iris at the top, leather at one end of the triangle, woods at the other, and vanilla weaving in and out, pulling it all together in perfect harmony. It's mesmerizing and probably my favorite opening of any fragrance I've smelled. By contrast the opening of Kayaan Classic is much more linear. The iris jumps out immediately, and the leather, woods, and vanilla combo just kind of whimpers very meekly in the back. This causes Kayaan Classic to open much cooler, imo. This coldness is, in comparison to the majesty of DHI, underwhelming and perhaps even a bit synthetic. And so, for the first 15 minutes I am disappointed in Kayaan Classic. It's allegedly the DHI clone par excellence, and if this is as good as it gets then I guess I'll just have to keep to the OG. Happily, that's only the very opening chapter. After 15 minutes they start to converge. The iris settles down in Kayaan Classic at the same time the vanilla, woods, and leather start to come forward. Whereas DHI loses its 3D quality at almost exactly the same time, as everything just kind of meshes together after the open. Now, here's the real lede: to my nose this convergence continues until these two fragrances land in the *exact* same spot. Kayaan Classic becomes DHI and DHI becomes Kayaan Classic. They are *indistinguishable* after 30-45 minutes. This is incredible. Kayaan Classic is beyond any shadow of a doubt the best clone I've ever smelled. It's the closest to its inspiration, and its just flat out great smelling. NOTHING I've ever gotten on my nose on compares. It's amazing stuff. I can honestly say that after the openings pass I am indifferent between it and DHI, and that, like DHI I prefer it over the other iris-forward men's fragrances so popular today. What a steal. If you're inclined then get yourself a bottle, stat.

So honestly speaking, I just started really getting into collecting fragrances about two years ago. I'm ashamed to say that I'd NEVER EVEN SMELLED Dior Homme Intense or ANY truly "Lip-Stick" Iris forward fragrances before gettin this gem, and If I had, I didn't even know that it was DHI at the time. I ended up "Blind-Buying" Kayan Classic bc Ive heard so, SOOO many rave reviews about DHI, and having never even tried it before, curiosity got the best of me and so I searched out what was considered to be THEE BEST DHI clone on the market. So, at fist I wasn't sure if I even liked this dna bc it straight up smelled like Lip Stick and then "Baby Powder" when it dried down. Well fast-forward about 5/6 months or so to today, Kayan Classic has really "macerated" nicely! I now get an airy powdery-ness with an equally airy Vanilla, and the best part is that Kayan Classic no longer just smells like "Lip Stick" and then "Baby Powder" when it dries down. It's possible that my pallet has changed some because I've now smelled so many fragrances from Niche, Designer to Cheapies and Clones since I'd first tried Kayan Classic that I'm now able to "Wrap my head around" and understand this beautiful dna much better than before, but I'm still convinced that Maceration had a huge part in my change of opinion. Performance has also greatly improved as I can smell this on clothes upto a couple days after I've used it. I also tried DHI at the mall and yeah, Kayan Classic is basically a one to one with DHI with a few caveats. It just offers superb quality and I honestly feel that Kayan Classic has made spending between $150 to $200 on DHI completely unnecessary. Kayan Classic is a stellar 9 outta 10 fragrance imo, and it has made an Iris lover outta me. Thanks to whomever took the time to read my thoughts on Kayan Classic😉

YouTube said Kayaan Classic is the best Dior Homme Intense clone out there. Given DHI has been watered down while price tags have been skyrocketing, this was my best bet at experiencing DHI on a budget and I wasn't disappointed at all. Bottle looks absolutely gorgeous, heavy with a dense metal cap and a good atomizer. For the price, the quality of ingredients (especially the orris butter - iris) is top notch and so is the blend. The only difference I find between the DHI and this is the iris note being denser, very slightly more lipsticky here than being airy and slightly balsamic on the DHI. I'm really splitting hairs here. Most noses won't be able to tell the difference between the OG and the clone. Great performance - upto 4 hrs on skin (personally) and upto 9 hrs on fabric. You will get faint whiffs of it if you dig your nose into your shirt for upto 11-12 hrs as well. (Let the bottle sit for a little over a month to extract it's optimal performance) The projection is moderate. Expect about arms length and a couple of feet of sillage for the first 2 hrs after which the scent bubble reduces until it becomes a skin scent. Even the DHI isn't a loud fragrance, at least not anymore after suffering many formulations. Not a compliment puller in my experience but if you enjoy the iris note, you're likely to enjoy this fragrance on yourself more than how it comes across to other people. Wear it during the colder months of the year to dates, even offices if you're quite daring.

