Paradise

This is probably my favorite scent from alkemia. It's just so darn delicious. To me it smells like a coconutty, vanilla milkshake. Perfect for days where you want to smell sweet in a refreshing way. As someone who lives in Los Angeles, it's pretty much a must. Upon application a sunscreen- banana type of note wafts through but generally fades quick. Longevity is not huge though. I bought the ultime & it generally only lasts me about 4 hours (although i don't mind reapplying at all) I just want to bathe in this stuff!

this is the coconut beach day perfume of my dreams. just YES all around!! this is quite sunscreeny to me, but in a way i LOVE! very tasty and creamy. not screechy, artificial, overwhelming at all. after a wear test, i found it was just beautiful, and remains creamy and vanillary all day. final verdict - i want a full size!

This is my favorite from Alkemia. Just a nice vanilla coconut that hits the sweet spot between dessert and sunscreen, almost feeling a touch fruity. Really blossoms in the heat as noted. The unfortunate part is really the longevity, and even paying extra for the ultime only buys a bit more time.

This is one of my favorites. It's very simple and comforting. The vanilla and coconut smell very natural. It's not that strong but I don't mind because it's perfect for warm weather. I think it's perfect for layering, I like to wear this when I want to smell nice and not perfumey.

This perfume is like my very own “the grinches heart grew three sizes”. I don’t know how this one snuck into my collection of alkemia samples, It honestly must have been in a drawer for at-least a year or two, forgotten. From someone who hates coconut, who very very dramatically gags at the smell of it and has detested it as a supplementary note in any fragrance- I love this little perfume oil, give it a chance. On the dry down, It’s so very creamy, like a dairy-heavy vanilla icecream I’d find at a local shop. It feels so sweetly and gently summery that I’m quite excited to wear this once the weather turns. I’m at a loss of words. I didn’t even buy this but I’ll be wearing it all week for sure.

Right away, it smells just like the Body Shop Coconut body butter which i adore. The coconut is light but prominent. It’s a very simple, linear fragrance. Easy to wear, but uninteresting. It will lend well as a base for other summer, beach fragrances.

For the first 20 minutes or so, this smells exactly like a coconut macaroon. After that it smells like a powdery tropical vanilla with coconut. Very simple, but very nice. Lasted about 18 hours; 15 of which were skin-scent.

I was looking for a rich and prominent coconut smell to replace my Kuumba Made Creamy Coconut fragrance oil. However, this one smelled more artificial. Additionally, I couldn't get the smell of banana out of my head, but perhaps it was just the mix of florals and vanilla overpowering. Not bad, but not as warm and welcoming as I hoped!!

I had such high hopes for this one! Unfortunately, it gives me that plastic note on the skin that so many coconut scents sneak in there! I'm so sad! But as with the others, I will update if it changes. I'll try to make it work, since right from the sample it's lovely!

I never would have picked this out myself but this is delightful! Coconut cream and vanilla. I don't know what Tiare flower smells like but i don't smell much floral in here. This would make for a beautiful sweet creamy summer scent. It smells tropical but not in your typical fruity way, this is a summer gourmand for your girls (such as myself) that don't do fruits or tropical scents. Not something I will FB as I this isn't a DNA I gravitate towards but i definitely enjoyed trying out my sample. If you want an office safe and delicious but subtle summer scent. This is it! The bottle art is beyond beautiful too!

So far this has been the only tiare and coconut perfume I can wear without getting a heavy wave of powdery florals. It’s a very simple, non-complex summery perfume but it smells exactly like Organix Coconut Oil shampoo and conditioner. So if you want to “test” before buying go to the store and take a whiff.

If Crayola made a crayon called "Coconut Vanilla" in 1987 ; this scent would pretty much be it. I wish this was in a spray - not an oil.
