Arabian Knight Silver

PSA: Don't be a dumbass and blind-buy a freshie if you don't like freshies and then blame the fragrance because it doesn't work for you after making a stupid mistake. Average projection, sillage, and longevity. There is a decent chance you'll go relatively nose-blind to this initially but trust me it's still there. I've had this (and the og) for a few years and if you want a mass-appealing freshie with a touch of middle-eastern style...this is a good one. I wore it again last night over dinner with a friend who also happens to be into fragrances though not nearly as obsessed as most of us are. She asked if it was a Xerjoff because she knows I have quite a few of those and also because it smelled very fresh, clean, and she loves the brand. I get what she meant means though. Italian perfumery is king when it comes to fresh/clean. My point is this is a nice fragrance and great for warm-weather or whenever you feel like it. Worth sampling the original and the Silver if you enjoy Arabian Oud.

Ok so after having this on my list for over a 9 months, I finally decided to pull the trigger & get this. If you want to know what this smells like, it smells like Layton mixed with Dylan Blue. Literally nothing else, not Sauvage, not Perceval & definitely not Bleu De Chanel. 100% Layton & Dylan Blue. I would say the ratio is about 65% Layton & 35% Dylan Blue. This literally got me a compliment the first time I wore it, so there’s that. Oh & also this last about 10 and a half-ish hours on my skin before disappearing completely disappearing. I felt like this didn’t project as much as people said but when my body started to heat up I could feel it singing on my skin. The sillage this leaves is insane, I walked into a bathroom at work, left & sat back down at my desk & a buddy of mine told me he smelled my permeating the bathroom. He asked for the name, I gave it to him, yada yada yada. Point is this stuff is good, I suggest getting a decant if you can.

I sprayed this on a tester card a while back which I took home with me. At first, it smelled like a generic citrus/woody/patchouli combination. A fresher Layton. I then found the strip lying around in my room a week later. Smelled it, and it was completely different. It was the most intoxicating amber-y musk ever. Like a different fragrance. That dry down it left smelled like something I'd smell in Saudi or Dubai, a very strong musk. With dome hints of rose, amber and vanilla I bought a full bottle promptly after, and it does the same thing on skin. Smells great (but generic) for an hour then transforms into a lovely rich musk. Whereas laytons dry down is a fairly boring green vanilla, this is alot more exciting and stronger. The dry down stays for a whole day! Starts off western and ends oriental!

Arabian Knight Silver is one of those fragrances that made me go "meh" and "I have to have it in my essentials pack". Here's the thing, it's a nice fragrance but don't expect it to win any awards. The smell is quite mass-appealing and really easy to wear anytime of the year. What I do want to point out tho, is the longevity on this one. Spray it on your clothes and you can still smell it after a week. The smell lingers for so long, that it had accidentally become my signature scent. Neighbours and family have told me they know I had been in the elevator whenever I wear it. I do cycle between my fragrances but only this one gets recognized out of everything. Over the years, I have grown quite fond of it and kept getting new bottles everytime I run out.

Omg some of these reviews are wild. This is not layton. Sauvage...cmon man not in the same hemisphere, in fact the ambroxan mentions make me wonder if these people have actually tried this fragrance. No ambroxan here at all. Definitely fresh and blue with a masculine kick, a lil powdery and little hints of warm Layton sprinkled about. I get plenty of geranium, sandal, musk and amber. This doesn't transform into a boring vanila scent, the vanilla is just there to add a very slight amount of sweetness. This smells fantastic and there is nothing remotely challenging here. Decent projection with great longevity and versatile enough to wear with any occasion. I can't stop wearing this, may sell off the rest of my collection. Instant love 9.9 Whiffs

I find this fragrance to be quite interesting and bizzare. AKS is definitely a blue frag through and through. But it isn't typical blue. Its more middle eastern style blue, with subtle nuances of Rochas L'Homme. If you smelled Rocha L'Homme and AKS side by side. You'll notice there's a bit of a dirty fruit with powdery smell linking them together. This is slightly off-putting but somehow alluring. Overall this is a solid a** frag, while bringing in a different interpretation to introduce middle eastern blue. Definitely different from your standards and you will stand out. P.S. this is sweet, sweet, so be mindful of environments and quantity of sprays.

