Khaliji

As I live in Dubai, UAE, I have had more of a chance than most to see the Al Rehab fragrances in their local cultural setting. I am altogether aware that the vast majority of people who buy Al Rehab perfumes in the West will have had them supplied from online retailers, but I would like to share with you something about purchasing these fragrances here before I give my short review. For a start, buying an Al Rehab fragrance in Dubai will mean in all likelihood that you will need to visit the Perfume Souk area in the city near to the famous Gold Souk of Dubai. This is because Al Rehab is not stocked in any of the major or minor retail outlets and - unlike Rasasi, Arabian Oud, Swiss Arabian or the other local brands - does not have an outlet based in a mall. This also means that you will have to take a route through one of the older parts of the city, by the side of the Creek, along past the shops selling all sorts of knick-knacks, past the Asian cyclists carrying stacks of cardboard on the backs of bikes, past the East Africans trading with Afghans, past the shwarma and juice stalls, until you come to the Perfume Souk area. Here you find the Al Rehab shop at the end of a busy, crowded, furiously neon-lit street.... Now when you enter this shop, you will truly wonder how it is that some of these fragrances are so well recognised as being very credible dupes of some of the fragrances from the most admired houses internationally. Creed? Montale?.....Surely not. The Al Rehab shop is staffed by some very friendly elderly local Arab gentlemen. Very nice, and a Salaam Aleikum and a few words of Arabic goes a long way. But yet, the shop. My, my, my....More like a hardware store than a fragrance shop, it is not unusual for your total to be worked out on the back of an envelope and change to be plucked out of wooden drawer. Last time I went there I wondered if I could pick up a hammer and a box of masonry nails while I was at it!...Suffice to say that this is nothing like the image of sparkling, shiny Dubai portrayed around the world. Yet, there is charm in this as well - and most definitely value for money if this is a consideration at all. (As an aside, buying these 6 ml CPO vials costs me 4 UAE dirhams each, about $1.10, ie they are practically giving the stuff away.) So what are their fragrances actually like..... Khaliji is a fragrance that carries a lot of interest for me. Although it been commented that this is a simple fragrance, I find that there is much more to it if given enough time. The fact that it is often compared - rightly - to Rose 31 by Le Labo suggests that there is more to this than is obvious from its note breakdown. To me much of this will hinge on how you feel about cumin. But the real mastery evident here is the contradictory feel of cumin being shot through with a minty musk and lime combination which to my mind has very niche-like qualities. It is immensely alluring and like the best of such fragrances it walks a knife edge of contradiction. I would go so far as to say that even in the best unisex tradition of Arabian perfumery, this is one of the greatest such fragrances : it is unquestionably a fragrance both for a man and a woman. It will definitely keep you sniffing yourself, trying to figure it out. Al-Rehab Khaliji is a highly recommended fragrance from me and is clearly one of the better fragrances from this house. It deserves greater acclaim as a wonderful, long-lasting fragrance, perfect for a Spring evening, with a lot of individuality in its depths.

Beautiful fragrance smells like a mix of Eau d'Orange Verte Hermès and Cartier Declaration or better yet a cumin spiced lemon meringue pie that's been doused in menthol lit aflame until it melts into some sort of snow water opens with sharp citrus green florals the cumin and musk adds to its creamy base the spicy notes help to balance the gender bending in this one this edges on masculine to my nose but can be worn by a woman the cumin is hidden until the basenotes open and settle about few hours after applied I get no body odor smell as other reviews have stated it's actually one of the more western friendly scents from this house and for the price the quality is unbeatable this can easily be sold as a 100$ fragrance it's not a super complex profile you get a citrus powdery orange opening that slowly transitions once the middle notes start opening i get some bright green musk as the middle starts to settle the amber and green florals make there appearance unlike verte hermes this is more Oriental then Mediterranean once the base settles i get a beautiful green musky incense with little pops of powdery citrus the cumin is blended perfectly that it mixes with the spice notes which pulls the base to a strong masculine closing.. I wouldn't call this a masterpiece since it is very similar to hermes and cartier but for 3$ usd it can give niche houses a run for there money if you like citrus orientals this is a safe blind buy also can be worn as a winter scent due to its sharpness 9.2 / 10

