This has nothing to do with Jasmine, it’s an Aventus clone and a fantastic one at that. Comes as a 50ml extrait. Considering Nishane Hacivat is more expensive and this one is more of sweeter Aventus, I’m happy to have both but prefer this one. At around $250 for 50ml it’s not cheap but it’s beautiful

To my nose, City of Jasmine is a better version of Aventus, which is not a high bar nowadays, but still...it's a pricey fragrance with a past greatness. 'Nuff said.

Alghabra's version of Creed Aventus... I like and prefer this over Aventus. I have had several dupes and houses including Nishane Havicat, Montblanc Explorer, Club de Nuit, Creed Aventus the OG and Cologne. This one wears easiest and delightful, warm weather fragrance. It is pineapple, light woods, citrusy, fresh, and overall pleasant brightness mood booster. It doesn't have that harsh birch in Aventus or the Oakmoss of Hacivat making it easier to wear for me. I dislike the price point for a 50ml bottle, but the house has impressed me as this makes #4 for me and this house. I appreciate the bottles and the atomizers are great. Presentation is beautiful and elegant. This house needs to hit the radar more and be talked up in my opinion. It is rather slept on.

I would place City of Jasmine in the "nice, but no" category. On me it is just not very long lasting, which is not a deal killer in itself, but I also think it gets kind of boring after the 2 hour mark. I agree with others that apple does not come through but citrus does. And even though leather is supposed to be a top note, I don't get it till a while later. I would describe it as a nice classy leather scent--nothing hard core enough to offend. Easy going. But right now I'm considering a full bottle of Istanbul's Soul, and I clearly like that a lot more than this one. The Alghabra sample set from Luckyscent by the way is a very attractive product. I'm eager to try more of the options...

Parfüm gayet güzel ve başarılı. Tabiki adı dışında; Adı bence " City of Aventus" yada "City of Ananas" olmalıydı. Iyi bir yasemin parfümü bulmak zor. Bu markanın parfümleri oldukça başarılı olduğu için ümitlenmiştim ama karşıma iyi bir Aventus replikası çıktı. Notaların dökümünde gül ve yasemin var. Biraz ayıp olmuş çünkü her ikisinide koklayabilmek için çok sağlam bir buruna ihtiyaç var. Ben ne gül ne de yasemin koklayamadım. Ilk 10 dakika sonrasında "galiba yasemin şimdi sahneye çıktı" dedim ama emin olamadım. Yarım saat sonrasında ise Aventus da olmaktan cıktı ve kaliteli bir odunsu-çićeksi parfume döndü. Adı "city of jasmine" olan bir parfüme yakışmadı. Şöyle buram buram yasemin koksa fena mi olurdu. A. Fortress için söylediğim bunun içinde geçerli; iyi parfüm ama fiyat gereksiz yüksek ve adı, hikayesi ile uyumsuz.

I had high hopes for this fragrance since I am a jasmine lover. Unfortunately it did not work on my skin at all. Although citrus notes are not mentioned above, I smell lemon and yuzu very strongly in the opening, to the point of being overwhelmed by these notes. If the perfumers were trying to duplicate an apple note with citruses, they failed for sure. Some jasmine does come in and a tiny bit of rose as the fragrance develops, but the main additional notes in the drydown are leather and musk. This fragrance has great projection. It will be with you for at least 6 to 7 hours as well. City of Jasmine is very unisex so many folks may enjoy it, but this one is not for me. This is definitely not a blind buy. Test it first!

I can understand if some people are over the whole aventus DNA but if you enjoy it then you’re seriously sleeping on City of Jasmine. Hands down the best version of Aventus I’ve come across and I’ve tried many clones ranging from the less expensive ones all the way up to niche variants. From the presentation down to the quality of this perfume are also top notch. It will also remind you of some high end niche fragrances like Electimus Imperium but less vanilla , the orchid man, Micalef royal vintage but City of jasmine is just a perfect balance of fresh, fruity and sweetness and is smoother than any other clone. The vanilla and musk in the drydown is super. Performance is excellent! A must try for Aventus lovers!! Edit: This is better than the current Aventus. High praise and I’m not even joking! I’ve owned 29 bottles of Aventus and never thought I’d sell my 2 last bottles but I have and bought 2 City of Jasmine!

Yes, Aventus Clone. The classic pineapple of Aventus with an extra zest of citrus. The brich is toned down, making it more fresh and citrusy in comparisons. A touch of musky jasmine makes it softer and slightly more floral. I do not agree that it is "sweeter ". It is just less woody, hence fresher. The brich is there but dialed down significantly, never showing completely, but exist to make it more Aventus-y. Fresh, citrusy, pineapple, lightly woody, bright. This is a good clone of Aventus with an ever so slight a twist, that actually improves it. I've never been a big fan of Aventus's sharp birch. The toning down here is very good. I still consider Nishane Hacivat the best scent of the Aventus bunch, that it beat even Aventus itself. Warm weather, masculine wear. "Like" but are we not bored of Aventus clones?

Although I’m a bit loathed to write a review and mention the ubiquitous ‘A’ word, I can’t write about this fragrance and not make direct comparisons to Aventus for as CB23 writes below, this is an Aventus clone. I agree that it’s also a very good one. In fact, I’d say this is similar to some of the earlier formulations of Aventus. More natural smelling than many of the Aventus clones, this is a good choice for those that like the quality of Aventus but despair at the newer bottles performance. It is fairly expensive though as the bottle is only 50ml so you need to be onboard the Aventus train to truly like this.

The nose behind this fragrance is Meltem Akdag. The scent opens with a fresh, sparkling bergamot, apple and a mixture of fruity notes. A soft woody heart is complemented by jasmine and rose and a surprising leather note that balances the sweetness and adds some roughness to the beauty. It is surprisingly light yet long lasting! At the base lies musk with a light dusting of vanilla to round it off. Do not be thrown off by the name as this is not a Jasmin soliflore that I expected instead Jasmine is a subtle addition. City of Jasmine is a citrus fresh, green woody fragrance reminiscent of Aventus.