On the first try, I really got that Sauvage & Dylan Blue similarity & it's almost redundant if you already have those fragrances. But upon further wear, I think this frag can standout on its own. And I didn't get that Layton scent that few mentioned. On this fragrance alone, it is an amazing & unique scent IMO. Fresh aromatic citrusy scent opening, not cloying at all and went into aromatic vanilla musky realm in the drydown. If I have to choose only ONE fresh @ blue frag for life from all those popular designers, I will choose Arabian Knight Silver. Definitely in my Top10 list now. Just beautiful!

first spray out off the bottle and i got my nose paralyzed by the ambroxan and could only smell geranium and the powerful ambrox base, after a day i noticed that the scent change a bit now its a more smooth silky experience, so i went from thinking this is a load off crapp to "wow they really made a crowd banger" You get nuances off Apple and patchouli and a very nice cashmere Muskiness, i only get a faint vanilla playing hide and seek in the base. It has all the parts off a compliment magnet, and still it gets deep and changing and evolving enough during a wear to satisfy the niche itch

This is amazing, it smells like a twist on hard candy & Layton. I was trying to find a frag similar to HC for a while, I bought ultra male, and it did not even come close. This however I purchased because of the similarities with Dylan blue, didn't expect it to smell like this. Edit: So, I tested HC and this on skin and they do have differences, AK is not as sweet and dries down to more of a spicy/Layton type smell, while HC dries down to a powdery strawberry/vanilla. I've tried Loki from ATH and this is basically identical to it just a lighter version. Scent: 9/10 Performance: 8.5/10

So having had this fragrance for months now I've figured it out properly.This is an Arabian answer to a blue western fragrance with a polite projection but great sillage and longevity particularly on clothes.The Sandalwood Amber Vanilla Musk and Patchouli,juxtaposed against the very fruity Bergamot and Geranium make this a great signature scent with a unique touch.This can project well and strongly but it needs heat to activate properly.

Its price in Egypt and KSA is much more reasonable than in Germany or Europe in general. In Egypt it costs around 1400 EGP. Thus I think it is a good value in the middle east. It reminds me of pdm Layton. There is like 80-90% similarity imho. I love both fragrances. Performance wise, both fragrances are great. Price wise, Arabian Knight silver is better value.

Came to the arabian oud store to try amiri and this. Came out with knight silver. It's their take on a blue genre. If you love BDC parfum especially, you will definitely love this. Oriental blue. But not your typical shower gel blue, it is unique enough,similar ballpark to prada luna Rossa ocean but without the performance issue. Blind buy worthy.

At first I'm not a fan of this perfume, but believe me just give the perfume time and it will impress you. At the beginning this perfume is quite nauseatic for my nose but after a while its a daily driver man. My advice is don't smell this perfume when your stomach is empty or while you are fasting cause it could lead to the nauseous reaction 😅

I wrote a review about Arabian Knight Gold and they both are so similar it's redundant to own both. Very fresh clean masculine barbershop vibe. Great performance and compliment getter. You can buy either one and be happy with your purchase but I would only buy one because I made the mistake for you and own both.

This is the best blue versatility fragrance on the market currently beautiful stuff.Opens super fresh but substantial then retains the freshness of the citric luminous yet herbal sweet earthy opening.Whilst becoming warmer silkier and heavier yet never choking its magical

Truly fantastic fragrance this will always be a staple in my collection along with Cedrat Boise Intense.This replaces every Blue fragrance for me I wish they had a 200ml as its just that good.Has great lasting power sneaky persistent projection and huge sillage.

A more premium & elegant version of a "blue" fragrance. More mass appealing than the original Arabian Knight with better sillage and longevity. Can be an everyday fragrance and be worn at any time. Love it.

Perfect for daily use.(except summer season). Smooth, elegant. You can Blind buy it if your into Middle Eastern perfumes. If not this won’t change your mind.

A rather cheap offering from the brand if you can get it at a 40% discount, as I did. The presentation is modest compared to the likes of Sultani, Kashmir Musk, etc. The same goes for the bottle's build quality. I've received a rather old bottle (September 2024). Longevity and projection seem moderate. Positive sides: Versatile and inoffensive. A very nice blue shower gel type of smell. Very masculine. Easy blind buy. There is nothing Middle Eastern about this. Negative sides: Designer-like vibes and quality. Not worth the full retail price tag. Go for it if you can get this for $80 or less.

Super easy everywhere frag. Fresh sweet soft musky vanilla. Mass appealing. Nothing super standout or groundbreaking, but it fits everywhere all the time. If you can’t smell it or think it’s weak, go for a walk. It’s there for hours. This stuff leaves a definite trail everywhere you go. Overall, it’s a nice younger man’s perfume. You definitely won’t smell like all the bleu-sers out there.

