Egyptian Attitude

Being a big fan of Armani Attitude and at a loss that it has been discontinued for so long, I had to try some alternatives. Most of the mentioned similar fragrances like Secret Mission for example, also disco'd. It was such a unique scent and not much out there like it. You are going to have to sell a kidney to obtain the ligit juice nowadays. Enter Alexandria's Egyptian Attitude! I've got to say, im pretty impressed with how close it is to the original Attitude. I still have half of my 50ml original bottle from 2007 for comparison. This is an excellent clone as far as the accuracy goes. The Sicilian lemon top notes are a little more bright and forward and it overpowers the other notes off the top but it fades out in the first 15-30min and you can begin to smell the middle accords that are pretty authentic to the original and it stays authentic the rest of the time on my skin. The opening is fairly different but that is short lived. Like the original, I wish the performance was a little better, it becomes a skin scent in 2-3hrs but i can still smell it most of the rest of the day. Still evaluating this one as I just got it but I am so happy to have a good alternative that I don't have to stash away. Bear in mind that this is comparing a well aged original to a new production so some differences are expected. Alexandria did a great job on Egyptian Attitude! I have also picked up Dua's clone, it is a nice scent but not as authentic. I'll be picking up some backup bottles for sure!

Sweet and manly scent, kind of fresh too I would say. Sweetness is the lavender-cardamom type. I can also smell a bit of citrus (especially on shirt) and patchouli. Both this and Caribbean Cove were very good discoveries when added to my sample pack, I wouldn't have guessed I'd like these. The name doesn't fit: I have no association with Egypt when smelling something like this, it doesn't smell oriental to me.

Just received this beautiful fragrance. Better than the OG in terms of silage and performance. Well done Alexandria!

I've sampled 22 AF fragrances. This one has the least Longevity (only minutes) and Projection (faint). The scent seems good, but it's hard to have a real appreciation for it because it's so fleeting. It's like seeing what appears to be a beautiful woman headed down the escalator while I'm going up. The best response is to smile and move on. Those moments are a wonderful part of life too.

I requested this as an extra in my last sample pack. Perhaps I received a dud sample, but I don't get any of the notes listed. All it smells like to me is a sharp, slightly citrusy soap. Doesn't seem to last very long either. Maybe I'll have to add it to another sampler set with the bigger sized decants to see if it's any different.
