Pink Sugar Berry Blast

Sugary sweet, fruity, bright, warm, creamy, yummy, feminine, flirty, tempting, playful, fun, whimsical, charming, cheerful, uplifting, nostalgic, A sugary sweet berry cotton candy scent, and I love it! It’s blended well just like the OG, but the notes that I pick up on the most prominently are the cotton candy, blueberry, blackberry, caramel, and vanilla. I do get occasional subtle whiffs of the other notes, and the cedar and moss help to ground the overall scent. It’s such a pretty, flirty, and playful sweet scent! Just like the OG Pink Sugar, Berry Blast brings nostalgic memories of going to my local fair, which I have always loved. I’ve always found Berry Blast to be quite similar to the OG Pink Sugar. The only differences that I really pick up on are that Berry Blast is a more blueberry and blackberry forward cotton candy scent without the licorice accord. So, if you mostly enjoy Pink Sugar, but don’t overly enjoy that licorice scent, then you would probably really like this one. In comparison to the other 3 Pink Sugar fragrances that I own, here’s how Berry Blast compares... 🍭Pink Sugar - sugary sweet cotton candy! Probably the sweetest of the 4 I own. 🫐Pink Sugar Berry Blast - very similar to the OG, but without any licorice, and with additional berry notes like blueberry and blackberry. It’s like a berry scented cotton candy. 🍬Pink Sugar Sensual - not as cotton candy scented as the previous 2, but still a beautifully sweet, and rather unique scent. It’s still sweet and fruity, but also has a unique floral scent from the Tiare flower, orange blossom, and jasmine. It’s not quite as sweet as the previous 2, but it’s pretty close. It’s also not quite as youthful feeling, but a little more elevated. ✨Gold Sugar - my favorite of the line followed closely by the OG. This one is also quite sweet, but not quite as sweet as the OG, and not as youthful feeling either. It’s a delectable, sweet, warm, creamy, and sensual scent with some citrus, florals (orange blossom and neroli), gourmand notes, and some sandalwood and musk to ground it. It’s not quite actually does have a very golden feel to it, and is rather different from the OG. I can see why it’s considered Good Sugar because of its sweetness and the golden feel that it gives off. Even though Berry Blast is just about as sweet as Pink Sugar, I still find it fitting for women of pretty much any age as long as they enjoy sweet fragrances. I personally enjoy wearing this the most during the spring and summer, but I wouldn’t count it out completely for fall and winter too. I think it’s most suitable for casual and fun occasions. The longevity is very good, it lasts throughout the majority of the day on me. The projection is good too, it radiates out about a few feet from me. Considering how amazing this smells, the great performance I get with it, that I only need a few sprays, and because of its very reasonable price point I consider it to be an excellent value.

I get blueberry confectionary dusted in soft icy sugar and berry jam. A hint of light, crystal clear sweet vanilla, not the cloying, creamy kind. Barely any cherry or even cork. Candy in cool-toned blue colors and white comes to mind. It's less edgy than the original Pink Sugar, lacking her violent punch of liquorice, burnt sugar, and fig leaf (which I learned to adore; on my skin, the hefty opening of the OG evolves into a syrupy, creamy pastry fragrance with a nuclear performance and sillage; my most reliable compliment getter). Her sister Berry Blast, while unabashadly SWEET (yes, sweet in capital letters), is more agreeable and a whole lot softer. Mostly one-dimensional before the clear, translucent blue candy turns slightly more milky. For me, Berry Blast is between "love" and "like". It used to be an "ok", but after having neglected it in the past two years, I recently rediscovered this little cheapie jem. has become deeper and more pastry-like over time, which is a big, fat plus in my book. The first time I wore it after my rediscovery, the receptionist at my dentist's interrupted me with an enthusiastic "You smell SO amazing!!". I was surprised as the room was dense with the characteristic odours of dentistry. --------------- [A few words in the defense of the Pink Sugar line] tldr; if you want to get laid, pick a simple and sweet scent. The affordable Pink Sugar line is overall solid and outperforms most expensive niche or designer counterparts. They stay, whether you like it or not. These perfumes do NOT harmonize with every skin, though; they can be picky when it comes to choosing their wearer. They're not supposed to be sophisticated or exquisite by any means. But when they work, it's gourmand magic all day and all night long. I reckon that Berry Blast is the most forgiving among the Pink Sugar sisters. My favorites are the OG and Red Velvet (pure buttery strawberry cream cake goodness), primarily because they get me the most flattering compliments left and right, from men and women, the old and the young. I feel kind of betrayed as my significantly more costly and more complex fragrances often go unnoticed or uncommented. But our sense of smell (olfaction) happens to be the oldest and the most primitive one; unlike the other senses, its path is not interconnected with the thalamus, thus requires less cognitive processing to be perceived. Being primordial, it's directly connected with the brain, and more specifically with the areas that are associated with emotions and memory. Long story short: If you want to get laid, don't reach for the complex, multidimensional niche perfumes. These are for your own enjoyment. Go for the simple, sweet ones. The olfactory sensory organs are primitive af.

