Highlands

I'll be the bad guy here and say this is better than BdP. Spicier, louder, & longer lasting. I have both fragrances and compare them often: Highlands wins every time. Don't get me wrong; I love BdP too

Although not a dead ringer for Creed’s BdP the dry-down is 80%-90% similar. My initial reaction was hesitant because the ingredients don’t seem quite as high quality as those that go into BdP and it doesn’t have the same projection or longevity. However, with time this scent has grown on me and I love the classy barber-shop vibe you get from the citrus/lavender combo. As a stand alone scent this is great - possibly not as harsh as BdP can come across to some. Highlands is definitely for more mature gentlemen who appreciate sophistication. “Debonair” is a word that comes to mind when I think of this scent which is now part of my collection.

This will get most close enough to the OG to be satisfied w/it. Doesn’t get the opening right, but then again...fragrance oils don’t usually get the opening...they get the dry down. For those that are familiar with the OG and really like it, this will probably only be OK. The scent profile definitely suites a specific personality (usually a mature one). Certainly get a sample or get your nose on it before purchase. Otherwise, I wear this year round by varying the sprays and I wear this to every occasion. I enjoy classic fougere DNAs. Content with this...but certainly want to own the OG again.

It’s pretty good. Definitely a mature vibe to it. Like it, don’t love it. Buy the sampler set from Alexandria. Rlly nice for those that like to wear somethin different every day and explore fragrances.

This is a good masculin fougere/barbershop style of fragrance. What botters me is the heavy clove scent in the dry down. I dont like it.
