Burj Khalifa

In the air, it is magnificent. Up close off the back of my hand, it’s really harsh. Being one that enjoys smelling my fragrance off my hand/wrist throughout the day, this one’s got me all messed up. I get a heavy dose of oud, ambergris and rose right away. This is blended so well that the combo is intoxicating. I don’t get any fig, and I’m pretty sure the notes above is missing rose. Men and women will both garner positive attention wearing this. Longevity is crazy long. Projection is pretty strong. This one is a performance monster. I would love to smell this off my wife throughout the day. I would wear this myself, I would just have to not spray my wrists so as to just catch the fragrance off my scent bubble. Do not wait to get a sample of this. Sample will probably lead to a bottle.

What a scent! If this is so good then Amber Aoud must be even more amazing. Especially good is the opening but thankfully it stays quite like that for a time. It mostly smells like some flower or incense that has a very light oudy undertone. I also smelt fig for a short period of time. Having tested LV's eLVes which was supposed to be a rose scent, this BK has the same thing in it but it's weaker here, the light oudy-musty/woody tone is stronger and I prefer this than eLVes (eLVes is also very good but much more feminine, even rosy). It smells so nice that I feel I have to get 10 ml of this in my next purchase from AF. It smells nice many hours both on hand and on shirt (sillage from shirt is possibly much smaller as with any scent).

Possibly my favorite from the ones I have from this house. Cloned the opening and heart of Roja's Amber Oud very well. Strong and unabashed, this is a fragrance for the confident and those who are not afraid to stand out. I get a lot of oud with ambergris with a background of sweet fig and rose. This one lasts 12+ hours and will let everyone in your vicinity know you're wearing something. Not for those who like the subtle scents.

To my nose I can hardly tell the difference between this and Amber Aoud. This is an excellent alternative. I really like most of Alexandria's fragrances can't wait to add this to my collection.

Opened up rose oud with patchouli musk and some saffron. Then it just vanished on me. But once in a while when the air moved, I would get Oud Satin Mood vibe. After an hour, the skin spray had sandalwood scent showing up, which very soon turn to motor oil like. This really doesn’t work for me.
