Love Apple

This is such a happy little burst of joy in a bottle. I got both the roll on and the atomizer, and together they’re such a treat. This fragrance somehow manages to be nostalgic and modern at the same time. It has moderate projection and longevity, but for $15 for both, who cares? You can just pop the little roll on bottle in your purse or wallet, and reapply as needed. I am a fragrance collector, and am not shy about dropping $300 for a luxury fragrance if I fall in love with it. No one who smells you wearing Love Apple is probably going to confuse it for high end. But everyone who smells you is going to like what you’re wearing. I’m excited to see what I can layer this with, like Angel’s Share or Eilish. I even think I’m gonna try it over a pumpkin spice scented lotion I have. I’ve read some reviews with a lot of hate for this cute happy little fragrance. I don’t get it. So if you buy it and hate it, please feel free to send it my way. I’ll be happy to take it off your hands for you.

Amazing! Priced at a bargain basement for the roller at some Shisha Pipe and oriental bazaar stores here in Sydney’s Lakemba. Picked this up and a couple of others. Beware of reviews below claiming they can’t smell vanilla or cinnamon. It’s basically a smooth oily vanilla scent (😏) with smooth cinnamon bodying it out a bit. It’s a sharp acidic apple opening for the first 20 minutes and that gradually sweetens. Then during the enormous wafts that follow for about 4 hours you get a bit an apple flesh flittering in and out before it develops into an ambery vanilla. The apple keeping a nice freshness on top of the ambery vanilla. Almost identical to Loree Rodkin Gothic minus the super sweetness and kept fresh with the apple for a substantial time. Absolute must for vanilla/fruit lovers and don’t let your biases get in the way of a purchase. Totally unisex with a slight feminine lean.

I love this. It is less juicy cider-y apple and I can't quite say shampoo-y until I smell an apple scented shampoo and even then it might vary but this is more of a warm apple like the reviewer below stated, some vanilla and slight cinnamon but I appreciate the slightness of the cinnamon because sometimes fragrance manufacturers can get carried away with that scent note. So I would just say "warm/spicy" more then "cinnamon", but a pleasant warm/spicy because fragrance manufacturers can also get carried away with that scent note sometimes as well. The only downside is I wish it lasted longer on the skin. I was sent a two year old bottle so that might have something to do with it. The oil is much more apple-y then the spray but I am macerating it to get the alcohol toned down. The oil only lasts about 45 minutes, that is so sad since it smells really good.

Having loved Soft, Choco Musk, Golden Sand, White Musk, and Fantastic, I don't know why I was surprised when on what was probably the 5th wear, I fell in love with Love Apple. With the exception of Choco Musk, they all took a few wears before their true character emerged. I suppose it's the nature of them being rollerballs and not sprays, so getting oxygen in them takes more time maybe. Or maybe it's that it's finally truly fall where I live. What I do know is when Love Apple transformed from a tart apple, barely-above-a-skin scent into this gorgeous, long-lasting, decadent apple cinnamon pie that I couldn't get enough whiffs of, it was clear that Al-Rehab had performed its magic yet again. I should have trusted the process. Now I need a six-pack of Love Apple rollerballs because I want to wear this all. The. Time.

When I smelled this I immediately knew it reminded me of something. It took me a couple days but I figured out this is reminiscent of Chierosa ‘40 by Sol De Janeiro, the one in the dark pink bottle. It’s fruity but also has a creamy vanilla thing going on. The main difference between them is Love Apple adds a richness and a touch of spice from the cinnamon, while I think the Chierosa ‘40 is more light and airy. I really love this fragrance and I can’t wait to layer those two together. It also layers beautifully with Khamrah: a boozy, spicy apple pie fragrance. Edit: wanted to add I have both the spray and the oil. The oil is by far more special and outstanding than the spray. Recommend skipping that and going for the oil.

simple, yet deep and delicious. every time i wear this i find myself sniffing my clothes or skin every so often. gourmand, warm, woody, almost smokey, apple pie. the cinnamon and musk add to the warm woody “smokiness”. even just wearing the oil, people can smell it when i’m standing near by or walking past. decent wear time on clothes. i must say - my 60 year old mom said i smell “just like a cherry cigar” every time i wear it, and although she absolutely detests smoking of any sort, she didn’t mean it as a bad thing. but now when i wear it i almost can’t take my mind away from that image and i feel like people around me think i just puffed on a cherry cigar. i still like it & find it comforting though.

