Amyi 3.18

Pra mim tem cheiro daquelas casas de alto padrão do começo dos anos 2000 que o piso, paredes e escadas são de madeira com luzes amarelas/alaranjadas, dito isso, não me agradou, cheiro de coisa velha empoeirada.

Wow, ok. This review won't be as detailed as the one i wrote for the 3.17 because i almost immediately did NOT like this and actually attempted to wash it off my skin (due to what i think might have actually been an allergic reaction, not due to the unpleasant scent) The scent did not effectively wash off. I rubbed strongly-scented detergent on my skin, mind you. Absinthe and cocoa are VERY present in this, very distinct. There is a sweetness to it, a sickeningly kind of sweetness that actually felt cadaveric. Yes, sweet in the same way a corpse smells sweet, i'm serious. Iris is detectable, tuberose as well... the fava tonka, sure, i guess. Not sure about the other notes honestly. I can smell this on my nose from the distance in which i type from my phone (sprayed my wrist) I'm going to leave here a small comment i sent my friend regarding this, "This would be nice if you like sweet frags, and also if you want to smell like a corpse". I'm not opposed to the idea of smelling like a corpse, actually, the sweetness is what deters me! I sniffed it again, i sprayed it some 15 minutes ago and it has shifted to a very artificial, 'plasticy' scent. This fragrance seems like something Hayden Silas Anhedonia (Ethel Cain) would like; a unisex floral that seems in line with the perfumes she tends to wear, at least according to her video in which she spoke about her collection of perfumes and scented candles (fascinating video, by the way). This fragrance is stinky to me though, if only because i do NOT like sweet or floral fragrances at all. But i guess that, from now on, this will likely be the scent i might associate with Ethel Cain (both the artist and the character, come to think of it) which sucks because i disliked this. 😭