Let me start by saying the majority of frags marketed on social media are overly hyped and don't perform anywhere close to advertised. That being said this frag isn't supposed to last all day. Dior Homme Intense doesn't last on skin all day either. It's not the Parfum, which is overly sweet and syrupy amber that dominates the fragrance and never evolves(open,heart,base) away from that syrupiness(sp). Anyone who says this is like the Parfum has no clue what they are saying!!! The Iris and powdery notes are the only similarity. Kayaan Classic is almost a dead ringer to DHI. I'm actually shocked. The only difference is the creamy, buttery, lipstick like drydown isn't as refined, but it's real close! 95% exact match and $35 - $40 vs $150. The opening is very strong Iris and powdery, I don't get the citrus or bergamot, but maybe it's just faint to the florals. The drydown is very smooth and the iris gradually gives way to the Vanilla muskiness with hints of floral. Realistically it performs for about 4 - 5 hours on skin before it gradually becomes intimate, which is what it's designed to do! On clothing its a little longer 7 - 8+ hours depending on how aggressive you are spraying it. Sillage is more than arms length, but not room filling. 5 - 6 feet easy and about 3 hours. I would not go as far as saying it outperforms DHI, but its not far behind. Very close and again $40 vs $150. I highly recommend it! 9/10

Overall thoughts and scent profile: This is easily the best dior homme intense clone out there, it smells irisy and very premium for the price. On skin it smells nearly identical to dior homme intense during the top and mid, but the dry down smells closer to dior homme parfum, which smells less refined, smells slightly musky in an unpleasant way. On fabrics it does smell nearly identical to dior homme intense though whole way through, though with worse performance (than dior homme intense) Presentation and bottle quality: Quite nice presentation, the bottle looks nice but is a fingerprint magnet. Performance: Very mediocre performance, I find that dior homme intense already has moderate performance, this is maybe even slightly worse, requires overspraying and reapplications if you wanna be smelled throughout the whole day. Blind buy worthiness and value: Easy blind buy if you like that dior homme intense scent profile, and even if you've never smelled that scent profile before I think you'd still probably love it, almost all of my non fraghead friends either love it or at least tolerate it. Excellent value especially if you can find it under 40$, it has almost entirely replaced my bottle of dior homme intense, I find it to layer well with jpg le male le parfum or maison alhambra glacier le noir (on fabrics), Final rating: 8/10

Based on the rewievs I finally decided to try blind buy. Today afternoon I received this one Kayaan classic. In the morning I sprayed my DHI, which I use for last 5 years on myself. In the afternoon once I picked up this Kayaan classic I immediatelly tried firstly on the paper and than on my skin. I was surprised how close is this to DHI. There is more orange vibe in Kayaan at the top and little bit more sweet, but nothing what leads you out of DHI. Longevity and sillage needs to be checked, but in any case similarity perfect. I’ve noticed that here on fragnatica are wrongly listed notes, so it is misleading. The correct notes are: Top notes: Tuscan Iris, Italian orange Middle notes: Leather, Rose Base notes: Sandalwood, Ambrette (musk mallow), Agarwood (oud), Cedar Edit : 1,5 month later I would say the performance is weaker than original. For 1,5 hour it works great with good sillage, after that it becomes more skin scent which lasts maybe 5 hours. I suppose that after 2 hours I am probably nose blind as I got compliment after 7 hours from application, but I barely smell it. In any case in comparison with DHI I really have to hugely overspray to get at least 5-6 hours longevity. DHI 3-4 spray are enough, Kayaan I am not affraid to spray 20.