There is something so utterly natural about so many of these Al-Rehabs. I know others call them synthetic, but I think it's because the carrier oils they use are less refined. To me, these are refreshing and realistic like Demeter, but they last SO long! I used the rollerball, and just a touch on my wrist. I have been craving green scents, and this hits it on the head. There's not a more refreshing scent you could use in the summer, I don't think. The opening is citrus and herbs. I could swear this has mint, or at least parsley in it! Unfortunately the notes listed keep us guessing. The lemongrass is dominant, but I think there's something more... I detect vetiver. That deep, bright, sparkly, Woody, cooling essence is unmistakable. I'm not a citrus lover, because citrus is so often synthetic. This is as if you picked a bergamot right off the tree and cut it open. Happily, this dries down to something softer, sweeter, and more refined. I love the balance the musk and sandalwood bring. And the orange breaks away from the tartness of the other citrus. This is definitely a score for hot weather. One to keep on me for freshening up. If it wasn't for the fact that I have a bunch of oil rollerballs, and might get several more, I'd pick up more of this one.

Surprisingly good, love it. Long lasting clean, citrus summer freshie... First am not exactly a citrus guy being fond of heavier notes but this is something I have come to love. There is a very noticeable cumin note - dry roasted, powdered cumin! Here the citrus is more of a lime / lemon kind rather than orange variety. This lime, lemon and cumin combines together to resemble two popular summer refreshing drinks in India. One is the “jaljeera” which is basically a blend of sugar, lime, dry roasted powdered cumin, salt, water and mint along with ice cubes. The other is “soda shikanji” where instead of water, whisky soda or any fizzy drink like Coke is used as the base to amp up the taste. Base has sweetened florals and white musks and helps prop up the citrus. Surprisingly long las lasting up-to 6 hrs or more and when applied on clothes lasts for 8-10 hours which is unbelievable for a citrus and oil.

Lots of good comments but none mention the woodiness of this, possibly because the pencil-type cedar, and the sandalwood, blend perfectly with the "clean" cumin to form the backbone accord. The lemongrass plus orange accord is a nice twist to the standard lemon/bergamot, and the interplay of the cumin/wood and citrus profiles is 80% of this one. There is definitely a minty element (enough to cool your skin and sinuses), black pepper, a decent hit of oakmoss, and an unlisted herbal element (sage? oregano?) that gives a savory vibe. I don't get The Dreamer, Pasha or Declaration at all from this. To my mind, it is its own fragrance, which is pretty dang impressive for an incredibly inexpensive attar.

A citrus fresh fragrance with an interesting lime top note, evolves into something in between Cartier Declaration and Voyage d'Hermes. It has a soft cumin note which I enjoy but I can see this is not for everyone, but no pencil shavings such as in Declaration. Perfect for me. Interestingly, if you prefer the freshness of Khaliji you may go against my usual advice for Al Rehabs and (instead of rubbing in this attar) apply it in a more concentrated way directly on your skin on pulse points etc. I have noticed that by doing so, the cumin is less prominent and the scent stays more citrus-y. All in all, one of the best Al Rehabs I have come across.

I just got this perfume the other day and I haven't stopped wearing it. Its an amazing fresh spicy scent you really get the pepper and cumin notes. Then it fades into a lovely lemongrass and floraly note. My only gripe with this scent is the longevity and the projection when you first put it on your radiate a beautiful scent then after 10 minutes it just sticks to your skin which is fine but I like a bit more projection. definitely will buy again but I would say this is not a safe blind buy unless you like fresh spicy.

I recently bought this as one of a four bottle (spray) Al-Rehab blind buy. At first try, it's my favorite of the bunch. I must start out by saying that I don't get the "sweaty" vibe from it at all. On me, it's a well balanced citrus/spicy scent that's just right for daytime in warmer weather. In fact, I like it a lot better than some of the much more expensive perfumes I've tried. I will be wearing it often.

Very fruity in a good sense! I prefer the pocket spray version over the roll-on, since the oil one has a slightly more artificial smell in the first minutes, which some may find disturbing, but in the long run they are the same. I can also smell some grapes (in the form of raisins), but maybe it's only my imagination. All-in-all I found it an ideal companion for the sunshiny days.

A very cool aspect of fragrance is that while you may not be bowled over by one fragrance, they could be layered with another and then become a wicked combination. Khaliji is a great example, as I recently purchased the Khaliji and Dakar 6ml oils. While I do like Khaliji and would wear it by itself, it creates a fantastic new scent when layered with Dakar.

A funny, light, simple and straighforward fragrance. It is soft and fresh with its opening notes of cumin, lemongrass and citruses, that give a distinct 'sparkling' quality that I find very pleasant. Amber, musk and sandal actively contribute in giving this composition a 'clean and bright' feature that I find particularly agreeable.

