Zenit Lilac

Such a beautiful, uplifting floral/woody perfume! It does not remind me of anything, I don’t think it’s a dupe. I would have put it in a yellow bottle because it’s like sunny day, you just won a lottery, you are in perfect mood and you are a woman (who loves white florals, otherwise don’t waste your money). Rose shares her place very equally with fresia, and the drydown is woody: mysterious and expensive. As all Anfar fragrances: blended to perfection. Stays on clothes for 12+ hours, just please let it rest on the shelf for few weeks after buying.

It doesn't last that much, but it has a nice floral smell. I smell the rose the most, tbh. Either way, for spring and summer sunny days works wonders.

First of all, there are no lilacs in this. But maybe the perfumer wanted us to imagine lilac roses and highlight the symbolism of the color in this context: enchantment and love at first sight. Detached, cold, crispy roses with some green leaves and few rose buds in between. Woody notes are not discernable, but add depth and intensity to this composition; one could easily classify this as a solifiore, although I'm sure there is some iris/violet in here too (not listed), but maybe the name of the fragrance is a clue ;). It's not overly sweet, but its sweetness does remind me of turkish delight. The bottle is sturdy and with a slight matte, velvety finish - further suggesting and supporting the impression of freshly picked roses. The scent is linear but quite dense, it lasts a really long time with moderate projection.
