Shaouq

This fragrance is more feminine and very complicated for me, but I find it enjoyable. Very long lasting and heavy scent, I also can smell some grapes here and red fruits.

Received my bottle of this yesterday, so early impressions here. Strange beast this one, combines a bubblegum sweetness with a big dollap of skank. No oud listed but definitely has this oud accord throughout 90% of the life that is offset by a designer almost dunhill icon style bubblegum ish note. These 2 last for a long time then settles to an amber ish semi powdery vanillic base. Projection seems quite strong and longevity has no issues 14hrs later and its still there, needs more testing. Many will be put off by the abrasive opening but I quite like it P.s its definitely not feminine leaning, I'd say unisex/masculine

Creamy sandalwood, orris and a very sweet fruity note, they say raspberry in the notes, but to my nose is more like grapes and strawberry...very jammy and indulgent. I don't get much lavender but it is there somewhere in the background. There is a little oud there. It is a bit dirty but goes away fast. The drydown is a woody, fruity, seductive scent. I need to wear my decant more. It is a glorious scent in the drydown but the little dirty oud intro challenges me. I think the drydown is worth the effort. This is a very good scent. I think it's going to my want list.

A big oud, that dries down to a sweet red fruit. In like a lion, out like a lamb.