I got the oil version. So far, I like it. My favorite part is the mint. It makes it uplifting and refreshing. It's nice scent for me when I want a break from the too feminine and flowery scents. I am suprised from the quality of such a cheap perfume oil. I will definitely look for more perfumes of this type.

First try today, oil 6ml version, just a touch on my wrist. After ca 1.5h citrus, flowers, vetiver (!), a bit of sandalwood, musk and spices, definitely no BO impressions. Fresh, invigorating, clean. Masculine, but not offensive. As for a cheapie - great blind buy.

A mix of lemongrass floor cleaner, some musk and a heavy dose of cumin. There's definitely a hint of sweat from the cumin but it's very manly and not off-putting. I've nothing else like this; some will hate it but it works very well on me.

This is lovely and has an unusual spicy/cumin note in there with citruses. Not too potent but has a nice silage and is cheap. The dry-down is gorgeous! Well worth the low price.

I have the spray and can detect no cumin at all. It is a lovely feminine light lemongrass/verbena white musk for me. Love it.

Blindbuy worthy Cumin with aquatic vibe Not arabic like other perfumes of this house. Similar to PASHA but its less subtle.

I also have the rollerball version of Khaliji, and find it to be a satisfying, if simple, scent. To begin with, there is a juicy lemon - lime smell, more LIME than lemon. This is neither a gourmand nor a sour smell. Just pleasantly sweet, like good limeade.... But underneath there is a touch of musk, and a decided whiff of CUMIN. Much as I love it, CUMIN can be a dealbreaker for some! This controversial spice may be bothersome to many who would otherwise enjoy a simple and refreshing citrus. I personally find it a bit challenging, while simultaneously the saving grace of a rather linear fragrance. While fragrance - especially Arabians - do not have a gender, Khaliji strikes me as more masculine in construction than womanly. This is entirely a matter of personal preference, however, as I'm well aware it could be unisex niche in a blind test. I don't find any of Khaliji's elements - Lime, Lemon, Musk, or Cumin - to be disturbing or unbearable. Neither do I consider this pleasing little citrus to be anything complex or devastatingly impressive! It's what I would call 'simply good'. We all need a simple, good fragrance in our lives from time to time. Khaliji is not necessarily for those who take their perfumes seriously. Fortunately, I view fragrance as largely a matter of serendipity. And I am glad to have met Khaliji! Three Stars Update - At an online Arabian oils shop, I found a description of Khaliji that includes the note of APRICOT. Yes! THAT'S the indefinable something extra I have not been able to pin down. :) How many men's fragrances can say they contain Apricot? Win-WIN.

I have the oil rollerball. For me, this radiates a powerful cloud of sweaty cumin when it is first applied, and goes on that way for some time. Like all oils, it progresses in slow motion, so it's a good two or three hours before the initial sharp body-odour spices shift into a more creamy balance - perhaps reminding me of a curry with plenty of coconut in the mix. As the spices die down over time, the green and citrus notes are more easily identifiable, but it still requires a little effort to notice them consciously. I was interested to see that other reviewers compare it to Rose 31 (which I haven't smelled). That's got me wondering - as I don't really detect rose in Khaliji, what would it be like layered with Al-Rehab's Aseel (which I do have)? Aseel is a little too rosy for my taste, so maybe balancing the heavy spice with the floral will result in something interesting... I do quite like this attar though, despite it making me nervous that I'm being judged by society to be nothing other than a perspiratious curry-fiend!

Super fresh bright lemongrass accompanied by spices, ESPECIALLY cumin. "Ohh B.O. this B.O. that" no. Like the legendary DaBarefootBombshell said, if B.O. smelled like this I would go around sniffing armpits. It's a wonderful freshie for any time of the day, year, AND it's like twelve cents anywhere on the internet. Haven't tried the roll on, the spray is good, and has an absolutely wild atomizer. Every says oh, it's obviously just like pasha de Cartier, it's obviously Versace the dreamer, oh no, it's sedley! NO! You are all WRONG! Any real knower would recognize this smells incredibly similar to Quorum Silver! It's near identical, except swap out the nutmeg in quorum for cumin. I don't think it's a dupe though. Solid longevity for a workday, solid projection.

6ml attar oil Wow! This is a strange one. I don't like it as a perfume but I like the fresh scent. So you know what I did? I put it in a pretty spritzer bottle and added some Everclear. Now I use it as a room refresher. Only 3 spritzes makes my bathroom smell freshly cleaned for eons! Actually many of Al Rehab fragrances are already available in Air Freshener room sprays including this one! So it's not like I've committed a travesty!