For reference, I have the 50 ml spray, which I found for $8, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the scent at that insanely low price. For one, this is delicious - I can’t stop sniffing myself. I wanted a perfume that reminded me of caramel apples for fall, and this is it. It’s crisp Granny Smith dripping with sticky sweet caramel. There’s a bit of spice in there too (from the cinnamon, I’m sure), and musk in the base, but for the most part this is just warm caramel apple from beginning to end on me. I also wasn’t expecting it to last longer than five minutes (again, considering the price) but it does... about 4 hours on my skin and much longer on clothes.

I have both the spray and the perfume, and I’ve been wearing this for the last two weeks (layered with Soft), I have over 350 fragrances too so you know it’s good when I’m doing that! The apple has been done so so so well here. Though they don’t exactly smell alike, it really reminds me of Angels Share which is one of my favourite scents. For the price points on both the oil and the spray you really can’t go wrong, the oil lasts about 8-10 hours on my skin and the perfume lingers on clothes forever. The projection to me seems more on the lighter moderate side which is why I’ve been layering it with Soft which is a bit stronger in my opinion!

ever since i got kayali’s eden juicy apple 01, i’ve been obsessing over apple scented perfumes. and the moment i found out about al rehab’s love apple... i went insane. it was suddenly my life goal to have this scent. i just had to. i needed to know what it smelled like. and you know what. this is IT. like it was so much better than i expected. the scent is true to the listed notes with a touch of tartness that gives it its candy-like scent. almost boozy in a way. it also reminds me of apple shampoo (positively) i bought the love apple oil for $1 and the 50ml spray for $1.91 🍎💋

this scent is so so so amazing! I think it's perfect for any season, especially fall, but I say this because it's such a warm yet fruity gourmand. I get very juicy, fresh, and ripe red apples that have been cooked to perfection with cinnamon sprinkled on top. there is this vanilla musk base that makes it so intoxicating and whenever I wear it I can't stop smelling my wrist! the oil version of this is much sweeter than the perfume. the perfume is a lot more muskier and sharp, but I only got it to spray on my clothes since I love this scent so much!!

I originally bought the oil version of this and I liked it so much that I got the spray version also. It's a candy, cinnamon apple and I love mixing it with Lattafa Khamrah for it brings out the boozy apple notes that make Khamrah one of my favorites. It's fun and inexpensive which makes it perfect to experiment with. The spray is much stronger than the oil and when I want to smell really extra I layer both of them...this is yummy with Estee Lauder cinnabar on top. A great cheap thrill and if you love spicy fall scents it's worth checking out.

This is a review of the Oil Version. So I smelt this at a shop and I absolutely had to take her home with me! This is such a beautiful scent, reminds me of apple juice with extra sweetness. Al Rehab did a great job with this scent. Starts very Fruity and sweet then dries down Sweet, slightly spicy, and Powdery. This lasts for hours on my skin and clothes and just smells so yummy. It's a compliment magnet and great to layer with scents you'd like to sweeten up a bit. Very Feminine and smooth. I've ordered the spray and will give an update.

Review of the oil: This smells absolutely divine, especially in cold temperatures (think <70F). To me it smells like mulled, apple cider (think apple juice with cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, etc.). Not so much apple pie. It lasts ridiculously long (literally until you wash it off) and projects really well. I’m on my second roll-on bottle, definitely signature worthy. It also smells like a non-acoholic, more subdued version of Killian Angels Share. Definitely better than Choco Musk lol.

