Musk Al Aroosah

I have a sample of the EdP. Musk Al Aroosah is a gorgeous white musk with light florals and vanilla. It's a very sensual scent, similar to the musk oils from the indie brand "Possets", specifically the perfume "Beatrice". In Musk Al Aroosah, the powder note is light, with the sweet, hedonistic musk taking the center stage and becoming more sugary on the drydown. It is an intriguing blend that invokes impressions of both innocence and lust - like savoring a bite of some forbidden, indulgent confection. I love this fragrance, but unfortunately it wears VERY closely to the skin, which is something I wasn't expecting from the EdP version. However, this sexy scent would be perfect for close encounters. I'm debating whether it's worthy of a full size purchase - it's one of Al Rehab's more pricey offerings and shipping costs to my country are typically as much as the cost of the perfume itself. For now I will enjoy my sample; perhaps it will become stronger with time.

Umm.. divine. Unlike the one from Afnan (sharp, synthetic, with rose) or ASQ (high-quality soapy Dove, with oud drydown), this one is so very delicate. A little sweet, powdery, clean, a bit woody, a bit florals, and doesn't get vanillic. Much more complex than it portrays. This is a simpler, musky version of Penhaligon's Artemisia at a fraction of the price. Dries down powdery, not for baby, so boudoir-ey. A must for fans of powdery frags. The texture is thick, like ASQ's. Very intimate and cocooning. I'll repurchase this forever, lol. The bottle is weighty, looking like a tiny Boadicea. I just adore it so much *squealing voice*

My friend who lives in Saudi Arabia gave me this as a present. It is a lovely musk perfume (close to white musk), but its sillage is very very close to the skin that it ends up being kind of lukewarm and meh. Since this one is one of the more expensive perfumes of Al-Rehab, I was expecting something better when it comes to sillage, but maybe it works in a really warm climate. On the other hand it would have been strange to wear vanilla and musk in a warm weather. Musk and vanilla are the most prominent notes.

I did not care for this one. It does have a very powdery smell which becomes more obvious after a couple hours, but unfortunately I found the time in the interim obnoxious! It’s overly sweet to my nose, and I can’t stand sweet perfumes anymore. I like all my other al rehabs, but actually threw this one out. Perhaps partly because I couldn’t stand the smell, it did seem to be extremely long lasting. I didn’t capture any of the musk and virtually no creamy notes. Well, maybe like extremely sweet vanilla cream. Just did not work for me!

This is a thick white cloudy perfume oil. It's a very musky sweet powdery vanilla. Not the type where the vanilla dominates. But one note in this is what I cannot tolerate. That same note in Montales Sweet Oriental Dream or Keicho Mecheris Lakhoum. Extremely long lasting on the skin but low sillage. Great value for money. But not for me. Oh the perfume bottle is adorable and makes a wonderful ornament!

Love it!! Exactly what I was looking for. On me there is no vanilla. It's a beautiul powdery, musk, soft spicy scent. Sillage is phenomenal on me. Leaves a light fragrant trail behind. This is perfect in any weather and definitely perfect for office wear. It is not loud and obnoxious at all. Very pretty. One of the best musks I have smelled in a while.

15 ml clean white musk, very soft as the musk Boutchou Adn Paris with an acidulous Arlequin candy's smell (maybe a few bergamot), and creamy as Imperial desire Al Faransi but less powdery (without violet), just a little bit vanilla, and white musk. I'm looking for the spray eau de parfum 60 ml.

This makes you smell ETHEREAL. To me its pure angelic. I love to wear this one when I want to feel like the most luxurious version of myself. I'm captivated.
