UPDATE: Y’ALL 💀 I have NEVER experienced sillage or longevity like this!! Literally what is happening. Smell is just as good as I remembered, but ONE spray on my wrist was so overpowering I had to drive with my car windows down and desperately scrub my wrists with soap once I got to my destination. I then tried removing it with olive oil (discovered this hack after some frantic googling), and eventually just took a shower...and the next day I STILL SMELL IT. Going forward, I will be unscrewing the top and dabbing the little spray straw on my ANKLE. It’s a gorgeous fragrance (with no traces of piss or puss, you weirdos) but god help anyone who unwittingly does multiple sprays. Story time: I was serving drinks at at a huge house party, easily 60 people, and suddenly was overwhelmed by one of the best scents I’ve ever smelled in my life. It was warm and comforting and resinous, but also with hints of white floral and vanilla. I asked the people nearest to me who smelled so good, and they all seemed confused and even gave me the stink eye. “Maybe it’s the trees?” someone said. How dare they. THIS WAS NO DAMN TREE. This began my mission. As I moved through the party, the scent would waft towards me occasionally. I felt like a cartoon character following the aroma of a pie to a nearby windowsill. I knew my chances of finding the source was low, and began to comfort myself that maybe it was a combination of many smells, so that I wouldn’t be haunted for the rest of my days by this white whale of a perfume. After all, the host had lit incense, and the dozens of people around me were likely wearing fragrance. But then the smell got stronger! I was playing “hot and cold”, and suddenly I was burning up. Then, I FOUND HER. Chic in a simple black dress. “Excuse me, is it you who smells SO GOOD?” “...Probably ☺️” she said bashfully. “Oh man, you just made her whole night.” Said the man with her. I begged for what she was wearing, and she told me: Amouage, by Guidance!!! I took my break right then and there so I could buy the travel size online on the spot! The strange thing about this is that even though the silage was truly enormous, and I could smell it in a room long after she had left it, walking up to her and smelling it at point blank range was somehow not overwhelming? It’s just so WARM. Like some sort of honey body lotion. But also I imagine unless you want to monopolize the smell of an entire room, this is one you’re gonna want to spray into the air and walk through. My bottle hasn’t arrived yet, and of course I’m anxious that it won’t smell as good as I remembered, or worse, will react badly with my skin chemistry, but who cares. I found the name of the perfume that made me spend a full evening playing smell detective, and I’ll be forever grateful that my night turned out this way.

What has and hasn't been said... after listening to many podcasts regarding Guidance over on the Tube, I, like millions of others, wondered what this really smelt like.... when to wear it.... and more importantly.... what it FEELS like... After searching for Amouage "Beach Hut Man" and ending up buying it from Amouage directly, this month, Amouage very kindly slipped in a sample.of Guidance - 10 ml. Now I understand that this may sound completely ridiculous... but to me.. on my skin... it smells like the following perfumes were some how mixed together in a magical cauldron of wonder: Hermes: Un Jardin Sur La Nil Hermes: Jour (Absolute) Diptique: Rose 4711: Sunny Beach of Zanzibar Estee Lauder: Spellbound I only had to wear it for 1 hour to smell all of those perfumes cycling around my scent memories. No wonder Guidance is addictive because it some how manages to weave a very powerful, emotional trail of scent memories for near everyone. It's not supposed to be dry... but there is a beautiful arid quality that is kept in line by the delicate bed of roses - like a bowl of rose petals that were laid out in the late afternoon sun in the desert.... next to a freshly cut melon and cactus....and a small amount of incence whispering quietly in the distance.... it's curious...and it seriously does smell like Hermes Jour Absolute with Hermes Jardin Sur La Nile and a spritz of Diptyque Rose... on a bed of 4711 Sunny Beach of Zanibar. One half spritz from the 10ml sample is all you need. Its projection at a half a spritz is impressive and this was between my breasts. Would I wear this in Summer.... at night, outside, 24 degrees c, sultry... oh yessss.... but just a spritz between the thighs.... it's sexy as hell but in a very very classy way... it teases and intoxicates. I seriously think that a man could totally pull this scent off, I imagine it will go much deeper and more intoxicating on male skin, but in a very powerful, mesmerising and beautiful way... Now I need to take this for a spin in public...

