This is my first niche fragrance I ever bought. My partner and I were checking out perfumes in a niche store and we stumbled upon Cérémonie and just couldn't say no to it. It is bold and mystical. I waited half a year to write this review, because the perfume keeps maturing in terms of performance and smell as well. After the first spray, you get a blast of juicy leather and the shell of a pinapple with smoke. The smell is so intoxicating that it feels like you're catapulted to a front row of your favourite rock band's concert. Later the scent remains like the interior of a luxury car with leather seats. You just radiate for 30-60 minutes, then the scent bubble comes closer and closer to the skin, which first bothered me, cause I wanted better performance, but now I accepted that this is not a perfume for the whole day, this is a perfume for an occasion and for that reason I learned to respect the perfume and now I just love it. Projects for 2 hours altogether, stays on skin for 6 hours. To wear this perfume confidence is required, because people will notice you. Every time I wear it, my gf literally can't not smell my neck, this is a staple date night fragrance for me. Expensive for sure, you will get better performing perfumes easily but I've never smelled anything like this and I love it's uniqueness.

Anomalia Ceremonie is like stepping into a secret, twilight gathering where shadows dance and the air is thick with enchantment. It’s this magical blend of deep woods and leather, almost as if you’re wrapped in the embrace of an ancient, smoky library, but there’s this unexpected softness, a whisper of vanilla that seems to catch you off guard, smoothing over the edges of the night. I haven’t worn it for days on end yet, but from what I can tell, this fragrance clings to you, whispering its secrets for hours, making its presence known without overwhelming the room. It’s kind of like that intriguing, mysterious person at the party who doesn’t need to say much but somehow leaves a lasting impression.

A dark play of fruity elements, like grapefruit and pineapple, more of a savory and roasted kind of fruit layered in a bed of black sheets with smoke lingering. A dark cedar and tonka combo with soft patchouli surrounded by a savory like smoke plays the major role in this fragrance, the foundation of the blend, decorated with the house signature smoothest leather I have ever tried in a brand and a brilliant fruity flavour, taking the edge of the perfume and making it fun yet charming, not playing too serious but far from casual. One of the closest perfumes I have to be a signature fragrance for me and one of my favorites from the house

A brilliant, avant-garde take on a smoky leather fragrance. Cérémonie kicks off with a genuinely surprising and addictive contrast—a blast of juicy, tart pineapple and grapefruit layered over a thick backdrop of dark incense smoke. As the fruits settle, it transforms into an incredibly sleek, slightly herbal clary sage and smooth leather, rounded out beautifully by a creamy hint of tonka bean in the deep drydown. It perfectly nails that rebellious, effortlessly cool "rock star" vibe without feeling messy. Excellent performance and highly original.

This is a dark and seductive, predominantly woody/leather fragrance with some smokiness and a touch of vanilla like sweetness that removes some rough edges. I can’t say I particularly get any of the grapefruit or pineapple. Perhaps they add a hint of brightness but they don’t show up as individual notes. It’s not particularly groundbreaking but it’s well done for this type of fragrance. I find it similar in style to Bvlgari’s Oram in some ways. I haven’t fully tested it but longevity seems good with moderate projection.

Cérémonie by Anomalia Paris really caught my attention with its tribute to Jim Morrison. The mix of smoky and fresh fruity notes is unlike anything I've worn before—it's both unique and captivating. Impressively, it stays on for a solid 12 hours and leaves a noticeable trail, making sure its presence is felt. This fragrance, with its depth and sophistication, carries the spirit of rebellion, reminding me of Morrison's own wild charisma.

This is a powerful smokey leather fragrance which has a splash of grapefruit and a wonderful hint of tonka bean that strengthes in the dry down. Ceremonie is very welcomed fragrance to my collection.

At its core this is a pure, dark brown leather fragrance, albeit with some ashy and woody nuances. During the opening, the leather is supported by a joyful smelling mix of citrus and pineapple, accompanied by a subtle, but mildly sweet tonka note. There's something fun about it that helps balance out the sternness of the leather. However, after about 30 minutes, the supporting notes diminish quickly and what's left is just the ashy-woody leather accord. Personally, I'm not really a fan of it especially at the price point. If you're not a fan of leather either, rest assured that you won't miss out by not smelling this.

Disturbante, difficilmente indossabile, se avessero messo l'incenso (che mi aspettavo) sarebbe stato pure peggio. Sento solo fumo e pelle/plastica bruciata.

But Ceremonie isn't just another 'unique' fragrance that claims distinction without substance. It delivers on its promise of originality. It's that rare potion in a sea of olfactory sameness that makes its wearer memorable, giving them an olfactive identity that's as complex and layered as the notes within. The potency it packs is well-balanced - confident without being overpowering, lasting but not overbearing. For those who dare to resonate with this exuberant expression of affluence and artistry, Ceremonie proves itself to be a scent of nighttime gigs and daybreak musings. It’s for the individual who doesn't just want to wear a fragrance—they want to wear a story, an atmosphere, a piece of charisma bottled up.

I don't quite agree with the title. The perfume is certainly aromatic, a little smoky, and moderately sweet. There is some balminess from the olibanum, however the leather here is a bit too overpowering :( Smelling Cérémonie I imagine a withdrawn, somewhat aloof bad boy who wears a black leather jacket and likes to hang out at late-night forest/glade parties with bonfires, while remaining a bit of an outsider and observer. He eats pineapple candies so he doesn't smell of cigarettes. He's young and attractive, but he's also dangerous, mysterious, and you don't know what to expect from him.

I found out about this perfume quite recently, from a video by milanscent on TikTok, who talked about Abed, which I already own as well as Ceremonie, which could be directly layered with abed to make an amazing combined scent. This immediately caught my attention and I had to get this perfume. The scent alone is amazing, and the layering is even better ! I adore the concept of layering in perfumery and I think many brands should take this as an example and apply it to their own brand too. I'm absolutely in love with this brand 👍🏼

imagine you're smoking a huge pineapple uuuh while saying smth in latin reverse mystical pineapple????
