Ayoon Al Maha

A beautiful rose in the company of sandal that treats her all nice & gentle. Looks like he's in love. It is sunny. A bit hot. The lovers melt somewhat because of the temperature, but it does not bother them. And oud spells fireflies on me. They don't bother the lovers just as well, but make their date even better, being there. Upd.: wore the scent and smelled a "something", it was new to me, beside those things I felt and loved in Ayoon Al Maha before. It was... as if someone walked by and carried a basket of ripe, fragrant fruit (apples, apricots, and grapes).

thank you dubaiscents....but it is more tedious to order from there to uk with the new perfume delivery policy...even if i were to buy from ebay..the price..is sooooooo expensive and the chances that the one sold in ebay is authentic or not is another issue....i hope amouage bring it back to uk...

Exceptional. The sandal is just a winning quality. The opening is okay. After about 30 minutes its rich and smooth sandal. light hint of oud carries to a minimal. The Sandal takes the floor and what a beautiful Sandalwood it is.

Wow, this is a kick in the pants oud for someone who hasn’t worn one for awhile. I collected this probably back in 2015 or 2016, a very small amount left in a 12ml bottle. Got away from oud perfumes in the meantime (cause honestly, who wants to smell like 💩?) but put some on tonight, going through my collection. It’s almost too much for me, it’s certainly riding the edge of uncomfortable. That said, I have a Western nose and I put too much on by accident. The oud is pretty smooth for all that. It’s just a bit - agarwoody, really. More fecal/decayed/blue cheese than wood, but not entirely unpleasantly so. Rose is also prominent. The Rose has geranium facets. I’ve never smelled sandalwood from this one. The copywriting is hyped up BS. I don’t sense sparkle or milkiness or fawn’s eyes. It’s not a liquid dream, unless it’s an uncomfortable one, like when you have to pee and your dreams get weird. It’s oud plus rose, the end. These 2-3ml will probably last me till I die, as I’ve turned away from ouds. That said, it would be shame to let it go to waste. Perhaps I’ll break it out once a year when I’m bored, as I am now, and remember why I stopped chasing the agarwood tree.
