Choco Musk

Okay, I smell almond and some other unfamiliar nutty notes in here. It's airy, and more light than the original. I love both personality. I LOVE almond notes, so if you do too. I recommend this. It's like vanilla chocolate, but not a synthetic chocolate. More like a "cocoa buttery" chocolate. It pairs well with the Palmers body oil and lotion. It's not as strong. Lasts like an expensive body spray tbh. And once again. I barely smell some of the main accords listed. I don't smell warm spicy. I don't smell balsamic. I don't smell cinnamon either. The other notes are pretty accurate though. I slightly smell powder ngl. And they voted for rose in the base notes..? LMFAOO WHAT ARE YALL SMELLIN😭 The old one has more of a chocolate note, more gourmand. But like I said, if you want choco musk, but more light with an almond note. This is for you🤎

This is very weak. I can barely smell anything. It's very light in color too. Disappointed that this one must macerate. I just love that cocopuff smell. Last year I got Choco Violette by Mancera, and as my bottle will get me through this fall/winter time, I have only about an ounce of it left. So about 5 years ago I got Al rehab's Choco Musk and remembered it had that same cocopuffs smell. So I got the oil rollers and this big bottle. Was shocked that it was so darn weak. Even the oil roller is weak. This made me order the original 50 ml bottle that has the rich color. I should have just ordered Chocolate Greedy from Montale. It's like $60.00 on the grey market right now. Wasted $40.00 on Choco Musk. $20 for the big bottle, $10 for two oil rollers, and another $10 for a 50 ml. Ughhh... Sometimes being a cheapo is truly expensive.

This is the original Choco Musk EDP without the "gasoline" smell that required aging to rid the smell -- and in a new beautiful bottle! I am not kidding. For me -- This affordable perfume is the BEST chocolate scent I have smelled. That's a win, win! It's definitely gourmand, as you will smell like an elevated "Cocoa Puff" cupcake with lots of cocoa and vanilla, barely there spice and wood (the way I like it), and a soft rose and light musk to round it out and make it an elegant, delicate, sensual (chocolate is an aphrodisiac after-all) scent that you will want to smell on your self and wear often! And, because it is not cloying or overly sweet, you will be able to wear it and layer it, during ALL SEASONS. This is a cheapie banger! Can you tell, I really, really love-enjoy this perfume!

I adore this perfume. I have 4 back ups just in case they decide to reformulate. I would very much appreciate an elixir of this

this is a great chocolate fragrance for layering/those who like a simple wear. i personally wish it was a bit sweeter as i love a really sugary chocolate scent, but i know thats not most peoples preference.

I understand why this is a divisive fragrance, but I personally really like it. If anyone can recommend a higher-end dupe (reverse dupe, I guess) in a review I would be very interested.

Nevermind, I bought it and it is a longer lasting version of Choco Musk but smells identical. My Choco Musk has macerated now anyway though so they're both really strong. This might not be the best place to ask but I've asked in other places too, has anyone tried Musky Choco by Adams Perfumes? It's supposed to be a stronger and longer lasting version of this but smells exactly the same. It's only £15 for the big bottle aswell so I'm hoping it is a much stronger version of this coz it smells amazing but the performance isn't what I'd like it to be.

I love the new bottle, it looks so much better than the old! I have the oil roll on, the pocket perfume spray and now this. The pocket spray smelled a lot more floral that the other two; the roll on is heavier on the chocolate compared to the perfume. I think its a scent that sits closer to the skin without a lot of silage and projection but i havent worn it enough to be sure. Will update!

This is just the newly released 100 ml bottle, the 50 ml is still the same rectangular bottle. That said I do wonder if AlRehab will phase out the older model of bottles since those aren't exactly the most memorable bottles outside of their 15 ml bottles which are now copied by companies like Ard Al Zafffaran

@taleengo, you may appreciate Comptoir Sud Pacifique's Amour De Cacao. A lot of people say it doesn't last, but it lasts on clothing for a loooong time based on my experiences wearing it. :) (Many compare it to Montale's Chocolate Greedy if you're looking for something more designer.)
