Pearls Attar

This perfume is a vanilla and sandalwood ride from beginning to end. Throughout the rose will pop up, and then the musk, and the caramel, occasionally the oud, but underneath it all is a creamy gourmand ride that is a total delight. I can wear Pearls Attar out but I particularly like wearing this around the house and before bedtime. There is something so very warm, comforting, and enveloping about this scent. The day I bought this I was out with a friend and she tried it but said it was too sweet for her. Not for me. I get great pleasure wearing this close to home.

Nice but its not very strong. It is a skin scent with not much staying power. All I really smell is the sandalwood, vanilla and a hint of musk. Lovely and at least I bought 40ml so I can splash it around, reapply it and I also layer with another similar perfume (similar soft scent with similar sweet notes).

Al-Rehabs Pearls Attar, or, the perfume that allowed me to realize that sandalwood and I do not go well together. I really wanted to like this, and it smells wonderful on others, a balanced, creamy gourmand with whiffs of musk and rose, and a drydown of soft amber. ... on me? I think I was doused in sandalwood (and the slightest hint of vanilla) anytime I attempt to wear this. Sticky, cloying sandalwood with a powdery amber that is nausea inducing. Every time I try again, it needs to be scrubbed. Pity, considering once it does dry and mellows out its more tolerable, but it isn't worth waiting just to get to that point imo.

Fragrance Review For Pearls Attar Al Rehab Notes: White Flowers Caramel Woods Amber Sandalwood Rose Agarwood Oud Vanilla Musk This is a delicious modern gourmand Oriental. It comes as an attar oil but it really does smell more like a perfume and could almost pass for one that sells at Macy's like a Lancôme La Vie Est Belle or La Nuit Tresor - except with oud and musk and sandalwood and the exotic scents of the Middle East. This is gorgeous. At the first whiff I detected sweet caramel. It's a rather strong caramel too so they must have used up a lot of it. It's paired up with vanilla so this is a distinct caramelized vanilla and smells just like those gourmands we enjoy in fragrances that do not sell as Orientals and least of all as Arabic attars. Inhaling deeply and allowing my nose to do the work, I noticed the aroma of sandalwood and agarwood in perfect harmony. It's woodsy, wonderfully woodsy and rather unisex. There is a white flower smell as well probably jasmine. The fragrance throws up a lot of scents at different times. It's caramel, it's oud, it's rose (perfumy red rose not taif rose) it's sandalwood, musk and amber. The very last part of the scent as it dries down is pure amber, rich golden hot amber. This is still very much an attar and oud but it's got some sweet feminine gourmand touches of vanilla. I am in love with this perfume.

Pearls Attar Al-Rehab has a lovely, sweet, and calming aroma that lingers on the skin. Creamy and warming, it's ideal for the winter months. Just enough sweetness, not too horribly sweet. Good value and suitable for everyday use. From start to finish, this scent is a vanilla and sandalwood voyage. Throughout, the rose will appear, followed by the musk, caramel, and, on sometimes, oud, but below it all is a creamy gourmand journey that is a pure treat. This smell has a really comfortable and engulfing vibe about it.
