Both Sacred Sands and Naked Woods are much sweeter on skin than paper for me. This one I expected to be a woody musk but it is actually very fruit forward. I get a cranberry-rhubarb musk opening with the pepper starting to come through after that. Then it stays that way for the 3 or so hours of intimate to moderate sillage wear. I'll let this sit a few weeks and keep my fingers crossed it improves the performance. Overall its a nice clean scent with a dusting of that Erba Pura kind of fruitiness that will be an easy wear for spring and summer.

Tart apple opening with some darkness underneath, like a Halloween candy apple. The rhubarb doesn't really shine on its own here but instead augments the apple to be more sour. There is a touch of wood and musk but I am not picking up on all the notes initially. They add body without being overt. Naked Woods is almost a gourmand. I also don't get nakedness from it. But it is a nice fragrance and would be a good spiced apple scent for fall (without the typical cinnamon note). The dry down is very evocative of MMM By the Fireplace but softer and better blended. Unfortunately it is soft and lacks projection.