My Strange Journey with Amouage Guidance At first, I disliked it. It felt too strong, too heavy, too “Arabic” for my taste. I sprayed it on my wrist at the store — and somehow, the scent clung to my watch and came to my bedroom, even the air around me for weeks. It followed me with a strange sourness, like pickles, something I couldn’t get away from. I wanted it gone. Then came the unexpected: it was gifted to me. I was disappointed — “Why this one?” I thought. Still, I felt I had to give it a proper chance. That night, I sprayed it on again. Not because I wanted to love it, but because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. And then... I couldn’t sleep. I didn’t know how I felt. It was there, surrounding me, pulling me into some kind of invisible tension. Like a presence in the room. It kept me awake — not out of pleasure, but out of fascination. The next day, I was ready to give it away. But something inside me whispered: “Try again.” And that’s when it happened. The perfume that once confused me became a love affair. It didn’t ask to be liked—it demanded to be experienced. It opened with a rich, hypnotic cloud—powdery, spicy, smoky—wrapping itself around me like velvet. Then it softened. It melted into beauty—warmth, tenderness, whispers of vanilla, osmanthus, rose, and soft pear. I sighed out loud. It felt like falling into something I never saw coming. And the most magical part? It never stays the same. It keeps shifting, evolving, surprising me. Just when I think I’ve figured it out, it shows me something new. Even after hours, I still catch its trace—subtle, soft, addictive. Now I’m in love. Completely. My husband can’t stop sniffing me. I think he’s fallen under its spell too. Amouage Guidance wasn’t love at first sight. It was something deeper: a slow, mesmerizing, unforgettable love affair. And once it chose me... I was never the same.

Guidance is truly something else. When I bought a sample about a year ago, if was purely out of curiosity. For this same curiosity I usually end up testing most hyped fragrances even when the pyramid does not fit my personal preferences, only to be like "meh" every time. I definitely would not have expected to end up considering Guidance a masterpiece, but I do. The first spritz was confusing: too intense, too much going on. Too much "in your face". It creates a dense cloud in the air. Is it floral? Yes but which flowers? Woody...yes. gourmand, very nutty definitely. But she is also "carnal" when smelled up close. Wearing it on skin made me realize it has an addictive quality. Like if drying down it melted with my skin and made it exude pherormones. It is a sweet, floral gourmand frangrance, but it smells extremely sultry and it makes me feel a bit...dirty, without having any resemblance to body odor. This fragrance does not really feel like me, I am not that woman (unfortunately), it wears me. But from to time... I crave it. And I must say, people around me people that don't elucubrate this much over a fragrance, seem to love it when I occasionally wear it. You may love it, you may hate it...but no one who has given her time to show her colors can deny that Guidance is a remarkable fragrance with its own personality As for performance: it is poweful. Incredible sillage. One spritz is enough, three is too much. I also tested the 46 version and I personally prefer the original. The 46 lacks much of that "carnal" aspect that makes the fragrance so adictive. Also the og is already so powerful in terms of longevity ans sillage, that it makes no sense to choose the 46 for this reason. Infinity + 100 is still infinity...