DAAAANG! These freakin' "Clones" are KILLIN' IT! YO! I got a bottle of Kayan Classic when it first came out so idk how the later batches are, it really does depend on the house's Quality Control. But man, after NOT having used this for a few months and trying again just now?.. MIND-BLOWN! Its so rich and dense, yet airy and etherial! Truley fantastic! And the longevity has certainly improved as wrll lasting and EEEEASY 8 to 9 hours on skin and days on clothes. I cannot emagine the latest batches of DHI being any better than Kayan Classic especially after maturating for over a year! I have a few other clones which are just SUPERB now after "Maturating" as well. Fragrance World's Suites, Maison Alhambra Bright Peach, Lovely Cherry, Tuscano Leather, Tobacco Touch and possibly my FAVE Clone and damned near Fragrance in general Armaf's Milestone! And a few others. I mean spending a ton of cash on the originals with their ATROCIOUS reformulations (which ha e gotten me lately A LOT!) It just seems DUMB to take those costly risks with these high quality, super affordable "Clones" around! A damned 9 outta 10 scent (Clone or NOT!!) Simply Superb!😊

Ive had my bottle of Kayan Classic for over 2 years now, and I havent worn it a ton bc imo, its very "Formal/Classy" and I just dont attend those types of events much, but DAYAAAMN does this smells freakin' INTOXICATING and especially after having it Maturation for 2 years! So so good, theres just no point in getting DHI since Kayan Classic has come out. The teview below me is 100% Correct about it smelling "Synthetic" when first sprayed, but after a month or two that Synthetic vibe is completely gone and youre left with thee most intoxicating, smooth, rich, almost Choclatey-lip-stick iris I'VE ever smelled! Then after it begins to transition during the far mid it just seems to get better and better, smelling super masculine, elegant and just amazing! Performance and sillage are both great after a few months, although this does NOT lasts up to 12 hours on skin, its more like between 8 to 9 hours which is still very good. Just a 10 outta 10 clone for sure! And THE PROJECTION! WHEW! LOL.. honestly even most of my "Niche frags" dont get this kinda reaction from me... Cheers!

Yeah, so this fragrance "Maturates" very, VERY nicely! I have had it for about a year now, but man! Kayan Classic has gotten deeper, richer, stronger and lasts quite a bit longer than it did when Id first recieved it. I can most definately pick up on the Vanilla more and that "Lip Stick Iris" is REALLY front and center! I did 2 spritzes on my arm besides what I wore for my SOTD, and the 2 spritzes of Kayan Classic was out shining my 14 sprays of CK One Essence Parfume. It still going strong on my arm and its been almost 8 hours now, while CK One Essence Parfume is barely hanging on my shirt for dear life, its barely there! Lol! So, who needs to pay HUNDREDS for Dior Homme Intense when youve got this MONSTER! lol. Nah, but Im very happy with my bottle, especially now! Freakin' GORGEOUS!

I really don't know how to describe the smell of this fragrance but I'M ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH IT!! I wanted to buy it last year in like november/december and since then I completely forgot about it. Saw it on discount a week ago and added it to cart immediately. For a date night or a special occasion, this is a no-brainer. Wonderful scent, smells like bourbon vanilla mixed with few different notes that I can't really describe what they smell like, but the vanilla is kind of vanilla smell that's similar to Liquid Brun, but not in a gourmandy way, but very creamy and "rich". I'd say this is definitely unisex. Performance of this fragrance are not great, but also not bad at all, it's basically a skin scent after like 4-6 hours in my opinion.

