Come To Me

wow the sillage is immense! more so than other alkemia perfumes. when wet im mainly getting the star jasmine from it and the cashmeran/white amber it’s reminiscent to other alkemia white ambers. if you breathe a little too much of it in it kind of sticks to the back of your throat. the jasmine smells just a little indolic at the beginning of when you smell it but it quickly fades into a sweet scent. its very jasmine forward, and as someone who loves jasmine i love it, of course! inoffensive and perfect for everyday wear. i think i will definitely pick up a fs and one of “come to my silken tent” too!(after like 2 hrs it’s dried down to a mexican vanilla, and white amber scent)

One of my absolute favorites from Alkemia... All around a beautiful perfume oil that I wish lasted much longer than it does, but its fleeting loveliness makes up for it entirely. I feel such an intense love for it that I want to eat it. It gains a creamy quality, and lasts much longer on when rubbed off on clothing, so I usually wear it on days I’m wearing long sleeves or something with a high collar that I can retreat into when I want to feel comforted. It’s so sweet and such a light floral that perfectly combines jasmine and rose to make something incredibly lovely ♡♡

My current favorite from Alkemia. @onlythesun321 hit the nail on the head with their review below mine. This smells like it could have come out a few decades, but it's not dated. Reminds me of something that my mom wore in the '90s but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe Il Bacio? Not sure. It's a beautiful, sweetened jasmine, but it's not overly sweet IMO. Average longevity/projection. There is something timeless about this one.

Sweet and powdery, but not cloying. I like it best after months of aging, when I first smelt my sample I didn't like it because it just smelt like a screechy floral but when the vanilla and musk settles in - it's so soft and creamy, like rose scented lotion but better. Decent sillage and longevity, I love the way it lingers. It's a bit girly for my style but it's still one of my favorites.

Ai, got this beauty as a sample with a -hm- quite expensive order and damn i am in Love again.. andi have to order again (when i have the money). Starts Nice comfortable sweet but after 2 ours you can compare IT with expensive niche perfumes like Jul et Mad "Paradis Rouge"! I smell: Orange flower, vanilla, Sweet notes, vanille butter.

I get soft, sweet roses laid over a creamy background in the opening. The jasmine becomes a little more forward towards the middle of wear but it’s never overpowering. It is a delicate but present scent. Sweet but not silly. I’d consider this a sweet floral with gourmand tendencies but not a true gourmand. Well done.

I didn’t like this at first when I tried it on my skin. However, as a hair scent it’s very good. It has grown on me and I intend to buy a proper bottle of it along with Magus and a few others.

A very "classic" sort of scent- strong jasmine opening (a little indolic as others have mentioned, but that quickly goes away), sweet, powdery, musky, very soft and pleasing.

This most certainly does morph throughout the course of wearing. And, that's a good thing, because each stage of the process is lovely. This fragrance finishes as a skin scent, and it creates more of an impression around you than a true scent cloud. But, it is an enticing and alluring impression. This is a sweet fragrance, but it is not cloying or too much. It is also just a tinge powdery. The floral notes go from very prominent (borderline dominant) to more subdued, yet present. I agree with Neckromancer that there is a resemblance to Alien. But, for those of us that aren't the most avid fans of that particular scent, this doesn't pack the same wallop as Alien, and it reads a bit darker than Alien . . . . at least on me.

Come to Me is such a sexy and fierce fragrance, opening with a bold sugar musk that has a really distinct peppery kick. The jezebel root gives it this unique, almost herbal edge that feels a bit soapy in the best way possible; very clean but still moody and sultry. As it sits on the skin, it develops into this incredibly warm and luscious vanilla that is so very rich and inviting rather than just sweet. There’s a nice milkiness to it, and the white amber is honestly gorgeous as it ties everything together. It eventually settles into a pure sugar dry down that stays close to the skin! It makes you smell almost edible lol. Now this is a magnetic and alluring scent

I am getting candied apples and a unique mix of orientals and rose. The oriental mix is really dynamic and changes as the scent develops. Sometimes this smells like blend of fall spices but it's never too strong; everything is very well blended and the earthy-sweet jasmine grounds the other notes. This was a very successful effort, it lasts hours and projects really well. I would call this a fall scent because the mix of sweetness and spice would work best in cooler weather. Edit: Its starting to remind me of a really rich, luxurious shampoo scent. Would be great to wear in your hair.

I'm charmed by the opening and completely underwhelmed by the dry down. It starts out very creamy, somewhat ambery, softly sweet but not gourmand. Then a very authentic jasmine comes out to play. It's a very old school interpretation of jasmine and it's honestly not pleasant layered with the other dominant smell coming through- something almondy sweet and kinda tart (someone said Sweet tarts, I see that.) It's like two different fragrances layered together but they don't work. There is no comparison to Alien, that is a completely different kind of jasmine. It is also not similar to Moon Dance by JHAG or Poison Girl as implied in the "this reminds me of" section. I've truly never smelled anything like it, so points for uniqueness. The very end of the dry down vaguely reminds me of Dragee by Reminiscence (also tart and floral-sweet.) Edit 7/19/22: I figured out how I can use this. It doesn't go into it's underwhelming dry down when it's on fabric. It maintains its creamy quality for the whole day. I began spritzing this in the dryer to gently scent my laundry and it works amazingly. I love it!

This is way too sweet for me, it's powdery and light and sugary sweet to the point that you can taste it. While the jasmine does harken back to 'Alien' by Mugler, it's sweetness reminds me of 'La Vie Est Belle' by Lancome. Not my cup of tea. 5/10

I am So disappointed that this fragrance didn't work for me the way I hoped. It has my all time favorite notes: Vanilla, patchouli, pepper and musk. Those usually combine into my favorite scents of all time. However this was just entirely sweet and floral (both things I usually like!). Maybe my dislike comes from feeling let down, as it's really not a Bad fragrance. Just not the home run/slam dunk I hoped it would be. Perhaps it didn't work for me since I don't align myself with the female identity, who's to say! A very unfortunate 3/10 from me.

I really just get musk and cashmeran with a tinge of sweetness. I just wish there was MORE—and some florals.

Florida Water and dust, this smells nothing like what I thought it would. Just sigh and wtf not good...

Jasmine and rose bomb. Surprisingly strong for an oil too, at least for the first hour or so. Alkemia did a great job transferring a traditional hoodoo oil you can get at any botanica into something more "perfumey" that's more likable and wearable. I'm enjoying layering it with another scent from the same house "Ghostfire", that give it a bit more of a base to cling to.

The first few bars of this lovely composition are pure heaven. If those top notes could continue singing for an entire hour, my world would be complete. But, alas, as with all good songs, things move on. Not to despair -- the jasmine, rose, and musks hang in there for quite a while, and the entire opus is delightful from start to finish.

I can see why people are confused by this. Come to Me is a hoodoo oil recipe and they nailed it. You use it to dress candles, objects, or anoint yourself while doing a love or attraction spell. I suppose it could be worn as a conventional perfume but its purpose is enhancing spellwork.

This is a deep jasmine scent that actually projects very well! It makes me think of Alien by Mugler mixed with sweet tarts. I don't smell the rose in particular, so if you don't enjoy rose notes, I'd still recommend it. I think it would work well for a night out...try it!