I hated this the first time I smelled it. After hearing about it from influencers I ordered a sample of this and 46. I tried this one first. I sprayed it in the air and thought ewww. Then tried my wrist. It smelled like cumin or some sort of spice mixed with BO. I waited a while to see if it changed and then washed it off thinking the influencers are lying because no way anyone could like this. This stuff can cast a spell I found out. A few days later I was brushing my teeth and I kept getting whiffs of something sweet, fruity and delicious smelling. After I finished brushing I started hunting for where the smell came from. I thought it was some new lotions I bought. I sniffed them and no not from those bottles. Then laying off to the side was a little perfume spray sample. I sniffed and yes that was it. I looked at at the label and it said Guidance. I was blown away. No way could it be! I ended up spraying it on and it was a beautiful, sweet, creamy, slightly fruity fragrance that in dry down became more rosy, clean and slightly soapy. I couldn't stop smelling myself. Its addicting. I wore it for days straight and then decided I had to buy it. I want to wear it all the time. Even after trying new perfumes, I just want to wear either this or 46. I love them both. Interestingly 46 was a love at first sniff and I convinced myself that they are different enough to have both in my collection.

Guidance by Amouage is not just a perfume; it is an olfactory phenomenon that has redefined the concept of "trail" in recent years. Created by the genius of Quentin Bisch, this fragrance is a hypnotic journey between sophisticated gourmand and abstract floral. The magic of Guidance lies in the way Bisch manipulates seemingly heavy ingredients to make them airy, almost luminescent. As soon as it is vaporized, we are greeted by a note of crunchy and juicy pear, immediately surrounded by a toasted and creamy hazelnut. Olibanum (incense) adds that sacred and smoky touch typical of Amouage, preventing the sweetness from becoming childish. In its heart the fragrance blooms. Osmanthus dominates with its shades of apricot and suede, while Saffron adds a rough and luxurious texture. It is a vibrant, almost carnal heart. The base is where Guidance goes "nuclear". Akigalawood (a patented spicy-woody note) gives infinite structure, while Sandalwood and Vanilla create an irresistible "warm skin" effect. Guidance is a "polarizing" fragrance. It is not meant to go unnoticed. It's creamy, woody and almost lactonic, but with a mineral backbone that makes it very modern. If you love perfumes that leave their mark and are looking for excellent quality raw materials, this is a contemporary masterpiece. Its power can be overwhelming. Two sprays are often more than enough for the entire day.

I would describe this perfume as a personal experience. Why? Because everyone smells something different. It's essential to try this perfume on the skin, as the smell on the blotter can be deceiving. My first sniff was not as I expected, I've smelled it on the blotter in the airport, didn't like it, and moved on. Then, months later I tried the lotion on my skin and then noticed that throughout the day I would get whiffs of this amazing scent that I couldn't really put my finger on what it smelled like, then I realized it was the guidance body lotion that I tried on my hands. This perfume is an olfactory masterpiece! To me, it smells like a hug, like something warm and welcoming, something that you longed for. It sort of smells like a well-done shower routine, the smell of clean skin, even though it's not a fresh perfume. The notes are so well blended, that I wouldn't have been able to name many of them, making it a well-rounded perfume. The longevity on it it's insane, last time it lasted for 17 hours on my skin (2 sprays applied), and even my sheets smelled like it the next day. It's one of the very few fragrances that deeply impressed me, and I've spent my money on it without even blinking, worth every penny. I like to layer it with Delina exclusif - besides the fact that is a compliment getter, it’s a nuclear combination, you will definitely smell from miles away.

I do not have the perfect words to capture the loveliness & beauty of this fragrance. I adore Amouage "Guidance." Guidance opens with a heady, dusty, dry, hazelnut accord supported by perfect fruity notes. To me the opening is beyond heavenly. I detect smooth pear and some sweet apricot in the perfume's opening. I'm certain osmanthus contributes to the opening's powdery and fragrant nutty fruitiness. Resinous olibanum, sandalwood, ambergris and labdanum emerge, which prevent Guidance from developing into a full-on, sickly-sweet, juvenile gourmand fragrance. Subtle but definitive, floral notes seamlessly blend with woody, resinous, ambergris-labdanum base notes. To my nose, the FLORAL NOTES completely carry this fragrance. Rose, osmanthus & jasmine are prominent but not overwhelming, or needlessly strong. Guidance is dry, arid, powdery, ethereal and light. Guidance isn't overly-fruity and it’s (thankfully) not gourmand. The fragrance definitely doesn't wear like a typical Oriental fragrance. On my skin, Guidance lands as a woody, dry, slightly resinous fragrance with gentle florals (jasmine, lots of rose), a bit of sweet pear, hazelnuts and sandalwood. Warm, comforting, serene, meditative. Love love love this perfume. My forever fragrance! Cannot imagine living without Guidance.