I bought a few dupes of popular designer colognes. Had to give this one a shot given how good the ratings were. I was disappointed with most of the dupes, except for this and Khamrah. Kayaan does not give me a head ache or smell synthetic. It's actually very pleasant and actually smells very close to Dior Homme intense (I have only tested it in store). I feel like the performance is not as loud and long lasting but still very nice pleasant smell. Maybe a bit soapy. The bottle quality is also quite impressive. The cap for example is much heavier and solid compared to my YLS Y bottle. P.s If anyone is wondering, the dupes that I did not like were: Bade'e Al Oud Honor & Glory and Fakhar by Lattafa.

Love this inspiration of DHI. In comparison to Rayhaan Obsidian, Kayaan Classic is less potent, it's like a glass of beer vs a shot of whisky. Obsidian will announce you easily when you enter a room, and will last a long time. Kayaan Classic is more subtle, it's iris comes across like a whiff in the air, and then slowly settles into a more powdery form. This is an iris fragrance that should be more mass-appealing, a softer cozier touch. Moderate longevity, but no problem, just carry a decant for a second spray in the day. It's been sold out this 2026, and those who had it are price-gouging. I understand from the shop I buy from that Al-Wataniah is bringing it back into production.

So I decided after long time to treat myself and get a new expensive perfume. After 2 weeks of testing in the fragrance shops I bought Armani Code but I was extremely disappointed with the performance of this perfume...lasted no more then 1hr etc...So I deep dived in to the world of fragrances, started to read reviews and watch videos....and after nearly a month I got myself this piece - Kayaan Classic Al Wataniah... I tried Dior Homme Intense at the shop...and I loved it...its different and nice perfume and Al Wataniah is apparently very close....and it is...I love it....I got it today and first impression is amazing :) see how it performs in next few weeks....

Please fix the notes information, dear Fragrantica According to Al Wataniah Official Website, the notes are: Top notes: Tuscan iris, Italian orange Middle notes: Leather, rose Base notes: Sandalwood, ambrette, agarwood, cedar To my nose, this opens as a straight iris-powdery bomb with just a little bit of citrus. I can’t really detect the leather or rose in the middle notes. In the drydown, it turns into an iris-powdery sandalwood scent, though the sandalwood feels really soft here. I can also pick up some musky and slightly floral nuances, probably coming from the ambrette. Well, different noses, different experiences, but that’s how it smells to me at least.

If you like lipsticky iris fragrances and enjoy the Dior Homme Intense DNA but find it too expensive or too formal, Kayaan Classic delivers exactly what you’re looking for. Powdery iris, warm spices, smooth woods and a subtle citrus touch make it elegant, comforting and very wearable for daily winter use. Performance is solid (6–8 hours with moderate projection). Yes, you need to overspray — I use 6–8 sprays — because this is not a beast-mode scent. Now let’s be honest about the reviews here: It’s obvious that many people are leaving opinions without actually wearing the fragrance, sometimes without even smelling it. Some reviews feel entirely imaginary.

I bought this for my son and absolutely fell in love with it! Purchasing a full bottle for myself as well. Most definitely a unisex fragrance! The powdery, lipsticky iris is nicely balanced with a good dose of vanilla and I swear I keep getting wafts of chocolate. Don’t really pick up on the citrus notes, but the rose, which I typically don’t care for, makes a faint and necessary appearance in the background, along with some warm spices. My god, it’s enchanting! Thought the longevity was lacking, but hours into my workday, a colleague complimented me from several feet away, so perhaps I just went noseblind. Great value if you like this kind of DNA!

Kayaan Classic is excellent. I just wanted to add that it is closer to Dior Homme Original than to Dior Homme Intense to me. DHI is slightly sweeter and more complex. Kayaan Classic is a well made, tart, linear iris accord from start to finish, just like Dior Homme Original., I sprayed it on the volar/underside of my wrist, and I sprayed Dior Homme Original on the dorsal/top side of my hand and wrist. Flipping my hand back and forth and sniffing, I honestly can't tell the difference. I find that it layers beautifully with Lattafa His Confession. His Confession softens and slightly sweetens the tartness and sharp edges of Kayaan Classic.

