Blue Ridge Skyline

This is a gorgeous, lovely floral. This is not simply a white floral bomb, it's something much more natural and visceral. An open wild field, where you can smell the sun-warmed grasses and earth with the ephemeral spring flowers. Theres something almost vanilla-like and softly woodsy in it, something warm and comforting, which I think must be the 'hay' note listed. Longevity is lasting on me (and my skin eats perfume), with the florals receding and that lovely woodsy note dominating a few hours in. Sillage is moderate...I've gotten several complements on it, right after a hug. Comforting and uplifting for daytime wear.

Very "yellow" and very "green" at the same time. It takes my nose a bit to really figure out what I'm smelling. Strongly floral, a little sweet and almost powder, and a then a small bit of green. I don't get most of the notes listed, which is disappointing because I really like most of them. The lack I feel is what keeps this from being a more well-rounded mix. I feel it needs more green and hay and earth to balance out the floral, because its too linear for my nose to be more than just another floral. I think this one is still available on the shop.
