Agua de Colonia Concentrada Eau Fraîche

Smells like a classic citromatic, notes of; citrus-lime, mint, fresh fruits, lemon, tea, waxy lavender, cloves, soft rose, some subtle spice, soapy-aldehydic aromas, vetiver, woods and something a bit like sun cream. Lasts as a skin scent for about 6hrs. Better for warmer days. Unisex, maybe slightly more masculine? Ages 25+. At times reminded me of "Herrera For Men." Like everything from this brand it punches above its weight. It's not a strong fragrance but is great for the price.

Made in Spain. There’s some pine mixed in with the oranges and lime, giving a unique take that isn't overdone. As it begins to dry down, you will notice a stale urine smell.

I just received this one as a gift from a friend who always visits Santander, Spain. This one is one of the best fragrances I ever smelled, very subtle and unpretentious though. It opens with an assertive citrus vibe, I immediately get the tangerine, but also a strong note of crushed green-lime leaves, which feels drier and zesty but very delicious. It then moves slowly to a sweeter phase, it might be neroli (?) (not listed) or orange and white musk. It has a slight and subtle soapyness, which resembles to the smell of Henkel VIVA, (a laundry powder detergent, from my childhood times in Brazil), That smell is very pleasant and comforting to me, like laying down on freshly setup bed with washed and ironed pillowcases and sheets. It feels CLEAN, cozy and very comfortable. Agua de Colonia Concentrada - Eau Fraîche is not easily found in the United States, but fragrances from Alvarez Gomez are a staple in Spain and most European countries. Classic, elegant, subtle and very cozy, slightly masculine, but I see absolutely no issues for the ladies to wear this one. The affordable prices for this creation makes it a "must have". The fragrance oils are natural and good quality, the concoction is well blended and airy, the longevity is around 2 to 4 hours, (skin types and weather can affect performance), silage is modest with limited projection, but those people next to you will be delighted, wanting to get more from you as they get closer. It smells like happiness to me. Alvarez Gomez are totally my favorite underdog designer fragrances.

My all time favorite brand. Unbeatable price/quality ratio, Spanish magic. I first discovered them about 10-15 years ago, Barberia is my top secret weapon, when all else fails. I am utterly excited about this brand new release. Alvarez Gomez never fails. Update 5/14/2021: I have received a few e-mail questions about this fragrance. The major difference between this and the Aqua de Colonia Concentrada is that this one has a more fresh vibe, than the original. Sort of like a more sour unripe orange mixed with unripe lemon, and take out the lavender. It is more youthful and unisex. Lasting power is very similar to the OG: short. Very similar to 4711, yet more modern. Perfect summer citrus. At the price it is highly recommended. All 3 I own are superb, delicious Spanish marvels. Will always buy them again and again.
