Misdeeds after Midnight

the scent of misdeeds after midnight has matured into a stronger coffee smell. it's akin to opening the lid of a folgers container haha, or the flavor of japanese coffee hard candies i used to indulge in. there's nothing creamy or lactonic in here, this is not a latte whatsoever. this is straight up sipping a iced black coffee sweetened with honey while nursing a cigarette during the afternoon at a parisian cafe. it used to smell like my favorite "yellow book" but that could be because they have similar notes, misdeeds is like the cool aunt of yellow book imo, definitely fs worthy for me. (my brother says it smells like hazelnut coffee :])

I am shocked by how realistic Misdeed is. It smells JUST like a warm chocolate rum cake, like the ones that come in hexagonal boxes. I know chocolate is not listed but I definitely get that effect. Boozy and delicious and gives you an olfactory mirage. Where's that delicious desert whose scent is wafting over to me?

Extremely realistic coffee scent with a tinge of sweetness. One person has told me that it smells like chocolate (due to the caramel) but I mostly get coffee. It's both sweet and sexy and wearable year round. I wish they would keep the listing up instead of removing it and putting it back.

I love it and sadly it's not available right now (at least). It's is a dark coffee with salty caramel and raspberry. I smell the rose water in the background . In addition to this I smell some deepness/darkness which make it very sexy. I guess this is the vetiver + amber combo.

A rich, almost sticky fragrance, though not really cloying. I get a coffee liqueur sweetened with salted caramel and spiked with rum. Definitely a coffee scent first and foremost.

Dark and sweet at the same time. It's great.

Coffee/salty caramel. It starts syrupy sweet and gets a little subtler after 20 minutes, but its still very simple and in my opinion not worth the price. I might use it to layer under too-masculine scents, I guess.

It feels that I rarely have the skin chemistry to make Alkemia's scents "oomph", but this is one of the loveliest I've tried so far. A sweet and boozy gourmand, with a detectable coffee note. The sweetness makes me think of brown sugar, I guess it's the caramel note here. Warm, cozy, instant feel good. I hope this comes back!
