Vague

The Bentley arrival, the man in a black suit, shining shoes, the glimpse of a Rolex followed by signing lucrative deals. This is what I had in mind when I smelled this scent. Actually, I was very, very close to getting FOUCO because I had read so many great reviews about it; I was really FOMO lol, but... among those good reviews, there were still a few that made me hesitate, so that's why Vague is on my hand right now. I apologize, everyone, as I have never tried Imperial Valley and probably will never have the chance :( so I can't say anything more. The closest scent I can think of, within my own limits, is Bleu de Chanel (Only fresh parts) + leather. Based on the descriptions of FOUCO, it seems they might be quite similar. Although I haven't tried Imperial Valley, but I have tried Seventh Heaven Arabiyat Prestige, and OMG, that scent was absolutely horrible, like running into a gas station and pouring gasoline all over yourself, lol, so I was quite worried when pressed the button on Vague. However, It completely blew my mind, absolutely fantastic. There's no need to leave it in the cupboard for months; it was perfect right out of the box (thing I've never seen with ME fragrances). Now I just have to wait and see how long it lasts (9 hours in the picture? Really?). In short, it is Bleu de Chanel (Only fresh parts) + leather. The leather is quite intense at first, but fades significantly later on, leaving a very distinct Bleu scent. For those who are afraid of leather like me, it's quite gentle in this bottle, only provides a background at the beginning to add complexity and masculinity, so don't worry. I also tried Cdn iconic, and Vague is on a much higher level. Update When drydown (after about 6 hours) smells like Sauvage, but it's not exactly Sauvage, it's more like a clone, specifically CDN Urban Man Elixir but smoother in Vague. Therefore, the final conclusion is: Opening : Bleu de Chanel(Only fresh parts) + leather Middle : Bleu de Chanel(Only fresh parts) + light leather Drydown : CDN Urban Man Elixir (Sauvage clone). Last: 9H+ If anyone has UME, they will know how long it lasts, but Vague even more than that, much smoother and higher quality than UME.

Surprised to see this house not talked about more. I have a sample of IV but it’s just not full bottle worthy for me, considering how expensive it is here in the US. I do really like the scent profile though and with the hype behind it, I’m sure they would have some clones somewhere. That brings me to Vague by Anfar. For the price and closeness of scent profile, I bought this and let me say that it exceeded all of my expectations. Presentation, scent profile and performance is incredible considering I paid right under 40 US dollars for it. A beautiful aromatic and earthy oud with a sweetness to round it out smoothly from the amber. It’s crazy because that AOUD accord they use smells pretty damn real, which brings me to some Xerjoff and other Oud based scents that I’ve dropped a good amount of coin on and they had an extremely similar scent profile (with the oud) so I don’t know what to believe anymore 😂 but trust me when I say, this ish is AMAZING Stop by my TikTok for some fragrance content: nerolicannoli

Is it a surprise that my next review is another Anfar. Probably the most slept on name with Niche level qualities like Ahmed. The crazy thing is that this bad bay is $25 yup thats right $25 on Amazon. First day of wear of work I got so many compliments that i lost count. One lady said she was going to buy it for her husband. Beastmode projection and longevity. I sprayed this on my skin at 0600 and i took a showe at 1645 and i smelled it the whole time in the shower. I believe this is a clone of Imperial Valley Gissah because it has the same notes as it. There is also blu Oud by Ahmed which is similar dna. This cologne is an aromatic sweet fragrance that is versatile. The oud is non animalic and does not smell synthetic. The atomizer is pressurized and it is an extrait so it leaves a puddle of oil on your skin. At this rate my collections is going to be comprised ot only Ahmed and Anfar London.

I bought this because of the rave reviews, and it lived up to the hype. It's a very fresh and fruity oud that also has some darkness to it, which makes it versatile and perfect for all seasons. It is sweeter and fruitier at the start, and dries down into an oud that manages to be just a teensy bit animalic and barnyard-y while still being nonoffensive and mass appealing. Projection is average, but longevity is insane. At least 10 hours. Atomizer is one of the best I've seen. It's a firehose. The bottle is really nice too. 9/10

as long as this exists, there is absolutely no reason to buy imperial valley. it is the CLOSEST 1:1 clone i have ever smelled in terms of scent, quality, longevity & projection. im currently smelling this on my left hand and imperial valley on my right hand and i cannot tell the difference. from the opening to the dry down it is literally a 1:1. absolutely insane how these clone houses are able to make scents this amazing for this cheap.
