Bohème

Boheme by Alkemia is a sensory work of art. It smells divine with dark red roses at its heart. Boheme is more earthy floral, more feminine, but it could be pulled off by a man who loves roses. This fragrance is balanced, powerful, a wild spirit. It is similar to Diva EDP or EDT for women by Emmanuel Ungaro. But this is deeper, richer, more precious than any fragrance you can buy at a department store. I do love Diva, by the way. The patchouli in Boheme whispers in the roses, all dry and light like love notes written on antique parchment. Alkemia fragrances are concentrated, strong, and come in a small amber glass bottle. A treasure.

If you don't like roses and patchouli stay away from this one because thats pretty much all it is. I think it is very pretty. It reminds me a lot of Voleur de Roses -not a perfect dupe- but similar vibe.

This was my first alkemia, and it was a gift. I had never worn patchouli before. Oh my word. I feel like a witch, a temptress, a man eating wild thing that is almost certainly a little drunk and possibly a little high. This stuff on me is powerful. Only the tiniest bit is needed. The sillage is enormous and it lasts literally all night. This is a fragrance that I never would have expected to love, but I do I deed adore it. I pull this bad boy out for date night and as a not too subtle hint to the hubling.
