Vetiver Rain

@since88 and @algebraist: Thanks for your great descriptions. As Christophe combined 3 sources of natural vetiver (Haitian, Indonesian, and Bourbon) the vetivers aspect is complex and elegant. Christophe and me thought 'aesthetic vetiver' would be a good way of describing it, do you agree? The aquatic notes plus the green elements (like sage and violet leaves) make it overall energetic and transparant, whilst keeping its intrigue. Love love love! Its so hard to find anything that’s just so fresh and juicy and earthy at the same time. The vetivers (!), the aqua, and the zesty orange blossom and violet... o please never be discontinued. I’m so done with all the “vanillas” out there, the heavy sweet choclats and the ouds. I’m burying myself in this for the next decade. Just a pity it’s so expensive.

cool and elegant vetiver scent, nice fresh cucumber kinda vibe. I tested it in the store, unfortunately only on strip, not yet on skin.

Absolutely dislike this. I have gag reflex while sniffing this one. Unpleasant is lightly put. Had to wash it off and remove from my skin.

Photorealistic soil moisture, moss, forest after rain, very believable, creative and interesting. Quite unique, a little "acid" in the opening, but later a very aquatic rooty, dry, moist earthy, grassy vetiver composition. A complex vetiver scent, yet on the other hand, simple and concrete without circumlocution.

A cold beverage that cools your overheated system down and replenishes your body, while hiking through a wet jungle. Amazing!!