Fun, nostalgic and flirtatious. This one really surprised me. Berry Blast starts out with a mouthwatering concoction of sweet blueberries and the signature Pink Sugar cotton candy note. The cloud around me smells extremely sweet and flirty, whereas, on the wrist, this smells like delicious blueberry bubblegum & oodles of licorice. I know licorice isn't stated in the notes, but that is what my partner and I picked up on. Maybe it's the cork and woody notes? I'm not sure. All I know is that we both said it smelt like licorice. Speaking of partners, mine went a little crazy for this scent. He was leaning into me and said "Wow, you smell so good!" and started nuzzling and snuffling my neck like a damn pig looking for a truffle. Weirdo. Good thing I love him. Once upon a time when I was a nipper, my parents took me to Florida. I was a tiny little thing and was too small to ride Dueling Dragons at Universal Studios. I cried my heart out and was completely inconsolable until my dear mama rushed over to the sweetie stand and bought me the tastiest, fluffiest stick of blue cotton candy. It didn't heal my broken heart from not being able to ride the roller coaster, but it did taste damn delicious. This perfume smells just like that cotton candy. Isn't it funny how scents can evoke such memories? While this does smell similar to Pink Sugar, I think it's different enough to have both in your collection. I actually don't know which one I prefer. This one is definitely fun and a feel-good scent though. I purchased this for less than £15 at Allbeauty for my UK friends and I think that price is fantastic for the huuuuge bottle I got. This is definitely an easy reach for when I want to feel unapologetically feminine or when I need a little boost (or compliments) and I think it'll smell beautiful in early summer. This is a happy, carefree fragrance. Denim jacket and white sneakers at the funfair. I love it!

Sweet, bright, juicy, happy, fun, fruity, fresh, fluffy, warm, and delicious. This is super good, it’s even better than I’d expected it would be! This has the original Pink Sugar dna and is still similar to it, but it also has its own unique twist! It’s still very much a sugary sweet cotton candy smell to me, but it’s a more fruity version. I really pick up on the fresh, juicy, and fruity blueberry and blackberry notes with the sugary, sweet, and fluffy cotton candy. The base notes of caramel, vanilla, and tonka bean add a warm and creamy sweetness that becomes more prominent on the dry down. Overall, I really love this flanker! To me it smells like a deliciously sweet berry cotton candy! I’m a big fan of Pink Sugar and its flankers! I have the original Pink Sugar, Pink Sugar Sensual, Gold Sugar, and now the Pink Sugar Berry Blast. I find Berry Blast to be the most similar to the original. I really love all 4 and consider them to be pretty equal in how good they are. It would be really difficult to choose a favorite. I get really great performance with Pink Sugar Berry Blast. The longevity is super good, it lasts throughout the the entire day and I can still smell it the next morning. The projection is really nice too, it radiates out at least a few feet from me. I blind purchased this. I sprayed a squirt on each wrist and wasn't impressed at all. There was that liquorice note again, and nor really anything else, it was basically Pink Sugar with a touch of Black Sugar...Hold on, it gets positive, I promise. I thought I'll sell it. Had a shower that evening and didn't really want to waste spraying one of my expensive perfumes so close to bedtime, so I completely doused myself intensely with Berry Blast. I'm so glad I did, because that was when I fell in love with it. This is not a perfume that you go easy and light with. I sprayed it all over and suddenly, on the dry down, out popped the Berry notes, and this is now my 2nd favourite flanker, the first being the retired Gold Sugar. I don't get the cherry or strawberry notes in this though, the orange is there, but you really have to concentrate hard to detect it, as it's very hidden. But the dry down of subtle fruity berries smells amazing. It also very strong and long lasting and I love spritzing it in my hair too. The silage is very good. If you like Pink Sugar, you can't dislike this. If you hate the licorice in Pink Sugar, then you won't like this. I have my moments with the OG Pink Sugar, I loved it then went off it, and I continue to like and dislike it. But Berry Blast eventually goes beyond the licorice note. I've been wearing this daily for a few weeks now and am not tiring of it.