Forget about Ganymede. Forget about Delina. This is Quentin Bisch's most impressive witchcraft. Amouage says that this is supposed to smell like words of wisdom and read like a poem. Sounds like a Lord of The Rings movie, but i have to admit that it actually does. The way Quentin Bisch managed to masterfully blend Frankincense with the other notes is pure magic. It's smoky, it's nutty, it's almost marine because of the Ambergris, It's fruity, and it's also bright because of the rose. On my skin, Guidance starts with a blast of nutty pear, backed by a dark smoky frankincense accord. The opening can smell a bit too much at first and dare i say very sweet and synthetic because of the pear note. But once it settles down for a few minutes, the hazelnut becomes stronger, the frankincense becomes clearer and a beautiful bright rose sneaks in between. Ambergris is certainly noticeable here. It kinda serves as a cornerstone supporting note and gives the composition a slightly animalic edge. This is complex and beautiful stuff. The "witchcraft spell" feeling eventually calms down in the late drydown, and the scent becomes a traditional creamy sandalwood blanket. I'm a frankincense junkie, but i never expected that Frankincense and Hazelnut can smell that good. This is witchcraft magic.

Ordered decants, super hyped what category I’ll fall into after all those mixed reviews and wild opinions. What on earth I was smelling ?! Unusual, somewhat dreamy, somewhat tribal, somewhat sensual stuff. This is beautiful, musky surprise, unlike anything my nose touched before. I don’t understand people complaining it smells of private parts, unwashed or dirty body odour. Literally opposite for me : clean, springy and definitely eyebrows raising in best possible way. If you smell BO, take a shower maybe? Perhaps it’s not Guidance lol Or that it smells too strong ? That is the whole point, especially paying such money. I am not spending hundreds of pounds to smell for 20 mins and respray every other hour.Few sprays is enough. It hits you like a brick at the beginning and then slowly transforms into tender, powdery calmness. Loved how it evolved - it became my skin, part of me in very subtle way. My colleague at work had a sniff without knowing what I was wearing: she went, you smell rich ! Are you back to your palace later ?! :D This is for sure for mature audience - 35+ confident and somewhat “got it together” woman. I am not ready to commit to full bottle just yet however I think I may treat myself on birthday later in the year. Wink wink. Next in line for test: 46

Amouage Guidance is a beautifule and extraordinary scent but besides this it is for every day use and non divisive. I think it will be extremely popular in short time. It’s gourmand- sweet becouse there is a strong sweet hazelnut accord (sometimes it reminds me Nutella) in the first 30 minutes. For me the pear note just a little juicy nuance, not a whole pear accord. They are together with the gentle olibanum what makes this beginning unique and I can’t compare to enything. But it was immediate LOVE when I first tested and all of my family (mother,husband, girlfriends...) likes it very much. After when top notes are fading comes a strong and lactonic santal (this part reminds me Fragrance Du Bois Santal Complet becouse it has a little coconutty feeling) and a peachy osmanthus and rose! The end is full of woody vanilla- very beautifule. 2 sprays is more than enough and lasts days on skin. The packaging and colour fits the perfume becouse it is so ladylike. I’m happy for this new direction of Amouage becouse this beauty is much more wearable then Amouage Classics and still has the same high Quality. Quentin Bisch made a new perfume bestseller after his famous prior works.

