I’ve been testing a sample for a couple days now along with some Maison Crivelli samples and have been shocked that this is the one I keep finding myself going back in for. First sniff you get all the tropicals, I see the vacation fantasy/sunscreen comments, this one, unlike others, feels way more wearable for me 28m (Lys I’m talking to you). The dry down for me is actually where it gets the most enjoyable, LOVE the top notes, don’t get me wrong, but the bottom notes feel fresh out the shower on vacation by the beach after a long day of swimming, surfing, and sandcastles. Clean, but not like a traditional clean where there is a bit of chemical cleanliness going on, it’s that clean and comforting type of smell that always feels nostalgic to me. Does it lean feminine, sure, maybe??! But I really love it, and the longevity has been really surprising in the best way possible. Give it a shot, it was an instant love here.

This is not a generic fragrance. It's incredibly well blended and pillowy. No sunscreen detected. I don't find it shampoo like, more lotion like and creamy. There is a brightness from the mango that is not screechy or tart. Just blends right in and lifts the whole thing up. It's also very atmospheric and has a "cool/cold" feeling to it. In line with the artistry of Andrea Maack. This fragrance is an aura. Romantic, playful yet sophisticated.

A bit thick and sweet in the beginning and I almost wrote it off, but the dry down is so fresh and airy. Kind of like the opening of Solstice minus the aquatic. Usually I see the reverse opening-drydown relationship, so this progression was a welcome surprise. This may dethrone one of my current scents.

its a very soft coconut skin scent that is surrounded by delicate florals than your typical beachy coconut. This is if u want a creamy coconut for everyday and not just vacation

I loved it a lot and kept going back to it. Until it reminded me of something I wear already, a combination of Fame Parfum Intense by Rabanne and Fantasy by Britney

It's taken me a moment to appreciate the beauty of Muse. Afterall, Andrea Maack comes from an art background, so her work isn't meant to be immediately grasped, but instead, sat with. I get a burst of mango and pink pepper upon first spray. Imagine fresh cut mango that's been sprinkled with tajine. IYKYK. 10 minutes in I get strong sweet pea. If you've smelt sweet pea blooming in spring, you know what a unique floral this is. 20 minutes in I get a photorealistic GARDENIA. I notice this only lasts for about 15 more minutes, before it settles into a floral bouquet of white florals that includes some tuberose, over a soft suede base. This is a playful scent. It's not for everyone. It wears more like an aura rather than a perfume, which is nice for anyone looking for a skin scent that projects for the first few hours. I get compliments when I wear it. An easy yet unique reach in warm weather.

It’s pretty. It’s a tropical, Summer sent. It reminds me a little of Bora Bora by giardini di toscana. To me it opens with a blast of tuberose and maybe mango or apricot? And then the florals come in. Pretty quickly I would say after about a half an hour. Unfortunately, on my skin, it fades to a skin scent in about an hour or two. I was hoping for better projection and longevity from an Andria Maack perfume.

The sweet pea is the most forward scent. It’s dewy & lush. I would guess the other notes were more green and less fruity but whatever it is, it’s nice & elegant. Can see as a wedding scent.

This is lovely... and indeed does remind me of B&BW Sweet Pea.

This smells like mango and yellow florals. Very sunny and tropical, somewhat generic and totally at odds with the avant-garde nature of the brand. Consequently, I don't know who this scent is for. I don't think wearers of Andrea Maack would enjoy this fragrance and I don't think the audience for this particular scent would stumble across the brand. It is very girly, innocent and shampoo-like.

i wish i could smell more of the notes here. i can’t smell any of the wood, coconut or pink pepper. this is mainly sweet pea & gardenia with a slightest touch of mango. it’s fresh and very shampoo-like but it’s lacking the complexity i was hoping for 6/10

Oh boy. Strong cloying fruity air freshener. I was really hoping I'd love this.

Muse is absolutely gorgeous! It really is a romantic smell as she described in one of her videos. It’s her first true floral scent as she also mentioned and I think she and Domitille Michalon Bertier did an amazing job. I can really smell the sweet pea in here. I also get the gardenia quite strongly as well as some coconut, light fruity notes and some creamy sandalwood and cashmere wood. What comes to mind for me when wearing it is a romantic tropical getaway, sun warmed skin sitting by the ocean in a lush setting. These are the type of tropical scents I love. It doesn’t smell at all cheap or like sunscreen thankfully in my case, just a beautiful take on the genre honestly. It’s unique imo but also easy to love if you’re into soft floral, solar, creamy, woody scents. I’ll have to update on performance since I’ve only worn it once so far but on my first wear I got 3-4 hours of soft projection and overall it lasts a long time on skin. Simply beautiful.

I love Andrea Maack - I find her fragrances to be rather interesting, earthy, somewhat dark, gothic, or ethereal (Coven being one of my favorites, as well as Craft). Muse, to me, feels out of place in the collection. It's nice, but kind of basic, pink, girly, mundane. Not my favorite, mostly because I feel like there are a lot of scents out there that are similar. I gave my sample to my mom.

succulent mango coconut opening, super lovely summer scent, but def overpriced. i ended up getting a full bottle instead of the sample i ordered because of a snaffu, so i dont bemoan the price, but you could find something pretty similar for much much cheaper (fantasy by britney spears and flowerbomb tigerlily both have similar profiles)

Sweet pea and coconut combo that smells like a tropical scented shampoo. 🌺🥥🌴 Fades to a musky mango skin scent. 🥭 Love the scent, but the performance is sadly lacking. Also the drydown is a bit disappointing, as it’s similar to a few recent designer mango scents.

Smells good. It's just not for me. It smells like you took a shower and have a nice conditioner and some nice soap. That's ok, I just don't look for that in a fragrance. Definitely a safe purchase for a pleasant , clean , floral scent. Nothing crazzzy.

This smells like a very hot girl’s freshly shampooed hair. The sweet pea is noticeable, and so is the coconut, but the sweetness is tasteful and fresh and not overpowering.