Once you get past the dry cumin note, then this smells the same as The Dreamer for me. My partner loves it on me and it gets better with time, I wasn't keen at first but now I can't stop sniffing my wrist when I wear this. Lasts a good 8-10hrs on my skin, only downer is that it doesn't project much (oil rollerball). Roll the ball a few times then leave for a week or so. Really enjoy this, great blind buy and very cheap.

Kalij is a very good fragrance! Fresh and it smells more expensive. I agree the Cumin note is maybe too much present , but it Still a Great daytime scent! In my opinion kaliji, silver, sultan,shaikah and aseel are the best of the house. My advice is to buy the OIL verison of Al-rehab fragrancies.

I like the smell of this but it doesn't last 10 mins on me before the scent is just completely gone. After the initial blast of citrus it disappears quickly. I can put my nose right up to where I spray it and it's nowhere to be found on my skin. So it's a no go for me.

At first I sprayed it, it was burst of citrusy note...then 2 minutes later, it resembles to Cartier Declaration, which is surprise me. It really good perfume compare to its price. I would love to try more variant of Al-Rehab perfumes.

I have the 5ml oil. This is in the same vein as Sultan. Nice and delicate. Non-offensive. It also shares Sultan's issues. That is, no projection and no longevity. I like the scent but I also care about longevity. Won't buy again.

i get the cartier declaration but its way closer to current versace dreamer.

I think one's experience of Khaliji is dependent on one's sensitivity to cumin. If you're overly sensitive, this will probably be kind of off-putting. If you're cumin-insensitive, like me, this is a nothing of a smell, an eau d'eau that seems like more of an aftershave splash meant to linger for just a few minutes and then disappear to make way for your actual fragrance. If your cumin sensitivity is just right, I imagine it would be a good dumb reach when you want something simple that still elevates you above your normal scentless self but could also be overlaid with a stronger, more interesting fragrance later in the day if desired.

Khaliji – Al-Rehab – Attar The cumin is dominant for me, even in the dry-down. I'm struggling to interpret it as sensual rather than as unwashed body parts. (Maybe I should try for refried black beans.) This fragrance is quietly assertive, robust; it is showing an ability to assert itself up through another strong scent layered in the same spot. _____ 1 September 2025 A fragrance that causes a wearer to question whether he has burned through his deodorant—three hours after showering—is not working right, imo. Decommissioned.

God Bless western brands american brands european brands all the brands who made a beautiful scent amazing stuff make us happy make us love the life not like this eastern ugly fragrance who make me thinking that life is so ugly and doesn't worth to live if the smell is like this fragrance . also this fragrance like others fragrance by Al-Rehab which i reviewed it's annoying scent and harsh scent also give me a headache.... 35 mL price : $ 2 USD My opinion: 3/10

this softer one of sultan. i prefer sultan than this.

I like it but not a love. However, there is no doubt some people get the 'armpit BO' (cummin) smell from this perfume. Anyone telling you differently doesn't want to admit we all smell things differently. It always amazes me when people come here denying what another person smells in a fragrance. I personally don't get the BO but I do get a citrus musk. My wife however does get the BO smell so it's a dislike from her. I only wear this on cold Spring days because I enjoy the green musky citrus which reminds me of early Spring. However, keep in mind about half the people that smell this will no doubt get a vibe that reminds them of someone trying to coverup their armpit BO with a cologne. The other half won't get that vibe at all and will enjoy the freshness. It is what it is. 7/10.

Not going to lie it’s not a like for me, I appreciate the citrussy freshness that comes off like grapefruit to me but then there is some other prominent scent that smells very familiar but can’t connect the dots but It’s very off putting to me. Would love to know what this “ bad” off scent is so will avoid anything that has it. It’s a sweetish powdery-ish soupy smell and very distinctive... maybe those flowery notes have To do with it....(?)

Like the review below, I can't decide if I like this or not and it's entirely down to the Cumin note which is dirty and overpowering. The rest of this scent is fresh and interesting, but that Cumin note will make this unwearable for me I fear. Not a disaster at £3.49 for a 35 ml bottle! Good Quality but Challenging!

This is for the oil version i let it sit for 24 hours with the cap open. Its a very syntethic suff there. you got to love cumin or body oder with a very synthetic lemon. this is how its like on my skin. after trying to see if it change after 3 weeks no change and it stays like this for all its hours on me.....

