Strength

Strength = sugared espresso. I like to make espresso ground Cafe Bustelo in the mocha pot (on the stove) and add heaping amounts of sugar. Strength is just that. Hot espresso laden with sugar. I don’t smell any frosting, whipped cream, marshmallows, cacao pods, milk, coumarin or chocolate. This isn’t a complex composition. This is heavily sweetened, black coffee - not a fancy Starbucks drink. For my taste, this isn’t a standalone scent. But it has its place. If you have been let down by the relatively new parade of scents with “Coffee” in their title that nothing but a faint whisper of the note, use this to layer. I recently added a vial of this to one of my Alchemic Muse’s body products in Turkish Mocha because I found that Turkish Mocha wasn't very long lasting on me. It is now perfect.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of Gourmands and this came as a free sample with the rest of my pack. this smells like coffee cake the marshmallow is intense the coffee is intense I would wear this. in my opinion it's very sweet but the coffee makes it something wearable for me.

Smells exactly like baileys hot chocolate! it's honestly the most realistic and delicious gourmand I've ever smelled so far and it's my favorite out of Andromeda's Curse, besides Hex and The Empress, but Strength is definitely my number one.

Smells like a slightly coffeefied mug of hot chocolate, with all the sweet fixins: Warm, creamy, liquid chocolate goodness topped with marshmallows, whipped cream, a little mocha drizzle, plus a sprinkle of coarse brown sugar. Though faint echoes can be picked up, the coffee note serves more to intensify the chocolate than stand on its own merits. Strong scent bubble fades over 2-3hr, longevity 6-8hr before it becomes a soft coffee skin scent up to 10-12hr.

a very sweet coffee, predominantly marshmallow + coffee. super sweet, none of the bitter coffee richness. great for gourmand lovers, but just a tad too sweet for me!

Don’t recommend this. It’s kinda light, not super strong, not the strongest coffee scent. There are better coffee perfumes: kerosene follow for a roasted coffee bean scent, kerosene followed for a sweet caramel latte coffee, coffee addict by Theodoros kaliotinis a sweet mocha latte coffee scent. I’ve smelled now 20-30 coffee perfumes & those are my top 3 recommendations for true coffee scent for now.

The notes are kind of there, but they are not very aromatic... Not very delicious and rather bland, like it was a bit old. No particular note shines thought. It is not terrible, but it did not impress me.