I have no idea what DHI smells like so I can't compare, but on its own, and for that price, Kayaan is a great everyday, fresh, clean fragrance. I assume that the original DHI has a little something else that makes it more masculine because this one is as unisex as it gets. It reminds me of those fabric softener sheets that you put in the dryer with your clothes lol. You take that, add a little sweetness to it, and you've got Kayaan. The main accords listed are fairly accurate, a powdery iris scent with a very subtle touch of sweetness from the vanilla is exactly what you get. And it lasts forever on my clothes. Easy 5/5.

I recommend this to any fan of the DNA. This vanilla smells so much better than the ones used in many other clones. I actually smell a similar note as grand soir somewhere in here after the open, although my nose isn't good enough to single it out (maybe it really is just the type of vanilla?)... I personally love it, the blend was great out of the box although the projection is weak. It will last a good amount of time on your skin, I just don't know if people can even smell it on me. Still, for a clone this cheap, it is ridiculously well done. I would say just buy it at ~20 dollars. Best clone in my collection.

Extremely sensual men's fragrance. Designer level juice quality. Everything is well blended to perfection. Projects moderately for 4hrs on skin and lasts about 5-6hrs. It's a 10/10 scent no debate. Best suited for daytime in winter, spring and fall. You can also pull this off on a date night because it's a very sexy/sensual fragrance, but the powdery aspect can make it lean a bit feminine. It could be worn before bed as well as that powdery note is very soothing and cozy. Just don't over apply this thing. An absolute banger and very close the OG. Blind buy safe if you know the DHI DNA well.

Recently smelled a sample of Givenchy Gentleman Eau De Parfum and immediately thought, "why does this smell so familiar?" Grabbed my bottle of Kayaan Classic from earlier this year to smell, and they are 1:1 identical. This doesn't smell quite as luxurious and seductive as DHI, but if you like Givenchy Gentleman EDP then you may as well pick this up because it's literally the exact same. To be honest, Kayaan Classic is just the slightest bit better once matured because the iris note pops out more clearly as opposed to GG EDP where the quality is a bit more buttery.

I would not say this is DHI or Valentino Oumo either. However this is a beautiful powdery vanilla fragrance that is more fresh than dark and sweet compare to DHI. Do not think of Pride L’Homme that’s more fresh than this. This definitely has the same DNA but does its own thing which in my opinion and to my nose it’s smells way more wearable for daily occasions or just chilling at home it’s not intoxicating or headache inducing just pleasant and soft I love it if montagne or dua do not work for me I will definitely get a back up bottle of this.

Wonderful chocolate iris that smells much more expensive than the 25€ I paid to buy it. If you've smelled the original and liked it, there's no reason to pay the extra money since this exists. Everything from the packaging to the duration and the price is excellent. One of the best clones out there without a doubt. I also own the Dark Door Intense from Maison Alhambra which is also very good but Kayaan Classic easily wins mainly in quality. I honestly don't see any reason not to buy this stuff if you are iris or chocolate lover.10/10 easily.

Picked this up in early July and was seriously underwhelmed with the performance. The fragrance itself was a great interpretation of what Dior Homme intense does, but it was virtually undetectable after 3 hrs or so. Much like the current formulation of the original I'm led to believe. Tried it again today and I'm happy to say that performance has improved markedly. I'm about 8 hrs in and can still catch faint whiffs occasionally with moderate projection. I'm now more than happy to have this in my collection.....

I really loved the old batches of dior homme intense. The old batches have that lipsticky iris smell to die for. This one is so close to the older dior homme intense. It's also really high quality and smooth, Not as smooth as dior homme intense but I it's really high quality. But unfortunately it doesn't last at all. It sits close to your skin immediately. Wish it had better performance. But overall if you love the older DHI like me, you will be good, You just have to take your bottle everywhere and reapply it.

Kayaan Classic is a great blind buy. The first 10 minutes smell a bit synthetic, but after that it becomes incredibly smooth and very mass-appealing. The iris and vanilla are well blended and smell high quality. Longevity is good, around 6 hours, and after that it stays as a soft skin scent for several more hours. Considering its price, the value for money is outstanding. If you're looking for the Dior Homme DNA at a much lower price, this is one of the best options available.