Review for roll-on. Too heavy, too sweet, too stinky. Applied it 24 hours ago, still can smell it. Not so striking as at the beginning, but still sweet and heavy. Don't like it. Also didn't notice any citrus, minty or fresh notes. Basically, didn't notice any notes except perhaps some pines and a bit of musk.

It's like house cleaner. Was supposed to be fresh, but it's just a bitter toilet disinfectant. I wouldn't buy it even if it was intended to be used like that.

Yep, this has cumin in it! The spice smell overrides many of the other notes and has a really raw and dry feeling to it. It didn't smell good on me.

The quality of the scent is very good, ingredients are very solid. But this smell is not my taste. Not recommended for a blind buy imo.

Unfortunately i can't not think of the smell of urine when i apply it (roll-on). Yes it does get better with time but still lingers.

#1503 in my "Tour de Fragrance" This is the first Al Rehab I've gotten that I know I will never wear and is going straight in the trash. It's a $10 scent, so not a blind buy tragedy. It's sour citrus and lemon grass without enough amber, musk and wood to smooth it out and doesn't improve much in the dry down. The best you can say is it smells less like urine in about fifteen minutes, but never gets likeable or attractive. Hard pass.

This fragrance has one of the most deliciously sparkling bursts of citrus I've ever smelt in any scent before. It literally shimmers. For a relatively straight-forward scent this is surprisingly complex on me, I have noticed it does perform differently at different times. I do get a faintly sweaty note, yet overall it feels squeaky clean, and without a hint of soapiness. This is not a sporty scent, but summery. The spray version seems lighter with the cumin note more pronounced at first and then burning down, less citrus, then the mint dry down to a very pleasantly greenish vibe. Maybe even a slight touch of creaminess?.. The oil is much more robust and bodied and I think it's far the best way to experience what a glorious scent this is. I find some skill is needed applying the oil, as it heats up it's best to layer smaller amounts and wait 10 minutes to see how your body reacts. This not really an office or business safe scent, but it's perfect for either a casual or formal occasion where you want to get noticed. It really requires wearing with a little confidence as it's certainly an attention getter. It reminds me a little of Fahrenheit in that regard, not in terms of composition but in terms of structure and finish it gives a bit of the same result, maybe a nice summery version. Though this works well in milder seasons too. A top 5 for Al Rehab. I think my bottle has mellowed over time as the cumin note now seems a little sweeter. NOTE: If you love the citrusy aspect of this scent but cant get past the cumin note, I've found that 'King of Sultan' by Nabeel is almost the same scent with the cumin note almost absent (or dialed down a great deal). I often layer these two scents together with great effect.

This is an incredible attar for only $5. It has been compared to Cartier Declaration, but in my opinion smells far superior to Declaration - which on my skin is basically the scent of cumin with little else. They are in the same genre though. It has also been compared to Le Labo's Rose 31, a fairly pricey niche perfume which I haven't smelled. Khaliji has the unique lemongrass accord along with a rose note but done in a very masculine, slightly dirty way that makes it smell upscale (due to the rose) and rustic (due to the spices) at the same time if that makes sense. On the drydown I more spices, especially a strong note of cardamom, with hints of pepper and cumin, but done in a very nice way; it ends up smelling rugged and masculine and not like a spice dish. The lemongrass note in this is quite beautiful, and does not smell like lemon or other citrus fruits, or the leaves of citrus plants (like petitgrain), nor of citrus plant flowers (e.g. neroli or linden blossom) or plants with leaves that smell like citrus fruits (e.g. lemon verbana). As a citrus lover with a few colognes featuring citrus fruits, flowers, plants, and plants whose leaves have a similar aroma to citrus fruits, I can say that the lemongrass note in this fragrance smells uniquely like lemongrass, and is one of the only perfumes on the market to feature this note to my knowledge. Sillage and longevity are both moderate leaning strong. 4/5

Fragrance -Khaliji Al-Rehab Bottle(roll-on)from - 2016 Khaliji opens with an unusual,fresh yet warm and a bit dirty burst of citruses with dominant lemongrass mingled with cumin and soft flowery notes,with a wisper of musk lurking at the edges.As time goes by,it becomes more musky, spicy,dirtier and woody with nice touch of sandalwood and cedar.It has some similarities to Declaration by Cartier and Rose 31 by Le Labo."Quality/Cost Ratio"is extremely high.This is very complex and sophisticated scent,there is no question about it. Longevity - 10/10(10+ hours) Silage/Projection - 8/10(moderate to heavy projection and silage for the first 2-3 hours) Weather - For more or less any time of year.Best in spring and summer.I personally wouldn't wear this on a really cold winter days. Versatility - 9/10 Age - 25+ Compliments - 7/10 Scent - 8,5/10 Main notes according to me - lemongrass,cumin,musk,citruses,orange,sandalwood,flowers. The drydown is a bit woody,spicy and musky and I get some musk,cedar,cumin,citruses and sandalwood. Emotions -sophisticated,unusual,mysterious,between light and dark,unanswered questions. Occasion -For more or less any ocasion. Definitely will get everyone's attention.

