Electric Fur

What an intriguing fragrance! Very soft, clean musk, a powdery note that sinks into me like a second skin. After a few minutes: a little miracle! One has to really apply a lot, or sniff very assiduously, but there is a velvety scent of a kitten. This is something that is comforting applied by itself before bed, settling down with a cup of chamomile tea or one's favorite tipple. I can see it used as a base for one's own blend, as it's a very subtle fragrance, and it could use some "oomph" if it's to be worn out. About 30 minutes after application, this evoked a memory I thought I'd lost. When we were quite small, in the dark ages, my mother used to gather the family to watch The Wizard of Oz, letting us snuggle up in one of her voluminous fur coats in front of the TV. I'd like to say that it was mink, but it was more likely raccoon: memory is so fragile. But this scent brought me back to that time & place when everything felt safe, warm, & cozy. We still believed in magic. So if this can bring me this nostalgic sense memory, maybe it can also weave a gentle spell for you.

I'm reminded of a softer version of Nabil Tajebni cpo upon application, but Electric Fur takes a much different path. It's far less sweet, and much more pleasant.
