I got a sample of this one and loved it, the sandalwood and leather with slightly lighter, sweeter notes was such a great combo that I ended up buying a full bottle for my husband. Turns out, I find it a bit feminine on him (I think the rose amps up for some reason) but it may have been that he didn't shake the bottle before using it, because that can be an issue with perfume oils. Anyway, I'm happy to wear it myself- it's gorgeous and if you're a fan of sandalwood or leather, this is a good one to try!

To me, this is strongly reminiscent of the incense aisle of an Indian grocery store, which is probably due to all the sandalwood and smoke. Unlike a lot of incense, it's not overpowering. I can't detect much of the leather, though I'm sure it's there. It has an exotic, warm, spicy but not overblown scent, with light floral touches and a warm whiskey base. I would consider it totally unisex, and very nice.

I’ve had this for a long time and can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it. It’s spice and resins and incense but there is a playfullnes to it. It isn’t overbearing and wears lightly on my cooler than average skin. I think this is quite overlooked when it comes to spicy/insence. The quality is outstanding. Becomes richer and fuller the longer it sits. Not a sillage monster and can be worn comfortably to work. I have the rollerball version. Works equally well on men and women. Leather definitely appears in the drydown but it’s a leather like an old, worn bomber jacket.

Spicy ginger/citrus/geranium open. Let it warm to the skin, though, and the pine joins the smoky leather for a truly deep and relaxing scent. Up close and personal these three notes (pine, smoke and leather) are clearly discernible, but back up a bit and it's incense, albeit incense designed by and for a cowboy. Tobacco peeks in and out, and I can't find a rose to save my life. Leans more traditionally masculine on the unisex scale, but anyone who enjoys low-pitched, nature-inspired scents will enjoy this, especially if you're keen on leather. Very nice, indeed.
