Deep Leather

I have always been searching for the best leather fragrances, so when I stumbled upon Deep Leather, I, of course, had to try it. The opening is pretty bold (sort of "in your face", I would say), and the bergamot attack is quite intense. What follows is a nice, deep leathery note that remains for a couple of hours before the perfume dries down to a vanilla note with just perfect sweetness. I often find myself sniffing the collar of my shirt and jacket, only to enjoy the creamy scent left by the fragrance. The overall performance is great.

Nose Note #259 At first I thought it was terrible, but after 3-4 wearings I enjoy it a lot. Imagine Creed Aventus without the sweetness and the pineapple. All that's left is the smoky birch accord. And on top sits a little bit of bergamot, it gives it a really pleasant tinge. In the opening the leather is very nutty, but then it becomes just like Aventus, except instead of birch it's leather. Now I realise that Aventus base is actually is little bit leathery. Wonderful! But something doesn't let me give it a 55. It's somewhat simple and becomes a little bit annoying after time. Quite a medium-heavy scent.

I purchased deep leather because one of the comments said it was similar to de Marly Lytton, but it is far from Lytton. There are similarities to De Marly Ispazon. I mean a lot. If you like Ispazon, definitely you will like deep leather.
