Other 13

At first spray of AF Other 13, I immediately get sweet pear, nothing else. That’s different to my experience with Le Labo Another 13 as I’m entirely anosmic to the opening for the first 30 minutes. Gradually a very pleasant sweet, clean, woody, fruity accord develops in the air around me that others can detect at a considerable distance, i.e.,easily from the other side of a room. This is a projection monster! I’ve gotten compliments from this fragrance, it’s a lovely, uplifting smell that’s never going to offend anyone. There’s not much more to it than that, the fragrance doesn’t develop any further, it hangs in the air all around me for a good few hours. Apart from the slightly different opening, AF’s and LL’s fragrances are exactly the same, I can’t tell them apart. I am very happy that Alexandria Fragrances have made available this more affordable yet strikingly similar version of Another 13.

Exceptional replication. Virtually indistinguishable and possibly better than the original. I am never one to wear dupes, but I simply can not justify the price point of Another 13, the biggest nothingburger I find myself somehow obsessed with for reasons even I can't explain. It just has such an enchanting aura despite not really smelling of anything. Wear this with a musky floral perfume in spring and you will get compliments until the end of time. When I wear this with Xerjoff Quattro Pizzi, I become unstoppable.

There is a slight minty toothpaste to this that I could do without, but it is much less noticeable after 30 minutes. Then again so is the whole fragrance. Iso E super and musk are both very easy to go noseblind to if you're consistently looking for them (like when testing a perfume). Otherwise, enjoyable. Wouldn't pay a lot of money for this but I snagged a bottle for fairly cheap and was wondering what all the polarizing reviews for Another 13 were about (I havent smelled Another 13 but my experiences with Alexandria so far indicate to me that this is likely a very close clone).

an alluring scent. kinda similar to the molecule line. this is inspired by le labo another 13. i get a clean slightly metallic musky vibe. Other 13 has a low key alluring effect because my lady isnt too excited about frags due to my plus 60 bottles i have, but she consistently comments on this frag. when we take trips, to narrow down to the few frags i will take, i let her choose the frags and other 13 seems to always be 1 of the chosen few.

Smells super clean with a sweet, creamy, slightly powdery vibe that is super addicting and nearly impossible to hate. Smells exactly like le labo another 13, no one will tell the difference, but i will say I am disappointed with the performance. Le labo's projects way heavier and lasts much longer than alexandria which is strange considering they pride themselves on being better than the original.

First of all, l like it very much! Opening with the sweet coconut, and sugar, and then very light ambroxan. I really expect that the ambroxan is stronger, but it’s subtle in the beautiful way. I like it more than Le Labo Another 13 because Le Labo version made me cannot stand for the first time.

I wanted to use it to enhance my other fragrances and make them last longer, however it just made everyting smell like another 13 instead. Uncanny longevity too.

Hmmm...bought a test sprayer of this...not impressed...and I've smelled this before. I swear it's centered on "ISO-E Super" because I was able to copy it by making a mix of: - ISO-E Super - Ethyl 2,4-Decadienoate (pear note) - Ultravanil (Givaudan) - Ethyl Vanillin - Coumarin - Egyptian Musk

So far, kinda disappointed. I bought this for 126$. Even though the scent is pretty similar to another 13 but it’s not as intense and noticeable despite being a “extract de pefume” The opening of another 13 is sharp and metallic, this one is a little coconuty. I need more time for this one!

I have a bottle of Alexandria's Other 13 and a small sampler (5ml) of Le Labo Another 13. They seem pretty similar and I might even say I like Alexandria's a bit more. It has a nice, pool watery-musky aura about it. I actually spritzed some on atop Carolina Herrera's Bad Boy Cobalt Parfum Electrique once and got complemented by an older black lady while shopping in the supermarket (I'm white), so I'll call that a win.

This reminds me of a hair product that smells good. It's very creamy and such a unique smell. I could see myself buying a full bottle once my sample finishes. Performance is weird, somedays I could still smell it after 7 hours, then other times I cant smell it much after 4 hours. 7/10

I bought this from AF and a sample from Scent Split to compare and it's spot on to me. I will say perhaps in the opening Le Labo is a tad sweeter on my skin but after literally a few seconds they are indistinguishable. Excellent job!

I must’ve gotten a dud sample with my order. It’s been almost a year now & it still smells like worse than nothing. All I smell is the heavy oil they use.. wtf!

Smell is similar to Givenchy Gentlemen Only Casual Chic which to me oddly enough smells like Crayons.
