Her Secret Temptation

I was present at the fragrance launch event in Brazil, in July 2017, and at that time I listed some of the fragrance notes, although it continues to be misreported by various vehicles dealing with perfumery, as well as by the retail stores. There is the talk of sugar cane and patchouli, but the official page lists the following composition: bergamot, orange, peach, and pink pepper, composing a citrus and spicy accord, in the opening. Then, the heart of the fragrance brings hints of orange blossom, sambac jasmine, Bulgarian rose, and iris, creating a floral accord. In the base, the fragrance carries notes of cedar, musk, vanilla, and amber, creating an oriental accord. Her Secret Temptation is a pleasant surprise! It is sad that it took me so long to receive a bottle from PUIG, as some companies still believe that influencers only influence according to their gender and these labels have not yet been completely ripped off, not even in the beauty segment. That said, let's get down to business. Her Secret Temptation's fragrance is so good, it made me rethink how expensive we paid for the brand, rather than the content. No need to go far: the same company licenses brands like Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gaultier and this perfume could quietly be sold by one of these brands and would be very successful. Truth be told, when it is sprayed, it really makes us think immediately that this is another perfume similar to La Vie Est Belle (Lancôme). But over time, the important difference arises between what is equal and what is similar in the perfumery universe. And in terms of similarity, Her Secret Temptation is also reminiscent of Black XS, Scandal, Olympéa, and so on, among many others who draw crowds into stores with their Ethyl Maltol touch. On my skin, Her Secret Temptation turned out to be different in at least three stages and didn't lost itself in any of them. I love the sweet, citrus opening that reminds me of imported orange candies, paving the way for a sensual, floral body of high quality and plenty of jasmine. After a couple of hours on the skin, the orange blossom has an effervescent effect and it seems that nothing else will change until suddenly the base becomes sweet and warm, with a light vanilla and an immense touch of sensuality brought on by the musk. Both projection and lasting are amazing for the category this product fits into. Great value for money and great perfume to break prejudice against the brand. You will wear Her Secret Temptation, and at some point someone will say, “It's Carolina Herrera, right?” Or, “You are lying that's Antonio Banderas! Ah ... I'll buy one for myself. ”

I usually always check out reviews and scent notes on fragrantica before ich buy something, glad I didn't this time! I would have never ever bought this frag based on the notes listed here (which I find highly inaccurate, better check out the actual website!). I had a look at the fragrance aile in my drugstore because I was looking for a cheap perfume for work that's smells sweet, young, seductive and appealing to men😂 Cause that's where my tips come from💃 ✨Super happy with it so far. I see how it can get cloying when oversprayed but I don't do that anyways because I'm super sensitive to smells and get overwhelmed fast. My uncultured peasant nose experiences this: sweet citrus opening (makes me think of sunsets), then iris with red and purple berries with a HINT of rose jam (Boujee dinner with a nice dessert), then a cozy amber-vanilla dry down (candle light and cuddling). Currently wearing it in summer but excited to see how it performs in colder months

This is a wonderful sophisticated sweet perfume. I accidentally got some reduction of the brand and I spat from the testers. I am very capricious about smells and I do not slave prices and brands. I first tested Her Golden Secret and then her Secret Temptation. Both of them liked, but the second one grabbed me. I love lately oriental floral perfumes, but it's kind of clean, well-made and made with nice products exquisite candy. Sweet but not heavy, but really tempting, enticing. I love this perfume. Edit: perfume I use winter and stay fine and elegant in the cold. At the moment, temperatures are between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius

So this was a blind buy for me a few months ago and it’s honestly better than I expected!! It’s unique smelling in my opinion and I see other people mentioning it’s smells like La Vie Est Belle ...personally I’d have to disagree. This smells so much better to me. A fall and winter perfume for sure! On me this a a sugary patchouli musky amber with hints of rose and pink pepper! 2-3 sprays are great but more would be too much. Sillage is moderate to heavy and longevity is amazing I can get a full 8hrs without having to reapply at all.

I can definitely see the resembles between La Vie est Belle of Lancome and this one. Thy are both heavy fragrances and sweet, they have enormous projection.Very similar and yet so different. On me, they evolve differently. This one is more synthetic and stays closer to the skin. After the first spray it was like I just opened a jar of black cherry jam.that went bad, but than, after some time it slowly changes into a sweet pleasent fragrance. For a celebrity fragrance and for the price I payed for, I will vote it with a 8/10

a very pleasant surprise, I ordered it online based on the positive reviews here, and I was pleasantly surprised. it is a lot more long lasting than many celebrity perfumes out there, so this is a plus, I can smell it all day, I would say the longevity is the highlight of this perfume as for the scent,it is very sensual and warm. it is sweet but not overly sweet in a gourmand way. I guess it is sugar with roses. I do recommend it

I love this fragrance! It's very worthy price/quality! Delicious, sweet-woody scent. I can smell sugar cane, patchouli (earthy notes) and iris. It reminds me of La Vie Est Belle. But La Vie Est Belle is more strong, while Temptation is a soft and tender. Longevity and sillage is almost the whole day. Beautiful and delicious as the bottle!