OK So after about 5 Bottles of 150ml Dior Homme intense I saw this Kayaan Classic on a Favorite YT Channel of mine. DHI 150ml costs €130,- over here So Why not try the €30,- Clone right ?! Tried it on just now, And I must admit, this smells 95% simillair. It’s Crazy good. For now the performance seems not that great but I Will try Tomorrow and update here. I don’t know Why but the vibe i get from this fragrance makes me feel like it smells more like DHI then DHI itself.

Amazing. 3-4 months of maceration really made it shine as it is. As everyone else says, straight out of the box when I got it, yes, it did smell powdery and quite cheap. After 3-4 months, no more powdery smell, just straight up deep, rich, creamy iris with vanilla. This is a very gothic, floral and romantic fragrance, the type of vampire you find in a garden full of flowers. Extremely underrated fragrance that you need to invest time and patience you won't regret.

Wow it's exellent it nails the Dior Homme dna perfectly I have both the DH and this and I can tell they're almost identical to my nose (I've let it macerate for 2 weeks). This was a bout 30 euros while DH is around 180 or so euros now needless to say Kayaan classic is a easy blind buy if you like DH and for the price it's excellent. It's good for men 20's and up I'll say great for any occasion but especially for office or for everyday easy reach.

The YT hype finally paid off for me )) Been waiting for this to come back in stock for a year. Blind bought 2 bottles. The best blind buy ever. Such a great iris scent profile, with emphasis on flowers and vanilla, beautiful soft leather in dry-down, with spicy woods peeking out from it throughout. And it lasts all day. Signature scent worthy in colder months, even in cooler summer evenings. PS: Notes listed here are guessed by someone or what?

This is just DHI if DHI learned to speak Arabic. Nah seriously 1:1 to my nose, they nailed that waxiness the dior is known for. If we're nitpicking the top notes might come off very slightly more citrusy but I'm talking SLIGHTLY. I'd still struggle to tell them apart in a blind smell next to one another. Performance is meh, didn't have high expectations due to reviews and also the fact that my own DHI batch is mediocre in performance.

Got this for what amounts to 30 euros last week. It nails the scent profile of DHI, especially the bergamot in the opening is prevalent on top of this creamy sheet of iris. But as others have mentioned, performance is not good at the moment, vanishing after approximately 2 hours. Could be a maceration issue. The quality is definitely there and for the price it's pretty crazy. I'll give it some time to see how it develops.

There are dozens of sub-par Arabian dupes in the fragrance world, but Al Wataniah's Kayaan Classic is not one of them. This one is smooth, creamy, bright, and lipstick-y. To be able to get a fragrance of such high quality at such a low price is dumbfounding. I recommend getting backup bottles if you want a supply that will last for several winters. Even the box that this fragrance is supplied in is quite luxurious. 10/10.

Absolutely gorgeous bottle, good box as well, makes it one perfect gift. I am someone who's after masculine scents, and this is safe for such a category. Opens up with a clear begamot citrusy scent with lavender. Gets more floral as it dries down. It's definitely a very smooth scent. The reason i am not categorizing it as a love is because it lasts about 6 hours on clothes and projects for about 2-3 hours on skin.

Look! It is a very true dupe of Dior Homme Intense. And it a great scent for men. But laaaadies, hear me out, it is also an absolutely perfect scent for a strong confident woman. When you need a little pick me up and confidence boost before important day? Perfection! This woody iris with some vanilla doesn’t smell masculine, when worn on women. A very true unisex smell. Love to steal this one from my boyfriend!

This is soo good I was surprised almost but it's probably the smoothest smell of my collection and I own dior homme 2020/ have test smelled the others so I know this one is good. frankly I recommend this for any gu, i don't yet know about the longevity but for this smell at this price point of about 30 euros with shipping I can tell you just decant it and use it throughout the day if it starts fading.