First of all, this is not necessarily a "heavy" or "strong" perfume in the sense that it will cause a migraine, but oh boy...it will fill a room. This is beast mode sillage. In terms of the actual scent though; it is amazing. It is complex and hard to pin down exactly what it smells like at first, but it reminded me of Kheer or Burfi. It smelled like a nice spiced dessert. But on the dry-down it turns very nutty and woodsy (and slightly lactonic?). When I went back to check on the notes again everything clicked. The opening is definitely pear, floral, and nutty. The dry-down is excellent. The sandalwood, vanilla, and hazelnut are almost Nutella-esque but there is no cloying sweetness. Despite its strong projection/perfomance it is technically a mild gourmand. It is not a over-bearing scent on its own but somehow it manages to fill a room. Go with a half-spray or one full spray tops. It's 10/10 overall and you're getting your money's worth with this, but I would not recommend it for everyday use. You will definitely leave behind a delicious scent trail, so it's not office appropriate but you should absolutely wear it for date night.

Coming back for a second review because I just tested Guidance on my skin again after a year-ish. Perhaps my travel spray was macerated or whatever happened, but this did not turn sour and spoiled on me anymore. It is a sweet, buttery, whipped cream cloud of sandalwood heaven! But it's not simple as that; I can see a ghost of Salome in the background? I can now see what some people meant when they say it smells like in between a woman's legs, I couldn't detect it before. Obviously they carry different vibes and went in two completely different directions, but they share that same base of fluffy musk and the slight sweaty skin accord (in this case the pear + ambergris combo). It adds onto the charm and gives it more depth, complexity, personality. There's nothing unwearable about this, it's undeniably a masterpiece that deserves all the fame it gets. I much prefer this over Guidance 46 that rounds out its womanly musk and dial up the sweetness just to be more mass appealing. There's plenty of generic sandalwood scents on the market, leave my grown lady Guidance alone!

This is one of the most beautiful fragrances to ever exist!! It is so grounding, earthy and calming. It starts off with a strong blast of dirty and fresh piney olibanum which is very nice as it makes me feel one with nature and quite unique of a note and then develops into a creamy soft cloud of fruits, nuts, spices, fruity osmanthus, rose and saffron, finally the dry down is a beautiful relaxing, soothing and feminine creamy cloud of cashmere like vanilla. I get a lot of the frankincense olibanum in here, along with the florals, blended together they give a slight potpourri vibe, but the osmanthus and pear give an amazing freshness on a sweet creamy base along with woodyness like you are walking in a fresh green forest full of large trees, herbal frankincense plants, ripe fruits growing on trees and flowers blooming. It is so magical. Warning: to those who like to smell freshly showered and clean, you might not like this as the olibanum is very strong and does give a dirty vibe, It has a dirty but fresh and piney at the same time, forest floor vibe.

Tried it recently in store and sampled it! I was scared to dislike it, after hearing lots of mixed reviews. But I really like it. It opens like a juicy pear with hazelnut. As the dry downs settles, that's when the magic happens. It's a warm rosy base with the pear still whispering, but every hour it feels like you're wearing something different. It's not for the weak, and it requires a specific taste. But I really love it. I may be anosmic to it in some level; I oversprayed, but idk if the sillage is as spectacular as people are stating! Nonetheless the longevity is really good as I could smell it in my garage where my jacket laid for one whole week, and on my skin it stays 10hr+. Yes, Impadia really reminds me of Guidance, to me just without the nuttiness from Guidance' hazelnut. But Guidance stands a little more out scent wise because of the change during the day and its longevity. On my wishlist!!

After owning Guidance for over a year, I realized I had never written a proper review. This is a powerful and complex fragrance, not meant for everyone. It’s clearly polarizing—you either love it or you don’t. The hazelnut, pear, incense, and spices are intense and expressive, creating a dense and very distinctive composition. To my nose, it leans more feminine. This is not a blind buy and truly needs to be experienced on skin. That said, I love it. I enjoy it deeply and wear it occasionally, mostly for special moments. One bottle will likely last me forever, and even after a year, I still find myself being very intentional about when I choose to wear it. It’s not an easy fragrance, but when the moment is right, it’s incredibly rewarding. The bottle is a work of art, and I genuinely believe Guidance will be remembered as an iconic fragrance in perfumery for years to come.

