Carnival Day

Smells so good! I blind bought it while waiting for a prescription at Walgreens. It has that burnt sugar note from Pink Sugar, but it does not smell like Pink Sugar. It is much more complex. This is so fun and summery. I find myself reaching for it so much when it's warm. You can't beat the price either.

I love this sweet tarty lemony cotton candy perfume. I hope it lasts forever and becomes one of those perfumes that’s always on the market. In my opinion, it’s stronger than Skylar Boardwalk Delight because of the tartness of lemon. I wear it a lot on the weekends and sometimes at bedtime.

Blind bought this cheap hoping for something close to Funfair Evening and/or Carnival de Dua. Nothing like either of them. Not a love but not bad either. Reminds me a lot of Amber Romance body spray I used to wear in the early 2000s. Predominantly musk with sweet candied elements on top. I wouldn't recommend if you're seeking a gourmand, but it's a low risk blind buy you can wear or use as a room spray!

This is a good scent; albeit a tad generic. Anecdote gets a 10/10 for presentation and branding - I really like their minimalistic aesthetic with a pop of color (sort of like Le Labo, but a budget version). Longevity is 4/10, really doesn't hang on. It is an EDT. I am keeping this for layering purposes - try it with Escada Candy Love and/or Body Fantasies Cotton Candy.

Tart + cotton candy + musk. Longevity isn't good, but projection is moderate-strong. Good for a cheapie

Sweet, fun, bright, playful, fruity, and happy. Sugary sweet and tart with candied apple and lemon drop. The dry down is softly sweet and creamy with sandalwood and sugary musk that gives a nice, subtle woody and powdery scent. Overall, I do get somewhat of a sweet and tart cotton candy scent. It’s reminiscent of Pink Sugar, but Pink Sugar is a lot better imo. This is just a nice, simple, pretty, sweet scent. It’s nothing that wows me, but it’s also nothing bad. It’s nice enough. Smells sweet and pretty and is very affordable. The performance is ok. This lasts about 4-5 hours on me and it projects out about an arm’s length. For the price I can’t complain about the performance.

You know when you microwave a bag of popcorn, but you let it pop just a little too long? That slightly burned popcorn smell is front and center on this. Mix that with an indistinct sweet musk, and you have the entirety of this fragrance. No other notes. Very bland, forgettable, and generic. I sprayed it on a test strip, and also sprayed it on myself - same scent for both. I have no idea how anyone else is getting lemon, apple, or tart! Heard so many good things about this, but was amazed at how not-great it was. Would suggest spraying it first at your local CVS or Walgreen's (check your local inventory online) - it may be cheap, but wouldn't recommend it for a blind buy. Try Wild Spirit's "Chill" instead - to me it's the perfect caramel apple, with a sweet musk that's actually enjoyable!

This is pretty fresh for a cotton candy scent smells a little like shampoo because of the apple note! I’d layer it with pink tie dye for bath and body works the only scent I enjoy from what I’ve tried from this line!

I love this for spring and summer!
