Prestige Honey

I think of Prestige Honey as a very inexpensive nod to Elie Saab Le Parfum, a much more elegant, superior, and challenging perfume than the former. But Prestige Honey is really pretty; it just makes me smile! I have both Elie Saab Le Parfum and Prestige Honey and I enjoy them both. While Elie Saab Le Parfum has a sharp, green note (from the orange blossom) that can be a bit overwhelming, all the edges of the orange blossom have been rounded off, so to speak, in Prestige Honey making it more wearable. Prestige Honey has a clean, almost shampooey note -- but not too much (I like "clean" smelling fragrances but don't like those that simply smell of shampoo) -- to go along with honey. It's a good perfume to wear very casually, going on errands, doing stuff around the house, or even to bed (it's cozy), and maybe is good for a person who doesn't like very strong fragrances. It has moderate sillage but, unfortunately, poor longevity (about 2 hours on my skin). For those who want something more powerful (but it's also more expensive), try Elie Saab Le Parfum. I also have Kim Kardashian Pure Honey -- and like it, too -- but it's more of a honey/beeswax and less orange blossom scent than Prestige Honey (and Elie Saab LP).

Another blind buy for me and another success! Very warm, sweet and fruity. A wonderful Autumn scent. Good staying power (about 6 hours) and moderate sillage. It quiets down a bit on the fruitiness after about half an hour, but not to the point where you feel you should re-apply. Very good for cold weather. Very happy I found a bottle!

Blind buy and I am happy with my purchase! I thought it would smell like pure honey but nope. On my skin smells like fresh flowers dipped in honey. I can’t stop smelling my wrist. I loved it and for 15 dlls I loved it even more.

Two words: skin scent. Prestige Honey is definitely warm, not sweet but mostly floral on my skin. If honey is in there, it isn’t decadent. For the price point, it’s a decent perfume but the performance leaves much to be desired. If you’re looking to buy this because the bottle is somewhat cute, save your money and get your honey elsewhere.

Bought this a few years back through Fragrance Net. Sheer blind buy. Reminded me of a frag I'd find at our local drugstore as a young beach girl in Southern California. Gave it to my local thrift store along with my other donation items...hope someone will enjoy it...

I can't pick out ANY specific notes in this fragrance. It smells like some industrial chemical and all the worst parts of a funeral home! This awful stench is neither fruity nor gourmand - not in the slightest! It burns my nose and is extremely offensive. Where did this go wrong? It's not *at all* what I'd hoped for! (I'd hoped to find a sweet, gourmand honey fragrance and thought this would be a fair blind buy; I was so wrong!) In hindsight, I wonder if I got a bad bottle!
