Spirit for Men

A nice cheapie! A smokey, slightly-sweet, spicy, green smell. To me, it smell like a flanker of the original Antonio Banderas. As if the green fir note made smokier & spicier with incense & cinnamon. I guess the green here comes from patchouli. Nonetheless, the green note disappears after the opening, you're left with a this charming smokey spicy smell of cinnamon & incense. It's a very light smell, very inoffensive despite being a spicy smell in essence. It's much milder than a lot of the sporty fragrances in the market. Performance-wise, the smell has a soft sillage. It's a skin scent, think D&G The One EDT, with a poor longevity of ~3 hours only! It's good that given the cheap price & the how mild it is, you can spray as much as you want. The bottle is amazing, too. The deep red with smooth sides is a beauty. Overall, a very good scent with very poor performance, a decent release from Antonio nonetheless.

The best inexpensive fragrance for men (and one of the best fragrances ever). Love it! The pyramid doesn't do it much justice and doesn't convey the real character of the scent. I don't find it particularly balsamic or spicy, and I hate incense in perfumes. Spirit is a well-blended masculine scent suitable for day and night, wearable in any season. It's neither too sweet, nor too fresh. It doesn't give off that "generic" vibe, like many cheap (and even many expensive) colognes do. On the contrary, it's a very distinctive scent. It smells very alluring and much more expensive than it is. I remember it being a big hit among young men when it was just released. And many girls loved it too. Now it's kinda forgotten, but true fans will never forget it :D

My husband got this as a gift and it is nice but too light and kinda blah on him however I love wearing this.. Soft but sweet, smokey and spicy. I'm not great at individual notes but I can detect the amber and cinnamon easily with the neroli, frankincense and a touch of patchouli backing them up.. Warm and comforting, I actually prefer this to the woman's version which I also have. Throw is low at skin to a couple inches only and lasts 4 hours on me. Easily passes as a woman's scent

This was my first ever purchase. And boy was it a good one! If this same DNA were to be remade, and had better performance, it would be a huge hit. I really think Ant should call the shot and remake this masterpiece, maybe pump it up a bit! Sweet with just a touch of spice, warm enough to get the blood pumping!

Love this one on my husband. This one gets me hot and bothered. guys, it has that affect on the ladies . make it a staple in your cologne wearing repertoir. Great for evening and date nights