I have the perfume oil. Juicy green apple like you'd find in shampoo--I LOVE it!!! It's been so hard for me to find that overexaggerated photorealistic apple smell in a frag and Al-Rehab's killing it. It takes about an hour for it to dry down. The apple is persistent, but calms down and you can smell more of the cinnamon & a little bit of vanilla creaminess. Perfect on its own for spring & summer, and excellent for layering with vanilla or woody scents for fall & winter.

(oil not edp) i love this scent! im not usually a fan of majorly fruity gourmands but this is really really pretty. the apple feels more like a green apple as its quite sharp, but the cinnamon and vanilla help to mellow it out. i feel as though the scent profile for this is very halloweeny/autumn themed but i think this can be worn all year round! very versatile c: it layers beautifully with choco musk, too. really helps to elevate the vanilla c:

I agree with others when they say this smells like apple shampoo, or apple soap. On the dry down it gets smoother and sweeter. Its loud enough to have some nice projection but it doesn't fill a room. This is a great oil to layer with other fragrances. This UPDATE is late, but let me just say, this oil gets so much better and deeper!! If this is what Casablanca smells like then I am going to need the multipack of these!!

(Oil Version) Sharp sweet and sour apple. Smells like BBW Winter Candy Apple but better. I dont get the Vanilla in the dry down but it smells like a totally different fragrance in the dry down and to me gets even stronger. The dry down smells like a delightful and girly and sexy incense. Lasts a good amount of time and the projection is great. I get a waft of it every time I move around.

Al Rehab wins AGAIN!!! Ahh, this is excellent! It opens with a blast of Apple, but quickly dries down to where you’ll smell the original Choco Musk DNA. On its own it’s a bit weak, and kind of has an Apple cider vibe; definitely not as strong as the original Choco-musk but I layered it with Kayali Vanilla 28 which was a win! And, for $5- you can NOT go wrong! Perfect for Fall!!!

this is SOOO good omg! it starts really spicy with the cinnamon and apple and then after a few minutes it smells like a candy apple. its sooo sweet and has a great mixture of apple and like a melted sugar w vanilla and a little caramel. like something you would get from the fair. this is so good and i will be wearing this more during the fall! 💓

ini enak bgt tolongggg~ sempat underestimate karena katanya mirip boum vanille, menurutku vibesnya mirip tapi mereka punya jalan yang berbeda. Boum vanille lebih ke apel + creamy vanilla, manisnya generic. Kalo love apple lebih fresh, lebih boozy, manisnya bukan dari vanilla tapi manis apel, wanginya kayak lagi ngupas apel segar.

(spray ver!!) This is an absolutely amazing sweet apple scent, It comes off very sharp with a strong alcohol scent but gradually dies down to a sweet, clean, boozy apple. Overall a very fresh and fruity smell, perfect for spring! I personally recommend pairing this with a light vanilla lotion and or body spray! <3

I really love this! The longevity and sillage is not as good as al rehab soft or choco musk but the comfort is much better! I have the oil version and i feel this is going to be a great layering option. It's a juicy apple with hint of vanilla, and the dry down is juicy and creamy. so comforting

I bought the roll on oil. It is SO good. This scent can be worn any time, but it’s a wonderful holiday scent imo. Perfect for Christmas and thanksgiving. So spicy. Juicy apple, cinnamon, boozy, sweet and musky. This lasts a good while on my skin. Maybe around 6-8 hours. I love it. Worth it.

this perfume ( spray ) is one of my top 5 picks, its syrupy, boozy, warm & sweet. i dont get the apple in the opening, all i smell is a fresh red grape juice, as its setttles down, you get the warm yummy musky vanilla, it definitely gives off 90's nostalgic fall vibes, I LOOOVE IT ♥

I love this. On me it smells like red gala apple peels, with some drying flesh clinging. A dash of Mexican cinnamon and Dominican vanillin. Soft amber base holding it together. It smells sweet but not gourmand or cloying. Enjoying this a lot as an early fall scent.