the original pink sugar is definitely stronger than the berry blast version and also projects better alongside this- i also think pink sugar lasts a bit longer. however i don't personally own the original pink sugar i have a friend who does and you can always smell it on her even after a couple of hours- pink sugar original also has a lingering scent. berry blast is definitely very similar to pink sugar: sweet, vanilla, caramel. however it does have a slightly sour and tangy smell you definitely smell the cherry after a few minutes along side the berries. either or both the original and berry blast r very similar one is just sweeter than the other in my opinion. definitely a girlypop fragrance! (would be great layered with white musk.. or like a lychee smell- even rose!) controversially, the scent at first can smell like a balm (ie vicks or tiger) and eventually some might say the scent smells like BO if you don’t top it up.

the smell is sweet, with quite a lot of deepnes unfolding. some say they smell plastic, i dont. its a bit fruity, but the candy sweet notes are certainly overtaking the fruityness. when you get to the basenotes it gets pretty spicy in my opinion. you can definitly make it your significant smell- its iconic and memorable. i once caught a girl from my class getting closer to get a whiff. my friend described it as "i mean your current perfume are definitly sweet". my mom recognizes the cherry note first. on the body it lasts for the whole day, but its clings more significantly to the clothes. the projection isnt crazy though (sitting next to the wearer, it doesnt fill up the room or anything like that). theres one con. after i put the sprayed clothes back in the warrobe the smell evolves a bit. when i open the wardrobe filled with sprayed clothes, the smell is pungent and more spicy than sweet.

I ordered the Berry Blast hair mist. I haven't tried the EDT itself, so I'm only commenting on the hair mist: This is very pleasant! Soft and delicate blue cotton candy with a touch of vanilla. The berries are there, yes, but instead of being obvious berries I'd say they just give a 'blue vibe' to the scent. Blue cotton candy is the best way to describe it. The hair mist has added UV protection in it! This information is written only on the bottle - nowhere online - which is baffling as it's such a good selling point! (It's not that easy to find hair mists with UV protection, let alone ones that smell good!) Berry Blast hair mist is definitely BACKUP BOTTLE worthy! This can be easily worn with other perfumes, so it's great for layering too ~ spray this in your hair and something else on your neck. Very happy with this purchase! (Or shall I say; "Berry happy") 😉

I like Pink Sugar, but the flankers are so much better. Berry Blast smells like blueberry and blue raspberry cotton candy. You do get the Pink Sugar DNA in this, but the added berries make it so much better. It does not have a stronger licorice and slighty burnt smell like the original one has. The longevity is not the best (2-3 hours), but I got this for around $18, so I'm not complaining. The drydown of Berry Blast smells like a warm blueberry cupcake, the same way the drydown of Pink Sugar Red Velvet gives me creamy vanilla cupcake vibes. I would recommend getting this instead of the original one if you like the scent of slighty sour cherries and blueberry cotton candy. Get Pink Sugar Red Velvet if you like strawberries and cream. Get the original Pink Sugar if you want a straight up sugary vanilla, caramel and slighty spicy licorice scent.

WOW this is sooooo delicious! It opens up with a bunch of berries, specifically I get a very sweet and delicious blueberry, then I get cotton candy, the blue type and some liquorice and more fruits and then it dries down to a beautiful cotton candy, vanilla, blueberry, powdered sugar scent. It's so gorgeous I love it. It made me reorder the original pink sugar because I had tried it once and did not like it but I thought if I love berry blast so much then maybe the pink sugar DNA has grown on me because I found myself wanting more of the liquorice and the strength of the OG pink sugar because of how much I loved this, I wanted the extra kick so I ordered the OG! I think they will layer beautifully. This has moderate lasting power and sillage, I will update you guys on the OG pink sugar and how they compare!

This is a very very gorgeous scent. Its superior to the OG. There is definitely a strong wiff of cherries and berries. Mainly blueberries, blackberries and tart cherries. That citrus element also adds to a sort of mischievous tartness. It mellows our to a softer cotton candy with a very sweet cherry and strawberry scent. I can DEFINITELY sense that vanilla and tonka bean DNA in there. That oakmoss and earthy notes really do make this fragrance pop. It reminds me of sugar plum fairies. Its totally beautiful, sweet, fresh and I think its a really unique scent! I get fresh berries, cherries, fairy floss, delicate dewy/earthyness and mischievous spice! Its like being at an outdoor carnival and the smell of sweet fairy floss and candies mix in with the mossy, dewy and spicy earth. 7/10

I adore it! It doesn't really have that burnt spicy smell a lot of people dislike in the original. I can see why some people wouldn't wanna have both Berry Blast and the original, buuuut as similar as they are they're different enough that they do something different for me. Pink Sugar is obviously very sugary and like cotton candy, while it's the same with this one as you can tell by the name it's more fruity, it's like Pink Sugar with blueberry and a hint of candied sour cherry. I'd say this one is more like candies than straight up sugar so it has that separating it from the original. Give it a try, especially if you like Pink Sugar, want something similar but different, or can't wait out those warm spicy top notes in the original.

