Woman In Rose

Light, fresh, at first this arrives as a cool rose laced with mint that is almost - and surprisingly - metallic. Settles to a pleasant rosey floral - more a light edgy tea rose than a face powdery old lady rose. Is there really no rose in this? I love this scent, because of the juxtaposition of get up and go minty metal and light feminine flowers. Its an easy to live with greeny floral scent that doesn't intrude or outstay it's welcome that I could wear it for work in the summer ... but that would do it a disservice... It's true beauty for me is that it's odd feminine floral with cool mint is my signature fragrance for fun. Its a wake up call in the morning to go out and enjoy life! The mint is the vast icy mountains I snowboard in, the rose is the delight that under all those baggy snowclothes I'm a woman!

I absolutely love this perfume! This is one of those fresh invigorating sporty kinds, like Rosamor by Oscar de la Renta. If there is no rose present here, they sure did a hell of a job to recreate the rose scent....the pale pink dewy rose. Perfect for summer days and sports! I spend a lot of time at the gym on a daily basis and my collection of fresh scents is most heavily in use, although i am a fan of heavy fragrances with monster sillage. That being said, I try to pick my sports perfumes to be somewhat original and with decent sillage too. And Woman in Rose turned out to be one of those!

I found this on holiday while in Vanuatu a few years ago - and it's been my favourite. But alas could not find it in the shops in Australia - finally found it online - woohoo!!! Happy day!! I wear this all the time - and get such lovely compliments. It's not over powering, very feminine, fresh and not heavy on the rose at all!!

Very pleasing, spirit uplifting soft peppery -floral mix. It works somehow sophisticated, it's softly-fresh and very well balanced floral scent. Wonderful feminine perfume and one of my favourites summer-day florals. I love it sooooo much, I'm on third bottle already. It works fantastic on my skin, always get compliments.

In3 words, ( I'M IN LOVE). This fragrance also reminds me of my best memories...i can smell the sweetness of rose in it ...it's really my favourite <3 *

What a wonderful Floral-Green this is! The pink pepper at the beginning is light and blends well with the bergamot. It's a not-too-strong, yet refreshing fragrance that's perfect for Spring & Summer. The middle notes are very well-balanced, aromatic, and create a nice vibe with the invigorating top notes. I was expecting a very woodsy dry down because of the base notes, but like the rest of the other notes, the ending blends harmoniously with the top and middle. This is a fragrance that is seamless and is wonderfully balanced throughout. I will update later on how long it actually lasts. **UPDATE: It has lasted 10 hours on me so far and still going strong. However, I've been in the house most of today, so it might be different if you're out in the heat. Also, I thought I should add that something about it makes me think of KELLY CALECHE....but without the leather note and MUCH more wearable I think! (But don't take my word for it bec. I can't compare them simultaneously at the moment).

I don't get any rose whatsoever in this perfume and I was wondering why it is called woman in rose, but looking at the notes it seems that my nose is right since no rose is listed in the notes. I have not worn it enough to judge but for the first few times it sounds more like a well behaved young nice fruity floral mixture to me than a floral green. light and very wearable, unlike many fruity perfumes it does not smell synthetic...I think it suits more younger crowds but I am going to keep it for the summer since it is very light and not overpowering.Suitable for everyday use, nothing complicated about this scent. P.S Smells beautiful and natural and unique, you will get complements with this happy optimistic scent!

Well, we meet again.. This time I just fell totally! Last time I thougt you were too much of everything. Now - wow! One of few scents with Cedar that not turn maleish on my skin. Now I can smell soft, fresh wood, Bergamot, Pink Pepper, Freesia, Jasmin and Musk. No sugarsweet or fruitysweet notes and I love that.Longlasting on my skin. A keeper! Ok, så vi möts igen.. och denna gången föll jag som en sten. Sist gång var du för mycket av allting. Nu - wow! En av få dofter med Cederträ som inte blir manlig på min hud. Nu kan jag känna mjuka fräscha tränoter, Bergamott, Rosa Peppar, Freesia, Jasmin och Musk. Inga söta eller fruktsöta doftnoter och det gillar jag. Långlivad på min hud. En doft som platsar på parfymhyllan!