Let’s put it this way. As a female, you enter a new world of niche fragrances, explore more unisex ones, training your nose, trying woody, floral, fruity, leather notes... At some point you will have too many perfumes and you will realize that you haven’t figured out a perfect scent yet. I found Guidance and that was THAT moment for me. From all the blends, bland to extreme combos, this is the only one that somehow blends gourmand, floral, fruity and woody notes into a masterpiece you can’t get enough of. The hazelnut is the magic ingredient here. Yes, the price point is high, but I don’t feel guilty at all for buying the full bottle. I appreciate the premium packaging too, which some luxory scents lack. The bottle is not too original, but it’s pretty (the cap especially) and I like that they stick with the recognizable design with all perfumes. 10/10

Silk Sheets and Moonlit Gardens 🌙👑 This scent makes me feel like a sultan’s wife in a moonlit garden or an heiress floating through a silk draped villa. The opening sparkles with a peppery woodiness that instantly awakens the senses, then melts into soft jasmine and osmanthus that really blooms in the heart but not in a heady way. It’s gentle, romantic, and so well blended. Not every fragrance needs to be wildly unique or groundbreaking to be beautiful. A subtle romantic well crafted blend can go a long way and this one absolutely does. The sandalwood in the base pulls everything together with creamy depth and just a kiss of vanilla that grounds it all. It has a gorgeous sillage and honestly one to three sprays is more than enough. Effortless, feminine, and completely divine 💫🕯️💛

Guidance is utterly captivating! The unexpected combination of classical french perfumery, gourmand elements, an omani incense core and ultra polished modern molecules is wildly successful and unique, it wows me every time i smell it. The bottle and whole aesthetic is overtly femme, indeed i would love to smell it on women, but this stuff is a compliment cheat code on me. I haven't been able to wear it a single time without compliments from dazzled recipients of my extravagant sillage, so i suggest any confident men try this for themselves, the scent itself is universal. I place this on the same lofty pedestal as ganymede, not in terms of smell, but in terms of creativity, ingenuity and courage, in short, to me it's a masterpiece.

Lol, reading these reviews about Guidance just cracks me up! Am sure if a psychology PhD candidate needed examples of every DSM-5 entry to pad out their thesis, these Guidance reviews would give them all they needed, and then some! :D :D You all need to adjust how you wear and test modern perfumes, instead of bashing dreamy stuff after sticking your nostrils on your skin and inhaling for some long 5 minutes from a decant that totally collapses the genius structure of these perfumes. These are meant in their original composition to build around you, not to be smelled on your skin... You're just looking at the pile of Lego pieces, while the structure was left in the original bottle. Just saying...

Creamy, fruity, nutty, and softly powdery... my Shayla, my precious. If I had to, I could give up my entire 400-bottle collection for her. She’s definitely polarizing, I’ll admit that, but nothing else I own comes close to her magic. She’s rich, sexy, intoxicating, and just a little bit dirty. She commands the room, effortlessly drawing attention. People literally chase me down to ask what I’m wearing. She’s a true compliment magnet, and I honestly couldn’t imagine being without her. I’m begging you—try layering this with Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow if you have it. People go absolutely feral over that combo. You can thank me later. :)

So I bought “her”. Full bottle. Took her for a ride. To the office, to the boardroom. Compliments came. I was grabbing my lunch and colleague of mine smelling my neck. 👀 Awkward. Walking towards team member, metres away and then question:, you’re wearing new perfume, it’s heavenly ! I didn’t even approach them close distance , Guidance entered first, I only followed. Didn’t go mad, 3 sprays were enough. I think I have a little love story happening here 😂 1000/10 This is forever classic for anyone who reaches beyond ordinary, mundane, usual stuff. Is this for everyone? Absolutely not. Is this magic in a bottle in my eyes? No comment ❤️

