Whatever It Takes Pink

As a P!nk megafan, I had to try this when I saw it for sale online years ago. By now I've almost finished my second bottle! My bottle looks different than the bottle photographed here - mine is a glass cylinder with a gold cylinder decorarion on top and a T-shaped cap. This one has definite similarities to Dolly's Scent From Above body spray, but the basenotes are more of a chocolate/vanilla balance (as opposed to just vanilla), and it's got prominent spicy notes as well. By itself it has an edgy smokiness, softened by the vanilla and chocolate basenotes. I really like layering it as it plays really well with my other perfumes, spicing up the sweeter ones and adding nice desserty notes to more floral scents... Alone it gets 4.8 out of 5, but how well it plays with other scents earns it 5 out of 5 stars.

I would just like to say I fully believe that there is patchouli in this. I had it like 6 or 7 years ago and it was ok. I blind bought it from Marshalls because it was 15 bucks and I didn't think that it could've been bad because it had to be okayed by Pink. Anywho, is it a great perfume? No, it's a celebrity perfume from like 2012 lol. But if you do like the notes listed and are okay with patchouli because I firmly believe that there is patchouli in this fragrance then it would be worth the low price also it actually has very decent longevity and it's good for layering. I read someone else say that they had a different bottle than what is pictured here and I did as well. What brought this frag to my mind was seeing it for sale at Macy's. Which of course made me curious and enticed me jump down the rabbit hole of this perfume as well as the other fragrances that Apple beauty has made. I never knew George Clooney had a fragrance out until I did some looking LOL so that might be something worth checking out, the apple brand itself. I had never heard of it until now.

My bottle is the cylinder shaped one, with the black and hot pink cap. This is similar to Angel and AP Fatale Intense. Not 100% dupe, but similar. Top notes include Bergamot Jasmine, Pink Pepper and Tangerine with Plum Raspberry and White Flowers at its Heart with Basenotes of Benzoin Cedar Musk Sandalwood and Vanilla. I’m glad I grabbed it at Burlington.

I got this at Burlington coat factory for $10 not bad! But when I smelled it in the box I kinda liked it, a little bit too green for me but workable. Ohh boyyy I smelled this again, sprayed it on my skin and got a headache I get a resemblance to bug spray! Yes. I don't mean to be rude but if you want a more descriptive image here it goes.. It's like you put on your bug spray and then you go hiking and sweating half of the day, and then you run a cross a very woodsy area with lots of green plants breaking them as you go, that's what this smell like to me lots of green woodsy earthy unisex leaning more towards male side not pleasant at all I wouldn't even use this as a bathroom freshener.

Top Notes - Chocolate, Vanilla. Heart Notes - Caramel, Berries. Base Notes - Honey, Bergamot I think Fragrantica has the wrong notes listed. I posted the ones listed on the manufactures website as well as Amazon. Which, surprisingly, have this listed at $29.99 and people are buying. And giving great reviews. This was a scrubber. I don't know what 409 bathroom cleaner smells like offhand, but I agree with the reviewer below. This smells like a cleaner of some sort. The bergamot is definitely a base note and it takes over. I never even smelled the other supposed notes. Why do the stinkers last so long? I could only fantasize about La Vie Est Belle Intense lasting like this. I'd never need another bottle. I got this one for $.70 at a bin sale, and now it's going in my garbage bin.

I actually like it... a lot... But let me tell you, it wasn't love at first sniff. I hated it at first, but after I tried it for the second time it really blew me away. I get lots of deep herbal honey, slightly burnt. Caramel, yes, lots of it, but not sweet caramel. Burnt brown sugar. Dark bitter chocolate. I also get woody notes and patchouli (but they are not listed). Unisex. Longevity and projection are out of this world. Lasts all day (and night). Lasts for months on sweaters and coats. I wish all of my perfumes had this type of performance. I get zero citrus, berry notes. It does not smell like a cleaning product to me. It smells like a gorgeous and weird niche fragrance. Reminds me of Angel by Mugler and Angel copy cat perfumes. It's in that family, but not a dupe. Noir de Noir by Tom Ford, but without rose notes. Earthy and chocolaty. I found it on sale, $9 for a gift set with lotion and shower gel (TJMax). Shower gel and lotion had no scent for some reason, like tap water. Probably manufacturing defect.

Blind bought @Burlington. Yes, yes and YES! This is very interesting, and the notes seem to harmonize. It's sweet but refreshing and soft. You get sillage as well. It's a creamy, woody, sweet, minimally powdery mix with berry. That pink pepper is ever so slight. I'd say it's perfect for the fall weather ahead. I'm happy as hell about this purchase. Very dope, Pink! I, too, have the cylindrical bottle with T shaped cap. I have no idea what Angel smells like. Does go grassy at the drydown, but this takes you on an adventure. I'm not sure if the notes listed here are accurate. Update: turned my stomach, couldn't do it.

The bottle I have is different from above ( cylinder with gold detailing) ...CUTEST bottle ever! The smell is a light sweetness but still warm....like a smoky airy cotton candy. I like it!
