Tiempe Passate

I've read some of the other reviews of Tiempe Passate, and I'm really struck by all the reviews mentioning that it's soapy or just like Dove or Ivory soap. Wow! I had never thought of this as a "soapy" fragrance. Honestly, it's not really what I'd call a "floral woody musk" either, because I don't detect much, if any, musk in it. This is a hard fragrance to classify, because it combines elements from different categories. It's almost a floriental, but not rich enough to be one. It starts out fresh and almost herbal. The sharp edges of bergamot and cedar are softened by iris and gentle florals, and sprinkled with a "salty" (although not aquatic) note. This is an elegant, sheer, shimmering kind of fragrance that lingers and dries down to a delicate, sweet tenacious, floral-woodsy skin scent that lingers without being overbearing. I've received many compliments on it; it's one of my all-time favorites, and it's good for almost any occasion, from casual, to daytime/office wear, to dressy/night-out wear. It's unique and there's really nothing else quite like it; if you wear Tiempe Passate, you won't be in danger of smelling like everyone else wearing the latest/most trendy perfume. I like that it's very natural-smelling and doesn't have that synthetic/artificial quality that many mainstream fragrances have. It's not the strongest fragrance, but when layered over the matching body lotion, it has good staying power. Tiempe Passate is my favorite of the Antonia's Flowers line. If you want to try all the Antonia's Flowers fragrances, you can order a set of samples for $5 (I'm not affiliated, of course -- I just think this is a reasonable and easy way to sample all of the line's fragrances, if they interest you).

I can’t believe it’s back!! I have a vintage bottle with about 2 and a half ounces left. I lost my sprayer so it’s the cork cap and it was stuck but I was able to open it and omg the memories it brings back. The dry down smells sweet to me but it still amazing! My second bottle I’ve kept like the most coveted treasure, I lost my first bottle and that one I used to the last drop. I’m going to splurge on this release and compare it to my vintage. I’m so excited!!! I always wore it in special occasions. I wore it once for a job interview and got the job! It’s a bit strong not for everyday but I used to wear it daily, why not!! For that price! I loved it then I still love it now. My first purchase was a blind buy and fell in love instantly! I’ll come back and share the comparison. I do not know how to explain the fragrance, it’s soft, powdery, musky, floral and salty? I remember the old Antonia’s Flowers website described it as salty. The brightness of it subtly reminds of Narcissiso Rodriguez For Her, I’m not saying is the same, it’s not the same, Not a dupe, but to me the scent is uplifting and bright similar to it. I kept my vintage bottle well sealed. I don’t detect oxidation but there’s a subtle change detected. I hope they bring back the other fragrances like Floret and Antonia’s Flowers of course so feminine and very floral like fresh bouquet ❤️🥰 I also had the body lotions. Best news I come across in a long time!!

My signature scent. 30 years I've been deep into collecting perfumes, and have acquired enough fragrance to last through numerous lifetimes. This is one of those rare perfumes I've actually gone through multiple bottles of. The fact that I've reached for this so often with such fierce competition from my collection, speaks volumes to how special this perfume is. It works absolute magic with my chemistry. I'm so frustrated that this is discontinued and that It's going for such a prohibitive amount on eBay etc.. I've found other scents with similar ingredient profiles, however they fail at having this transformative alchemy on my skin. It was love at first spray and it immediately invoked a sense of "deja vu"Like I've always worn this, and I was being reunited with a long lost beloved friend. No one's mentioned this yet, but I get an undercurrent of bourbon that's been spilled onto the cedar wood. There's something about this that makes me think of boubon tastings. The amber glows, the clementines sparkles, the rose tempers the spicy. In the end, the sum is much more than it's parts. Tiempe Passate radiates gloriously. If anyone knows of a scent that's close to this one, please reach out to me. (heck, if you have an unloved bottle too!) ;)

Tiempe Passate is a love affair like no other. The perfume is incomparable in its sensitive, intimate and sensual beauty and uniqueness and I am really quite heartbroken to have found that it has been discontinued. Tiempe passate is an intimate skin scent that becomes part of you. It has low sillage and moderate longevity and seamlessly blends with you like a natural scent, as though you have been sleeping with it all night. The musky white amber base and salty, sage rose lingers within your own skin and is inviting; a whisper followed by a close embrace. It is a nostalgic, subtle, truly beautiful gently warm, romantic damask rose scent that really does evoke memories of loving times past and intimacy. There really is no other perfume like this and I truly hope to be able to find this again and feel a bit of a loss without it.

I have many lovely perfumes but Tiempe Passate is my all time favourite, my signature scent...or perhaps only I know that as to me it is a winter evening seductive and extremely special and intimate perfume. It is a scent of some depth and I splash it on for a special evening, very rarely, with silk underwear, it is sophisticated and sensual, quite exquisite. There is nothing like the heady, secretive romance of Tiempe Passate, I love it so much I won't tell it's name except to that special loved one. Time passes...memories don't fade. The perfume is unique, I smell a salty, aquatic rose nuzzled with warm sensual cedar and amber that you need to nuzzle up closely to to truly appreciate. This gets better as the night goes on and lingers gently on hair, skin and clothes in the morning....love x