I really like rose scents and I bought a tiny 25ml bottle of this unsniffed. I was a little disappointed at first as it doesn't have that sweet, powdery, jammy type of rose but rather it's a fresher, greener scent with a rose afterthought. Now I'm quite fond of it and it's a great office perfume - it has staying power without being overpowering. It's also a little unusual so chances are you won't smell like everyone else in the place! It's a nice complement to the mre common rose scents such as Paris for those who like those scents.

Absolutely lovely! There is no Rose-note in this one but there is an airy Rosy smell. to me this is a true fresh halfsweet Rose-scent with a smooth pink pepper edge. Maybe not for the teenager, but sure for the woman. Very longlasting and leave nice rose-trail where you go. Absolut underbar! Det finns ingen Ros-not i denna men den har en luftig Rosnot. Detta är en fräsch halvsöt Rosdoft med en snäll mjuk varm pepparnot. Kanske inte för tonåringen men absolut en doft för kvinnan. Otroligt hållbar och med skön utstrålning.

Im not a fan of fresh scents but I actually like this one. Its interesting because I can smell all the notes that they mentioned up there, I like the smell of pepper mixed with the mint and the jasmine, wich is quind of a new smell experience to me. On my skin it is a bit masculine but I love it, its a very refreshing scent, I probaly will wear it or hot summer days after a bath, this perfume scream "I'm clean".

I can't identify rose in this as the name suggests. The pepper and bergamot combine to create a strong grapefruit smell which I like. This is addictive and I can't stop smelling my wrist. Long lasting and unique. Best suited for warmer weather but is strong enough to brighten a dreary cold day.

I got several complements when I was wearing it and even I decided to buy another bottle but unfortunately in my country it was very hard to find so I changed my mind.It is not very longlasting but it is lovely, natural and young...and I liked the bottle.

I love this! Modern, fresh and very feminine. I can't stop sniffing my wrist.

07.october 2013 Found it today in the thrift shop. I thought it would be a delicate rosy scent (as the name suggests, since i didn ́t know the notes). Well, since i didn ́t know the notes i thought at first that it must be fake, because no rose in here! As the time passed i tried to detect a rose scent and at one moment i guess my brain said: "ok, you want to smell rose - here you go!". And indeed at one moment i started to smell a delicate spicy rose, but t was incredibly delicate. I guess it is just a mind games or somehow notes combined so, that it indeed smells like rose at one moment. Other than that it is a spicy peppery - bergamot scent with addition of freesia, nothing more or less. Very soft sillage and relatively weak lasting power. Still in doubt if i would wear it anyway? It is not a bad one, but since my collection is sooo huge i am sure i have much more better ones, similar to this one.

I love this since i first tried it a few years ago and continue to use it from time to time it is a very sophisticate perfume everytime i use it i got a lot of compliments and I think it is a great daytime fragrant. it is just so unconventional yet very wearable. Only if it could last longer( sad that it has no parfum all we could get is EDT)...and if it is easier to locate them.

It is an interesting fragrance. A hint of mint with rose and freesia gives a nice unique aroma to it. Cedar and sandalwood at the base makes it something different too. That's wht it is a floral green. Not a simple rose smell, but rose there is there nicely and strongly. I would not call it safe smell, a kind of unique more. I don't know is its still available.

Intriguing, feminine and beautifully flowery fragrance with a sophisticated hint of greenish and woody notes. Not too strong or loud a composition so it is a carefree and "safe" (but not boring!) choice for everyday wear. One of my favourite florals, definitely.

Unfortunately I did not like it on my skin at all. I even did not like it that much when I was smelling it from the tube. It is to strong with man's cologne scent. I guess it can be worn by some old women who like strong fragrances.

Not a long lasting perfume on me.Some how it just doesnt stay, definitely my chemistry is not right.But over all a very light fresh clean floral fragrant.