I have the spray version, I couldn't find the oil in my country. I like it, it's for spring, summer. The apple it's pretty strong in the first hour, it smells like apple pie from mcdonalds, then become more mature. The smell is great for the price.

Deep, beautiful, fragrant apple that lasts all day! It's more of a warm and rich spicy apple rather than a clean and juicy scent, so great for autumn (maybe winter too). Looking forward to layering this with other cozy scents!

Fresh red apples on powdery vanilla musk. A slightly messy composition, but has both unexpected & wearable quality, and makes one's day altogether kinder and cosier. Not a really mature one, but it does feel really good.

Not quite Angel’s Share, but something that would layer nicely with it. This is its own thing and it’s really good! This smells like warm apple pie but not sickeningly sweet—it’s just right. I have the oil version.

i layer this with b&bw inner angel and smell like vanilla and apple all day! the opening's a little overwhelming but it dries down very nicely. alone it's very boozy and sweet

Boozy cinnamon spicy apple I love it. For some reason I didn’t have high expectations for this, so when I smelt it and loved it my expectations were definitely surpassed!

This layers really well with Bint Hooran. The sweetness, fruity accord in love apple pairs really well with the musky, floral, slightly sweet vibe Bint Hooran has.

This is definitely a dupe for The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods. It’s bright, yet warm and sweet, and it’s not cloying. I’d recommend this as a cold weather fragrance.

I have the oil and really love the smell. It smells like apple pie and I love mixing it with other vanilla fragrances. Great price as well.

I love this! It reminds me of Kilian Apple Brandy on the Rocks. I have both and they are super similar!

Just kind of smells like soapy apples, the dry down is a bit cinnamon smelling. Certainly not bad.

Smells more like a fresh green apple shampoo than apple pie to me, but I still really like it.

I love it, exceeded my expectations; the oil roller was totally worth the blind buy.

To me this is a simple, warm, buttery apple scent with hints of vanilla.

First initial impression— I’m surprised this is marketed as a female fragrance as from a males perspective this smells more masculine and similar to some Boss Bottled fragrances and smells almost identical to Green Lover by Lolita Lempicka On it’s own this opens very loud,synthetic with a very screechy green apple note with some sharpness that’s not really my cup of tea. However,once it dries down that apple note becomes much nicer,more crisp and you get a beautiful candy apple type of smell that also smells kind of like apple shampoo from the 90s!!! Once this calms down I really enjoy this !! The drydown is pretty similar but in the end you get mostly vanilla with apple in the background!! It’s in this stage that it really reminds me of something Hugo Boss would make !! I love the note of apple when it’s done right and I must say that I enjoy this !! It’s not my favorite by any means but in the fall months I sometimes crave scents like this !!! Performance is great !!! This lasts 8-12 hours on my skin and has monster projection for 1 hour but then dies down to a heavy scent bubble that’s lasts into about hour 4. Overall rating - 7 out of 10 ! Lovely candy apple scent for that leans masculine is a great bargain !!

I have the spray perfume and the oil rollerball, and am fascinated by how differently they perform. I imagined the perfume would have more of that bright sweet apple, and that the oil would have more depth, but it’s actually the other way around. I tried the oil first, and fell in love with the candy-like sweet apple. Juvenile, but satisfying, definitely not a natural smell, but delicious the way a jolly rancher can be, because it is so potent with flavor. The apple just performs and performs, a slight apple pie vibe, maybe some cinnamon, and it’s like someone is holding down the sustain pedal on the piano, so it just goes on and on. I thought the perfume would be a nice alternative to the oil, for when I just want a splash of that bright apple yumminess, so I was shocked to spray the perfume and discover this super base-y, rumbling oud. It’s nice, but much more of a commitment, and much darker, earthier, more Middle Eastern, an oud-apple. I think it’s strength is in the roller oil tho! For when life gets too serious and you’re not trying to impress anyone, just treating yourself to some yummy candy. And it’s dirt cheap.