This is literally La vie est belle and performs about the same. Quite sweet. It really reminds me of sweet berries although they aren’t listed. Lasts all day. If you like La vie est belle save your money and get this. They perform about the same.

I like it a lot, I needed a sweet scent for the upcoming cool weather. This is like overripe berries with sugar. Or Raspberry syrup. Lasts forever on clothes like all good perfumes should. HEAVY projection! 10/10 cheapie

I love this fragrance. I lasts very long, even after I wash my hair it still smells like the perfume. It cheers me up. It's heavy for summer, but ok for cooler weather.

I got this from my brother as a bday gift. To be honest, on the very first puff, it was disgusting. But as it dried down, became sweet and sexy. I love it.

ohhh it is absolutely gorgeous !!! when i think of this perfume i think of dark pink. It is perfect when you want to stand out in a good way.

This one caught me off guard. Her Secret Temptation wears far more expensive than it has any right to, and from the very first spray, I could tell it was going to sit perfectly in my collection. I tend to gravitate toward darker, more sensual profiles. While I know the term “oriental” is controversial in and out of perfumery, I’ve realized anything labeled “oriental” often deliver that warm, resinous depth I’m personally drawn to, and this fragrance delivers that. I get a spicy opening, then noticeable rose and jasmine over a warm, woody base of patchouli and amber, which is where it really hooks me. I don’t get the sugarcane note at all. Her Secret Temptation is not juvenile, not overly sweet to my nose. It’s not candy or fruity gourmand in any capacity. It’s a woody, ambery floral that’s smells incredibly sexy at such a low price point. Honestly, this was a pleasant surprise and a genuinely welcomed addition and I’m curious about what else Antonio Banderas has to offer in perfumes.

This is a beautiful tempered fragrance. The notes are well combined and I appreciate it for nighttime. It mystifies me somewhat, I always thought that there was a bit of pepper giving a spicy vibe and I see here I'm correct. Altogether a very appropriate fragrance from Antonio Banderas. Sillage is good at six feet and over and way more if a room is small. Longevity is fitting as well. The ads tout this as a formal type of scent but it can also be for casual night wear I think. The sweetness is neither cloying or overpowering and the iris is full and well done in this. Nothing overbearing, satisfying overall. Not too safe nor 'jaded classy' like some of these designer rose fragrances. The bottle reminds me of a certain French perfume that used to sell at our local bargain shop with the flat front. To me, it's not signature quality but I'll certainly give it a go at night sometime. Congrats to those who love it!

🤔 I perceive the scent of strawberry 🍓🍬 candy with a peppery note. I get a hippy-like smokey patchouli undertone and the floral accord right in the heart of the formula. A blind buy for me & I like it! 😎 It doesn't project more than a long arm's length from what I can tell by myself and the patchouli is more muted. I looked up the batch date and this bottle is only 2 months 2 days old! Yes it's authentic & with the serial # etched into the glass on the back. Yes it smells like it belongs to a young teenager and should be worn by 13yr olds, but it really is nice for an EDT. Even with its quality ingredients, It truly doesn't last on my skin more than about an hour & its fruitiness fades fast but it stays sweet and spicy the whole time & for less than $20, I can afford to use it often. 🥰 6.5/10 Childlike scent profile but inexpensive & still very pleasant. Fades too fast like cologne.

Another successful blind buy! You simply can't go wrong with the House of Antonio Banderas! His fragrances are quality at an affordable price, Her Secret Temptation is no exception. A fruity floral that is sweet, but not overbearing. It encapsulates the wearer in a lovely scent bubble. Pink Pepper, mixed flowers, sugar cane, amber, and musk lead the way into an authentic olfactory experience. Longevity and silage are both great in this youthful, mood enhancer. To my nose, Her Secret Temptation is appropriate for a fun-loving woman at any age. Also, I believe it to be more suitable in colder weather--can't wait to try it in late fall, as the temperature in Chicago drops. I believe this to be a safe-blind buy for the easy going woman, who likes to have fun with her fragrances.

I got it as a gift. I was sceptical because I kind of gave up on drug store parfums but boy I was wrong. Her Secret Temptation is an aromatic sweet scent it is truly gorgeous. It is similar to Kenzo World Instense Woman EDP but the silage is more moderate.

This doesn't have any fruit note but i think this is the fruity sister of LVEB. Super sweet & good sillage i must say. The sugar and patchouli in it are very prominent. For the price point i am very happy!

Sweet fruitchouli; spun sugar, ripened berries, and sweet patchouli. Perfect for cool weather, projects strongly too.
