What an interesting perfume! A very unique fragrance, a bit challenging, perhaps not for every nose or for those just starting out in the world of niche perfumery, but very pleasant and, for me, above all, very elegant. This is Italian and Mediterranean elegance in a bottle. The note that stands out most on my skin is patchouli, but a sweet patchouli, which, when combined with citrus, spices, and chocolate, creates a very pleasant sensation. The green notes and soft, powdery florals reinforce the fragrance's personality and make it more sparkling, without ever losing its woody and spicy character. At its base, guaiac wood is also added, giving it a slightly smoky touch (when I first tried it, I thought it might be incense or some kind of resin, or even a combination with tobacco or tar, but looking at the notes, it makes sense that it could be that); and ambergris, which contributes a certain ambery and animalic sweetness, even leaving a slightly soapy sensation when mixed with the spices. I find it a very versatile perfume. Although the opening might intimidate some, the dry-down transforms into aromatic, fresh, and even citrusy woods that are delightful. I don't know if it's a perfume that will garner compliments, but what I do know is that it's a perfume that makes a statement from head to toe, perhaps a perfume for a more mature audience and to wear with relatively formal clothing (although, given its versatility, I see it as suitable for any season). The performance is very, very good, lasting over 8 hours on my skin, with quite good projection for almost three hours. Although it's not the type of scent I usually like, and when I tried it on blotting paper it was probably my least favorite in the collection, I have to say that on skin it has gained a lot of points and, although it's still not my favorite from the brand, I would place it in the high range, in terms of my personal taste, and outstanding in terms of quality.