This is my favourite pink sugar out of all of them! And I have tried all of the pink sugar flankers.🍬 This is similar to the original and still shares the same pink sugar OG dna, but this one is much smoother and creamier. It has no liquorice and it also doesn’t have that burnt sugar note that the OG has. This is like the original pink sugar turned into a scrumptious blueberry muffin! It really smells like blueberry muffins to me topped with a thick creamy caramel icing. Yummy! 🫐🧁😋 If you love the original then you will also most likely love this one too. It lasts very well on me and it gets me so many compliments. If you want to smell like a delicious blueberry muffin dessert then grab this berry blast version!

Delicious! Smells just like Pink Sugar but slightly more fruity. I pick up on the blueberry and cherry notes. The other fruits are kinda just a vague berry scent to my nose. It lacks that licorice note that the og has but still has its cotton candy base. I finished Pink Sugar last year and bought this as a replacement and so happy I went with Berry Blast this time. Compared to Red Velvet I like this way more. It also lasts longer than RV on me. With the original PS I get over 7 hours of wear time. Red Velvet gives me about 4-5h and Berry Blast lasts about the same as og PS. Projection is great on all of them! If you’re someone who loves the original PS dna you’ll likely enjoy Berry Blast!

On my skin this smells simply as sweet artificial berries.....and I love it!! After some time you do get that og Pink Sugar spicy vanilla smell (but not as overpowering as the og) to accompany the artificial berries. It's a simple, juicy although a bit juvenile sweet scent. I personally maybe don't see it in an office setting but I also don't think it could be "offensive" to anyone's nose, just more of a fun and playful scent! Probably not for you if you want something more complex, deep or mature but if you just want to smell like juicy sweet berries definitely go for it, especially considering how the price is really good on all Pink Sugar perfumes!

Blue Cotton candy. Emphasis on the berries blueberry & blackberry. Very similar to the original pink sugar. If you have that you don't need this, but as a collector I had to have this. Its heavy on the berries then dries down into the original pink sugar dna. Not much difference besides the top notes tbh. I feel like the original lasts a little longer so this would be 3rd place behind Creamy sunshine because that one offers more variety. This is pretty much pink sugar with added berries. I like it. I would like to see this line do a chocolate fragrance! 7/10 - Great for collectors or layering with pink sugar or wearing by itself.

This is very light. It's nice but I'm hoping it gets stronger in cooler weather. I like it a lot almost love it, I just want to smell it more. I have post COVID nose still so I can't smell as well as I used to, unfortunately I don't get the full effect because of that. As it sits on my skin it is getting stronger and the notes are developing. It's a cleaner version of pink sugar. I actually like this more than pink sugar. It's highly addictive! Oh gosh I can't get enough! I want my nose back so I can get the fullness of this beauty!

"Pink Sugar Berry Blast" is ma FAVE flanker! Will FOREVA have a bottle in ma collection! I'm on ma first bottle! It's almost gone! I layered "Sweetheart Cherry" lotion and spray! Wit "Pink Sugar Berry Blast"! I could smell ma self! I smelled like blue cotton candy! Like a sugar bomb! "Sweetheart Cherry" & "Pink Sugar Berry Blast"! Both have cherry notes! Which is why I layered both! I LOVE when a scent combo I think of! Works out fa me! 10/10! I hope y'all dolls try it too!🤭💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

For me, it's a YES! I get very sweet, cotton candy, blackberry, red berries, cork and caramel initially; then this develops into a sweet, slight tonka bean, cotton candy and blackberry perfume. The way the blackberry note performs here makes this register as edible, fluffy "cotton candy" to the brain. I've had this on for 4 hours and STILL smell it. The Pink Sugar DNA is detectable, but this is better IMO if you truly want a straight up cotton candy fragrance!

Sugary sweet, comforting cotton candy at its finest! It opens with a syrupy sweet maraschino cherry/blueberry/blue raspberry candy and settles into a deliciously soft, fluffy, cotton candy with hints of sweet vanilla and caramel. I love the original Pink Sugar but find that this version is a bit softer and fruitier, with none of the sharp burnt sugar note present in the original. This is a favorite of mine, so much so that I picked up a backup!