This 6ml oil arrived today and I was quite sceptical based on the very mixed and Arguably negative reviews, as compared to the normally majority positive reviews of most of their attars. I own maybe 10 -12 all oils , and have not been disappointed yet. Dakar, cobra, Nebras,taif rose , red rose , Susan, sultan al OUD , Lord, Crystal , al sharquiah and Aseel , - I am Male , 49, and a lover of vintage natural 70s 80s powerhouses . My take on khaliji- @ drugstore classics, your review sums it up perfectly. It is Simply good!! Similar to arabian ouds Royal private blend But so much cheaper. I was expecting a chemical mess And BO cumin Based on a lot of the unfair reviews. I find the cumin Is natural and in perfect balance with the Citrus and floral notes Which also come across quite Natural. It is not strong nor overpowering, Simply well balanced with moderate projection and longevity . Also bought superman which is very impressive and layers beautifully with vintage Opium from 70s / 80s Please don’t be put off thinking it’ smells of body odour , I’ve had that with alain Delon fragrances with cumin, and On my skin this works wonderfully

The major player in Khaliji is cumin, as many have already pointed out; that and citruses. So, I think of it as an Oscar for Men with cumin instead of pepper and nutmeg. The lady at the little souk where I bought it commented that it is a favorite among their male clientele. That sounded about right, since I find this to fall a little on the male side. I would say "try before you buy", but given the ridiculously low price and the fact that you obviously would not find this at places like Nordstrom, Macy's, Sephora, Perfumania, etc. to test, I would say just go ahead and buy it blind, if you find the notes intriguing. I have the spray EDP (see the secondary picture towards right above), which is more like an EDT in terms of strength. I have not tried the smaller roller-ball bottle, which is shown in the main picture above.

I have owned this fragrance for about a year and half and I just happened to purchase about 7 bottles which equates to about $60 shipped or so. Let me say that this is good. Actually I would argue that this entire house is much better than bargain bin shipping at TJ max and Ross. This one is sort of Rose 31 sort of Bergamotte 22 not the quality of either but I think decent enough to be mentioned amongst them. It does have a cumin/sweaty vibe but it isn't unpleasant. There is a lime citrus spicy musky fragrance. I have all the sprays and this one lasts for some time and projects decently. A sweet musk a spicy aroma with light florals and citrus. At the price point this house is amazing. I will give an update once I have gotten the opinions of others

Fresh, citrusy, soft. But as many reviewers have said, it had that odd cumin note. Did not notice any minty note...but is a bit musky. Not a bad perfume at all, but based on body chemistry the cumin note can smell like body odour. For me , it doesnt smell like BO so its ok. The cumin is not unpleasant atleast on my skin. Al-Rehab Silver is way more fresher & sharper & better. Khaliji is good, but could have been more closer to Silver is that odd cumin note was not there. Dec2015: Applied Khaliji after a long time today....all the above points tsill hold good....but the drydown smells much better than the initial part...kind of calm & non offensive..good offering from Al Rehab.

If BO smelled like this I would go around sniffing armpits. Everybody's nose is different but to my nose and my body this scent is divine. I ordered choco musk but the company was out of it and asked what I wanted as a replacement. I told them I like gourmands and citrus scents and left it at that. They sent me Khaliji and I am so glad. I live in San Diego so I can wear this all year around. It's also great for layering as well with other citrus scents that are too sharp on the zest. I will be looking for a larger bottle as soon as I get the space on the vanity.

tried the oil version today and was surprised by how similar this is to cartier declaration essence. the similarity and lower price make this a total no brainer and the best among the two. I was planning on getting cartier declaration essence but you can buy this for a fraction of the price. the smell is 95% or more similar and hardly anyone can tell the difference when they are both side by side once it has settled down on your skin. Longevity is on par with the cartier but the price makes this the one to get.
