Western Leather White

hmmm. not sure what to make of this one, would not say it was horrible. Personally when I received the sample, was expecting something like a light approach to leather. What I mostly get is a kind of fruit bowl/tropical cocktail smell, probably pineapple or pear being most dominant. it is not overtly sweet but would not call it fresh either. There's a quite soapy undertone which is probably the result of the musk. Briefly put, to me it appears as though the frag couldn't decide whether it wanted to feed me or clean me :) Think people who love green apple/pineapple and musk may see it's appeal, however, am not big on either for now.

Western Leather White could be easily a fresh, light fruity unisex scent with great versatility. Very pleasant if you like apple and pineapple which are the dominant notes here. It could be a release from Bond No 9 house, same "unisex philosophy" and same feeling. There's also mild red berries especially at the opening, as time passes they calm down. Mild pear, very tamed and smooth rhubarb, you must focus to feel it and musk which embraces all the rest notes. Beautiful blend, it feels like a fruit juice, very youthful scent. Sillage is moderate, longevity is above the average.

The notes suggest: fresh, clean, sparkling fruity floral fragrance. But it stinks like sugared rotten apples and pears. Longevity is superb, it is not easy to get rid of this stinkyness. Simply horrible, just nightmare. Very very bad. One of the most hated smells.

What do the notes suggest? Fresh, clean, sparkling fruity floral fragrance. What do I get? Moldy flowers and soured fruit juice, with some musk slapped on to make it more powdery and 'deep'. But really all it does is just stink like a really really bad old toilet freshener. Unfortunately, longevity is not bad, so wasn't an easy task to wash off this nightmare in a bottle. Simply horrible...
