Delightful

THIS one right here! Is one of the nicer Attars from the line. Not too fruity, Oudy, incense-y. It does have that dusty vibe like most of them. It's pretty straight-forward. Soft, freesia, sugar, and a suede-like note. Not old suede, or new. Just well kept. If you've ever smelled, "Iceberg the Fragrance for Women" (square-bottle), you are getting in the ball-park of this. Minus the body from the pistachio note. Longevity is Good.

Very beautiful and sweet scent. To me the orchid, mandarin orange, and sugar notes are the most prominent. Later on the sandlewood and musk are more noticeable. Longevity is good, about 5-6 hours. Sillage is moderate.

Powdery floral almondy scent, it's slightly classic but very pretty.

What a weird (as in unexpected) little oil. I put it on for the first time, I believe, because it smelled chemical and boring sniffing the rollerball. But lo and behold, out comes something along the lines of Coco Mademoiselle. Not the same, I don't think, but since I don't have Coco Mad, I can't give an exact. I rubbed a bit on my wrists before bed, then immediately got the chocolate, but faint, so I rubbed more on my upper arms. Sniffing my arms closely brought a weird milk note and some chemical essence. But then it started to waft. This is a lovely little gem! Sweet ND feminine and pretty much exactly how the notes sound. Light, sweet (but not "foody" gourmand) almost tropical scent. Beautifully balanced and the chemical note (as is the case with Al-Rehabs in my experience) fades quickly. Absolutely recommend for those looking for a western-influenced sweet, feminine, uncomplicated fragrance with some sexiness. Solid like. Could be a love.

Actually, the notes of 'Bijou' by Christian LaCroix match this better... as I do smell both pear and star anise in 'Delightful'. It also reminds me of the feel of 'Couture Couture' by Juicy Couture- simply a pleasant, versatile, fruity gourmand that isn't too "foody", and is balanced nicely with calming woods and light florals over a pillow of respectful musk. Sillage on me starts off as soft-to-moderate, trailing off slowly to a woody-musk skin-scent by the 8-10-hour mark. I would tend to employ 'Delightful' as a daytime, cool-weather fragrance. Strong "like" from me (the "like very much" that is between "like" and "love") and recommended to lovers of 'Soft' for a less-intense sugar-rush and a restrained sophistication.

I ordered this with no notes listed a couple years ago, a curiosity buy. Back then it smelled like artificial orange vanilla and it lived undisturbed in the closet until today. Today I put one dot on my wrist and at first there was good sillage but up close smelled sugary and chemical (golden sand smelled chemical to me before covid, now it's great lol). As this develops it truly is lovely. The sillage is tamed quickly, the sugar fades with that fake smell and I am left with a fairly close sitting sophisticated scent much like Kashka by SA. Strikes me as a warm weather scent, and next I will try layering with tropical and beachy things.

I have the oil version, and since I’m new to oil perfumes, I applied it like a spray — wrists, elbows, neck, even clothes. Huge mistake! It was overwhelming and I almost wrote it off completely. I gave it another try with just 4 small dots, and it was much better. It opens with a plastic-like note for about 10 minutes. It dries down to an orange creamsicle with a soft floral touch (maybe orchid or gardenia). For $5, it’s a nice layering scent — just use a light hand.

I didn't like this at first but it leaked into a makeup bag and I could smell it on very hot hid day and dare I say it was 'Delightful'. So in this horrible heat and humidity I tried it again and I love it! I now get the notes listed too instead of a knock off coco mademoiselle that I used to smell from this. Try it in heat and humidity and it will sing beautifully ☺️

I am enjoying this as it is quite intensely sweet and seems to have a prominent orange note. It is not a complex or mysterious scent and a small amount would probably be suitable for day wear any time of year. Worth trying for lovers of sweet scents and a great price.7/10

Clean green, botanical scent. I bumped up the gardenia and freesia on the list. I'm not getting any of the almond or even much of the sugar. I prefer Full (green, aromatic jasmin). Something in Delightful is a bit off, but otherwise a nice fragrance.

I layered this with juicy couture lala and finally lala smells good enough to wear! These two together smell delicious sweet n musky beachy. Yum!

About CPO version: A delicate and sweet scent. It envelops the skin closely with the sweet aroma of a cookie, accented by a subtle hint of lemon.

Update: the scent is still unfolding after 8hrs.! It is now a delightfully powdery skin scent. Unbelievable!!

this opens with a lot of sugar and sweet pea, along with orange and almond. it smells almost fruity. the orchid note grows stronger over time, but the sweet pea is pretty strong and i'm surprised it's voted as low as it is. i get a bit of freesia and musk. it's too sweet for me but i could see this being a popular sugary floral for some.

Well i got oil version of this and dear Lord its total misunderstanding. I have no idea why it is called delightfull as it is very unpleasant and annoying. I even let to smell it fot my cat and she jumped out imedietly like in a shock. Maybe cause of strong citrus scent? Ive tried 7 different oils from this company and would never ever use this one for date or anywhere. I dont know where to use it because j would not like to find out this smell even in my wc. Person who created this was not in mood lol. It smells syntetic and very intensive cannot even describe how. Citrus woody and musky . Smd told that it is wierd. Yes ineed. Would not reccomend unless you are looking for wierdness.

I have the perfume oil version of this, and on paper, it seems like something I should like: I love white florals, musk, woody, citrus... but on my skin the sandalwood note (or possibly that, plus the almond) strongly dominates, and throws it all off. Definitely not a win with my chemistry.

I’m really enjoying this. Developed really differently to the initial aroma. Very sweet, but with a more expensive undernote.Powdery and clean. I’m hoping that it projects more than a skin scent? I’d like to find something to layer it with, or find the spray?l haven’t been able to find it anywhere. An inexpensive way to try new scents and compositions... love these oils.

Blind buy bought on the basis that it had sugar in it and the votes for sillage were 'enormous' It is a lovely sweet scent that smells like wood and flowers on first application but it is a skin scent on me

To me this one smells a bit like dark chocolate to behin with but the oil is not strong at all. Its lovely but is far too faint on my skin
