Neroli Wisdom

I really wanted to like this scent, but it's far too generic. It's just neroli pumped up by some other citruses, with a vetiver drydown. Been there, done that. Also, wears away in an hour or so (it seems to be a problem with this brand - third fragrance from the discovery set lacking longevity). I guess it's okay-ish if you love neroli, though. Just don't expect much.

Not an original concoction. This is a cross between Neroli Portofino and Diptique Philosykos, so if you don't like this style or if you have both, just rule this one out.

I don't think this scent is derivative as has been suggested by other reviewers, but the fragrance has a tinge of bitterness that just isn't enjoyable

There's a scientific reason why you see certain notes used together over, & over again. It's because of molecular similarities. I tend to enjoy those types of perfumes with smooth, cohesive complementary feels. That being said, even though neroli, orange blossom, & citrus just make sense, I find neroli to be a bit challenging. I enjoy it more on others than being stuck with smelling it on myself all day. I've tested many, many neroli citrus perfumes, & I find this one far more pleasant, gentle, easy to live with. If your like the idea of a bright neroli citus scent, but find yourself often sickened by the note like me, try this one. It's very natural smelling & beautiful. It starts off with an enormous projection upon 1st spraying, but quickly settles down to a fresh cologne strength sillage, perfect for a hot summer day.

Neroli, jasmines, orange blossoms, and vetiver White floral blend that leans towards a bitter citrus & orange. I do detect sandalwood, elemi, & bergamot. Nice citrus white floral blend. Edit (30 minutes in) the calm down is quite impressive! it goes quite creamy jasmines with bits of neroli, and orange blossoms. i can detect a bitter vetiver within which makes it quite beautiful.
