Although I have not experienced it's inspiration (Tom Ford's Costa Azzurra) I find it on it's own merits to be a great spring/summer fragrance. I get Lemon, Lavender, Juniper and Vetiver right off the bat. The Oak, Vanilla and a little incense come through within two hours. I get solid projection (3 hours) and longevity (6+) on my skin. Another full bottle worthy juice and at an amazing price.

Love this scent I got a whiff of Costa Azzurra at Sephora, and quickly fell in love with it. The scent took me to dark blue waters and blue skies surrounded by sea salt air and cool breezes. Never been to coastal Greece but I imagine it's similar to this scent. Thank you Alexandria Frags, you caught the image exactly.

Stanley Beach is a delicious blend of sea air and earthiness. The opening is an inviting citrus, not harsh like some of the “Pledge openings.” It will not offend those around you. It is more of a beachy scent than Alexandria’s Malibu Beach (which is a good scent in its own right)

Never sampled the original, but this to me is ok, nothing special. It's a pleasant citrus, aquatic fragrance that's more on the mature side. For me a 6/10 fragrance as far as scent profile is concerned, with below average performance. Again not a bad fragrance but compared to other's within alexandria's own presentations, there are many better choices.