This scent was on my want-list for so long and now that I finally have it, I am a little underwhelmed. I got the rollerball and when you first open it, it smells A-Ma-Zing! And when it is first applied, the cinnamon and apple are really strong and sweet. It’s delightful! But as the scent dries down, the musk comes out and in my opinion, does not play nicely with the other notes. It still smells okay, but it’s very strong and makes it almost old-ladyish. It might be really good for layering with other similar perfumes, but on it’s own it is a huge letdown. I still like it, but it definitely is nothing like how I thought it would be. It’s great for autumn and would smell a little better on cold skin, so depending on if your area has chilly days or only chilly nights really determines for you what time of day is best. I would rate it a 6/10. I’m glad I got a small rollerball (this was gifted to me) because I will use it until it’s empty but I don’t think I’ll purchase it on my own. If you like it, you’ll be glad to know that it is strong and does last quite awhile!

Ok hear me out perfume snobs (cuz I can be one too!). This ridiculously cheap, like $5-10 for a 50ml EDP, is a whimsical, straight up caramel apple that is just delicious! Is it linear? Pretty much but for the price I mean come on. Does it last? Not more than an hour or so on me but you can respray without worry at this price. It is just a fun, caramel granny smith apple right out of the bottle. I am hoping it gets stronger over time for some longevity. But it made me smile and there is alot to be said for that. Totally safe blind buy in my opinion since it is pretty photorealistic to my nose. Soooo many others at high price points that I have to keep testing and convince myself to like it. This one is just simple joy--Give it a try!

[this review is for the oil version.] as a devout cinnamon hater, I can't believe I like this! I mainly get the apple & vanilla here, which works in my favor. the cinnamon isn't loud or fake-smelling here, but it's something warm and cozy, almost ambery; it serves well to make the classic sweet apple scent a lot less linear. veers almost into candle territory but still wearable enough. definitely good on its own or for layering, a perfect frag for the colder months. doesn't last forever, but for the price I don't mind having to reapply if needed. very lovely for what it is!

I also have Choco Musk, CM Pistachio and CM Marshmallow from Al-Rehab. After getting Love Apple (spray), I am almost certain they use the same base formula for the Choco Musks and Love Apple, only add different top accords. The resemblance to CM Marshmallow in particular is strong. Just swap out Apple for Strawberry and Marshmallow. Viola! Am I the only one? I love the Apple formulation. It is reminiscent to Lattafah Khamrah to me, only more feminine. I think Golden Sand is slightly better, but I would need the rollerball for a better comparison. Still, it’s yummy!

On the initial spray, it smells like apple juice/syrup, thankfully not in a medicinal way! On the dry down, it smells like apple syrup soap/shampoo, which smells warm and delicious. I don't really go crazy for this perfume, it just smells pleasant and is nice to wear from time to time. It also smells kind of beer-ish to me, like an apple-flavored beer. It's not heavy nor revolting, so I don't have any problem with it. Edit: After a while of using it, I quickly got tired of it. It also turned sickly syrup-y apple beer to me.

I've never smelt 'Boum' (to which others have compared), but 'Love Apple' reminds me strongly of 'Nina' by Nina Ricci - sweet, candied apples with a woody-musk, vanilla-amber base - and very subtle florals off in the distance. I tend to only like gourmands that have bitter contrasts, so I find this a little too carb-y for my own taste... but it is nicely done if you're into this genre. Longevity is ~10 hours on me; sillage moderate at first, becoming a strong skin-scent after about 5-6 hours. Great for an autumn soirée. 3/5

This layers soooooo well with Lush Turmeric Latte! It does have the Choco Musk DNA which in this one gives it a waxy quality but I think that sort of adds to the candy apple experience. And it really stays smelling like an apple, like someone cut slices of apple, put sugar and cinammon on them, put them in the microwave and then the smell wafted into the room. It would honestly be too sweet for me if layered with Eilish or Nebras so the spicy smokiness of Turmeric Latte sort of goes perfect with it.