Easily the best fragrance I have ever smelt. One of the most beautiful nutty, creamy scents blended so well with pear openings. Like everyone else, hated this the first time. Was shocked at how amazing the tester smelt incredible after 8hours then I got into this craze of smelling the tester everyday for a week before buying the bottle. It grew on me instantly and now is my favourite perfume of all time. To me it’s really well rounded, less spicy and less woodier than guidance 46. This might be my dream wedding fragrance. I only wear her for very special occasions because each spray is £40 hahahahaha

Guidance is definitely one of the most niche fragrances out there. I smelled it before I got into niche perfumes, and I almost threw up! It smelled like something had rotted a dead body or an old, dirty kitchen. But after months and months of exploring niche perfumes (especially Amouage), I finally understood Guidance. My nose started to appreciate its beauty, and now I genuinely think it's one of the most beautiful fragrances I've ever smelled. I absolutely adore it. It's a true work of art. If you've had a similar experience, make sure to come back to it once your nose becomes more experienced. 😂

YOU KNOW WHAT! a couple years ago I wrote a review hating on this due to the whole tiktok campaign saying it smelled like a naked woman. And it does not. The problem is, the hype made it seem like it would be something subversive and animalic, which pissed me off because that sort of thing is my jam. However, now that I've had time to sit with this, I've grown to love it for what it is. Which is a very elegant powdery rose. I honestly might buy another decant. If you're someone who finds this offensive idk maybe stick to your kayali marshmallow whatever cause this is not offensive at all

I do own a bottle of Guidance, I think it's very unusual and interesting, however I almost never choose it. First- it requires less than 1 spray, the best place for this spray would be- your ankle, so it's very far from the nose. My partner can not stand it at all, so it can be worn with a very special mood, open air. Composition itself- it's better to describe the texture, not notes. Which in the world pear or rose??? it's just thick cream, very fatty (nut oil), a bit salty, heavy sweet... Very unusual.

I'm forever fascinated by how different our scent perceptions are. So many bad reviews but to me this smells Divine! And so unique and different! Smells like a blend of warm Chai spices with a hint of florals. There is obviously a lot going on here and I'm not sophisticated enough to tell you exactly what, all I can say is that I couldn't take my nose off the inside of my elbow where I sprayed it for the rest of the day! A truly captivating fragrance.

I’ll keep it short, Guidance is reallyyyy beautiful but it’s cloying for a lot of people. The akigalawood *can* give off a vagina/body part scent, but it doesn’t smell dirty or unwashed. It honestly makes it really sexy. However, between Guidance and Guidance 46, I would choose 46 because it’s smoother, creamier, and a bit more relaxed on the sillage while still being enormously strong. I want to own both, but if I had to choose one it would be 46!

Honestly am convinced the people that hate this just don’t like the smell of pussy. Yeah, it’s somewhat reminiscent of musky female private parts (although definitely clean). But it’s more than that. On a female (and even a male too) this fragrance is insanely insanely sexy. This shit is so fucking good. So so so so good. I’ve said this this before but if you hate this fragrance I don’t fuck with you :) 100000000000/10 masterpiece

I fell in love with this as soon as I smelled it. It’s such a beautiful unique fragrance than envelopes you. Clean and fruity with woody and nutty undertones. Very elegant and I don’t think it’s as overpowering as everyone says- I find it quite subtle and demure (maybe I’m nose blind). It smells like being in a very expensive resort in the Middle East in the summer. It’s just super luxurious and the price reflects that.

Simply glorious. Luxurious, woody, nutty with a subtle rose note... combined with the signature Amouage incense. A truly unique blend and one of the best perfumes created in recent years. Even as a Guidance devotee, I do however understand it can be polarizing, so not blind buy safe at all. Longeivity on the skin is not amazing to my surprise, especially not in warmer weather.

remarkable how much Amouage Guidance has grown on me over time it has now become a consistent part of my rotation throughout the year. The rose and incense accords create a beautifully rich and luxurious scent profile. I often wear it to work, and it consistently receives positive compliments. Definitely getting Guidance 46 for my birthday in September.

