Gelato Mango Tango

I bought a bottle yesterday, on July 1st, produced in January according to the package. I don't know if it's enough for the famous maceration, probably not. Still, better such review than nothing, right? The notes list is true - there is a juicy mango, a hint of coconut milk, it's sweet but not cloying, then the dry down is a proper sandalwood (edit: then it's somehow stinky like a sweaty body). Altogether, the scent of high-quality ice cream with a lot of juicy mango. The bad news is - the parameters are horrible, it's intimate on my skin and gone in an hour (again, maybe it hasn't macerated yet). I tried "mature" Mango Ice and Vulcan Feu and they are more powerful for a little higher price.

@Richie.Z I guess it's that Arabian perfumes need to "rest" or macerate minimum 1 month after purchase to behave as expected. Non-Arabic companies also have such issue but I haven't heard of them as often.

This fragrance actually makes me angry with how little the notes and description actually match this. First of all, the bottle has nothing at all to do with the scent. There is nothing at all ice cream or gourmond about this fragrance. I get from start to finsh nothing but a nondescript floral powder- strong on the powder. So sick of these brands not describing things accurately and choosing such misleading bottle designs. This will be returned immediately. When brands do this it creates more work for the seller to try to get rid of an open box and process the return. Don't these houses want us to actually keep and use these perfumes?! Come on man...

I was hoping to see more reviews, some people say that it smells way too green and woody, leaning more masculine, but after letting it sit it's supposed to smell like the listed notes? Anyone can confirm? Pls, I want to get it lol
