This fragrance's name has been changed to February 25th which is Kuwait's National Day. It's been repackaged as well in a beautiful turquoise bottle. (fragrantica plz update your info) So when it comes to the juice, this is the perfect all year around fragrance for men. I'm not saying a woman can't wear this but, I'd prefer it much more on a man. It's so intoxicatingly beautiful and sexy. Fresh, aromatic, a bit balsamic, slightly sweet and very long lasting. It has that distinct barbershop note that we all know due to the lavender ofcourse but with a modern take I would say. The amber here acts like tonka bean in fougeres adding sweetness and creaminess to the mixture while the lavender and rosemary keep it fresh and vibrant through the entire lifespan of the fragrance. According to the brand's website, there's agarwood in the base which I can't detect, however I detect a tiny bit of aquatic note which surprisingly I don't mind (usually I don't enjoy aquatic fragrances). What I like the most is that February 25th becomes more balsamic towards the dry down probably from the amber and labdanum with slight woodsy touches from the vetiver and moss giving an oriental vibe to the fougere heart. As I said before, this fragrance lasts and lasts and projects like a beast too, so plz be cautious with the number of sprays you apply.