The notes on fragrantica dont make sense to be honest. This is a Straight up clone of our beloved Dior Homme Intense. Powdery iris, cocoa, woody and warm scent. Kayaan has something more, a tiny touch of vanilla/powdery tonka bean in the opening and dry down. If you like DHI, this is a straightforward blind buy. Longevity not that great, I get max 5-6h, maybe this needs a few months of maceration.

Something smells odd about this perfume, especially in the opening, me dislike but if you can get over the opening it smells nice in the drydown despite the odd note. Update: After letting the fragrance macerate for a couple of weeks, the odd note disappeared, and I absolutely love Kayaan now, Very close to DH in the opening but the drydown evolves more vanillic after it has settled on the skin.

I have both Dior Homme and Dior Homme Intense. For me, this one is close and good enough to skip the originals. It projects a little bit less, not as fresh and soapy as the Dior Homme, but it is pretty close to the Intense version, same opening, same DNA. To be honest, I don't think anyone would notice you are not wearing the OG. Fantastic scent and a steal for the price (around 25 euros)

Iris, Vanilla, bit of woodiness, and maybe just something like cardamom. Needs to sit for 1 month at least, gets better with time. First time spraying only got strong IRIS and nothing else. Very well blended for a clone, but not perfect. After the dry down really do enjoy the scent, can't get enough of it. The combination of Iris and Vanilla is superb. Can't go wrong for the price. 9/10

@antonakis91 Have you considered you might have had a bad batch/bottle? Either that or there’s a lot of people here and over at Parfumo talking bollocks. I got a bottle this week. The stuff is 90% close off my skin and, like you, I’ve bought DHI for over a decade. Granted, DHI is classier, but for a few dollars this stuff is outstanding value. Take your bottle back.

This is a very good fragrance, a bed of iris intertwined with vanilla is the main notes that pop up to me. Of course there's slightly more to it but that's the dna very present throughout. The projection is medium and it lasts for a relatively long time. I like to Layer it with Versace dreamer, it smells fire like that, but it's just as good on its own.

I just got this perfume today — keep in mind I paid €17 for it (about $19.74 USD) — and wow, what a perfume this is! As a collector, I honestly don’t know how they managed to pull this off. DHI is my all-time favourite, so maybe I’m a little biased, but the quality in this is nuts. I can’t stop smelling the arm I sprayed it on!

The notes on fragrantica confused me, it smells nothing as described. I get a powdery Cocoa with tonka, iris and woodyness. Super masculine and sexy Great date scent and due to the price it's even my dumb reach for now, love the presentation and has a cool bottle as well with a heavy cap. I swear clone frags are a blessing...

There is no way someone dislikes this, it smells classy and sophisticated, has a lot of personality and yet very demure, I have a new obsession and intrigues people around me with the smell , I haven't smell yet the Dior Homme but if this one its similar I'm definitely getting it because this fragrance its something else !

In a strip by strip comparison with DHI 2025, I think this one is: More -bright rooty carrot iris -bubbly sweet aromatic lactonic (almost lemon cake vibe) -little stronger cocoa butter accord Less -dark and warm -woody and spicy -dark soapy floral 1,5 H of weak projection. Performance is pretty bad, even after two months.

I have a 2015 bottle of Dior Homme Intense, and this makes it totally redundant to me. One of the best in my collection, and a fantastic clone. I also have Zimaya Inekas Luna, which I love equally as much. It does it’s own thing with the chestnut note, and I think both are worth having if you like this style.

I've never smelt the original DHI but to me this perfume is addictive and irrestiable for myself to stop smelling. It would be a perfect date night fragrance, it comes off as put together, sexy and sophisticated and cofident. I have heard of projection issues but that's nothing a little overspray can't fix.

Honestly if you have 30 bucks and youre inclined on buying this fragrance just go and buy it. I dont even need to say its a clone of Dior homme, everyone knows it but imho its identical to the original and not to intense. Everything is quality and presentation is beutiful. Fantastic fragrance investment.