I used to hate on this perfume a ton... Sprayed this on my wrist today while shopping just for the sake of it and kept catching wafts of it in the air. I'm surprised to find out that I LOVE it now. Unfortunately I am too broke to afford this perfume at the moment, so I'll admire from afar, but this is so nice. I especially enjoy the dry down. WOW

I keep coming back to this scent. It’s beautiful. I own over 100 perfumes and tried probably more than 200 - this is top 10. The negative reviews are odd but maybe it’s not for everyone and I agree with the one reviewer, if you think this smells like BO then it’s time for a shower. This a fruity soft vanilla that outshines most fragrances.

I love this! And G46!!! This is the first time I’ve ever bothered to look up the notes . I’m wearing it to bed again. I feel so guilty because of the price. And its quality deserves to be treated better. And worn for a better occasion than bedtime. I’ve tried to substitute with a dupe and it was a big NO. I’ll take her out on Saturday.

For now I have tried 3 of Amouage fragrances and this one is my favourite. A super quiet pear, sandalwood, vanilla and jasmine blend. I Have heard different opinions on this one-some hates and some loves. I love this one, really good and more deserved price tag than the sunshine in my personal opinion. Good for fall time.

I want you babygirl.... I've only used a cheap copy of this and probably will continue to do so, perhaps forever, or until I am financially secure enough to attempt to get an original somehow. It's not the same, for sure, but it's the only cheap copy I have for which I often desperately wish I could own the real thing.

Guidance is NOT for the weak it’s very sharp and powdery it’s not wearable to me the sandalwood is too much and the hazelnut note with the spices I don’t like the original but however I love the 46 version it’s so much better this original one smells horrible to me! I don’t even smell the pear it’s not fruity

I tried this first on a blotter and dismissed it: too weird... Eventually someone gifted me a decant and I gave it a go on my skin. Oh my, what a wonder! It brings the hot desert to a chilly northern town in deep winter. It smells of syupy cooked pears and dry spice from Dune. Masterpiece!

I bought my third bottle Guidance Edp last week. The third bottle is the same strenght as the first one was.The second was a little weaker one year after releasing (but it seems they did the original strenght again thanks God!). So it is still one of the best perfume in the market!!!

I bought this perfume and did not regret at all. I used Honor before, and now changed to this. It’s floral, aromatic, with secondary woody notes. Long lasting is one of the strongest I’ve experienced as well. Would recommend this for those who used Delina

It is an opulent, seductive, feminine gourmand fragrance! Very good projection, it lasts for days on my hair and clothes. The price point is not the best, it is overpriced, but it may be worth your money if you like gourmands. At least try it somewhere!

Luckily I did not rely on the reviews and decided to try this work of art!! I love everything about it. My guess is that those that smell body oddors must have some kind of bad chemistry reaction to it. Of course I bought a full bottle❤️🔥

Just love this DNA😍 Bought a dupe first(Paris Corner Bayn Al Asrar) and then smelled the real thing later. Can definitely recommend either one, Amouage definitely has better performance but the dupe is such a blast too and inexpensive👌😎

I've learned that when I use no more than 4 sprays and mostly spray the lower half of my body, I am in complete awe of how beautiful Guidance is. A real masterpiece and there is nothing even remotely close to it in my collection.

This is a warmer weather scent to me, it really blooms on warm skin in a way it doesn't in winter. That said, it's very potent so 2-3 sprays max. And this is coming from someone who'll spray 10x or more with lots of scents

I understand the different oppinions on this one...on me it is amazing, i love it!But i tested it on someone else and it was something horrible....definitely not a safe blind buy!!!but the perfume itself is a masterpiece.

this is a being on top of the world in a bottle. can't get enough of it, from the opening till it dries down and becomes a skin scent. will be my staple for life. already backed up.
