Spectre 568 - 147 Fall Of Fluidic Fauna

I first tried this new niche: The Fall of fluicid Fauna - Alûstre Spectre 568 - 147- on a humid, rather hot day this summer. It was so refreshing and calming and lifted my spirit instantly on that sticky day. I kept sniffing my wrist all day and evening and I could still smell it the next morning. I couldnt get it out of my head. I longed to smell it again and I soon went back to the counter in Illum CPH and bought a 50 ml bottle. Fragrantica’s ingredients has caviar listed, but its not. Its ’finger lime' also called caviar lime, an aromatic citrus.. Alûstre Spectre 568 – 147 evokes a sophisticated freshness without being sweet. Its crystal clear...It smells like the colour white in a luminous way. Like sparkling aldehydes - homepage says ’ozonic effects’. Its funny it came to my mind that this scent ’shines bright like a diamond’ and on the Alûstre’s homepage I just found an article about the Alûstre brand from Vouge explaining that the name is from the world of gemology, with the word ’Spectre’ and the six-digit code is inspired by the top and base notes’ colour essence. Spectre 568 – 147 is in the same vain as Byredo Blanche and some from the Clean line, but this is more complex. Also reminds me a bit of Serge Lutens, Laine de Verre, especially the ozonic aspects, but Alûstre Spectre 568 147 has more depth with notes of honey, light oakmoss and ambergris in the base. Its very well blended. On me it has a moderate-soft sillage and an excellent skin duration of about 7-10 hours. Its a deliciously refreshing perfume, that I love to wear. I feel tremendously clean, cool and elegant.

Clean linens, dry jasmine, soft rose, slightly soapy with a certain aquatic but clean musky aura. If I'm not mistaken, I believe I read that the brand wanted Bertrand to capture the scene of being in front of a waterfall in summer - providing fresh air, aquatic foam and feeling the full bloom of wildflowers all around you.
