Aura Eau de Parfum

This is great for those who like fresh floral scents, bonus points if you're on a budget. I picked this up impulsively because I wanted a casual summer scent more affordable than my usual (Chanel Chance Eau Tendre). I haven't been wearing it regularly because it does smell a tad bit cheap to me but nonetheless it is still a great scent for the price.

I have been trying to figure out what it smells like. My husband thought Light Blue, which is my go to. I smell that too, but as I have tried to figure out what it is, I realized just now. It smells like AE Real. To me. Which I wore a lot when it was a thing. So if you want something similar to Real, imo, this is it. 🤷🏻♀️

I wore the pink AE Aura perfume in high school during the early 2000s and wanted to experience it again. I was so stoked to find this still being sold a few years ago! But then I realized it’s not the same formulation; just the same borrowed name for a more modern “cousin-like” scent. A disappointment for me, to be sure, but I can definitely see it being enjoyed by a young woman of today who’s looking for a simple, crowd-pleasing fragrance, one who’s not pining for the lost days of her youth.

A bitter-green peony soliflore. Have the limited edition and the bottle is quite pretty. The best part actually. For $4 the smell fits the price.

I picked up a bottle at a discount store for a few dollars. First reviewer caught my curiosity:) the box is opaque, you’re right! The bottle is fabulous. The weight of it feels really high end actually. Today was the first time the sun has come out. Had the windows open, saged my space, windows open, then misted the curtains a bit with this. Happy, easy, soft. Just light mists, it’s a surprisingly strong edo. Fun find :)