It's a kind of perfume that does it all but not best at anything, and that's the kind of reason it is made for. All season, any reason, day and night, office and party; you can use it anywhere. Good performance around 4 to 6 hours in tropical counties with moderate projection.

Very elegant scent that screams quality. Sticky and a bit sweeter and at the same time uplifting fresh. I would suggest to all fellow perfume enthusiast to let it macerate. I get very good projection and longevity after I had let it sit for 2 months.

It's an all weather perfume. A very great house but sadly to me doesn't work really well on my clothes and skin. Maybe I got a really bad one. Very sad and disappointed. Wanted it to work wonders but it didn't.

citrusy woody and amber little bit floral , when you spray it let it for 10s , after that it's gonna be liner , very masculine and strong 8.75/10

I may be the only one here but I find this to be a formal fragrance. Nothing summery about it at all, it is not a crowd pleaser. The main downside here is the performance though - it's noticeable for like 1,5 hours and then becomes intimate. But I feel like it's got a little better after few months. I probably won't buy this again.

I tried both this and the brown bottle together. They smell very similar. I would prefer the other bottle instead. It felt more masculine. To be honest, when I first smelled it, it reminded me of PdM Percival, a perfume I use, but I can't say it's very similar.

Opens sweeter than the original but the dry down is exactly the same. I don't get quite the same longevity but, regardless, it's highly versatile and appropriate for any time or occasion. Another winner from this house!

Of all the arabian oud perfumes I have,this is the weakest.It smell nice but but in my skin zero projection and sillage.Zero.It isreally not worth the.price I wanted to try the OG but now very hesitant.

This is somehow a weird fragrance. It smells better in cooler weather. I guess there's too much cashmeran in it which makes it a bit dirty or off putting. I'm regretting buying it.

I paid close to 200$ with tax and shipping for this off fragbuy and when I tell you this is one of the only times I felt genuinely ripped off of a fragrance. The fact this is almost 200$ just really boggles my mind. It’s a decent freshy don’t get me wrong, but absolutely nothing unique about it to make it 200$. For some reason I get sauvage vibes, but no disrespect even with all the hate in sauvage in the fragrance community it still makes this fragrance look like a child compared to it lol. There are 100s of freshies that cost half of this and do a better job. It’s not a bad scent but neither is it any special. If you want a good freshy from Arabian oud get Diwan, sultani or Amiri.. they are much more unique and cost the same amount. I’ve been literally trying to sell my bottle for 100$ on my local marketplace city group, people literally come to my door to smell what I’m selling and everyone who smelled this just isn’t interested in buying it. DONT make the mistake I did 😭 cause if you don’t like it, you won’t have ANY luck selling it.

Wore this and its kinda weird to me. Everyone says its a monster but its very faint on me. Yesterday I took my shirt off after applying and when I put it back on I could smell it very well for a short period and boom, almost gone. Could I be going nose blind right away because the ambroxian? Same thing happened with Amiri, I got amazing wafts from the sillage for an hour then it was very faint after. Both gave me low key headaches. I purchased from Jomashop and both are authentic. Stinks cause it smells great but if I can't smell it after 30min- 1 hour whats the point, I wear fragrances for myself so this would defeat the purpose.

Never tested Versace Dylan blue but as I was wanting a gym dumb reach fragrance I thought I’d get it as it seemed safe. This reminds me a lot of Dylan blue. The one thing that stood apart was geranium in the opening but when it dried within the first 45 min that took a backseat. Performance is about the same. Dylan blue is $66 to Your door for a 200ml on the grey market. When this is on sale it’s $140 for a 100ml on eBay. I don’t know guys. Ambroxian is ambroxian.

Idk am i getting nose blind or what, the longetivity is very low, its only stand for max 20minutes and it will be gone, not gonna lie, its smells good but whats the point of it if its only last for 20mnts, definitely not worth the price at all

I bought this from Arabian Oud boutique store in Bahrain. The opening note smells quite nauseating to me, very synthetic like a Ambroxan bomb. The rest was meh....

Same experience with Salohcin, bad longevity last like an hour or 2 max and projects for the first 45 minutes. Better off buying a designer lol

On a recent trip to the UAE I splurged a bit on Arabian fragrances. I love the house of Arabian Oud and got the OG Arabian Knight, this silver one, and Kalemat - and love all of them. Since then I've worn AK Silver to the office a handful of times and every time I was impressed by how strong it is – to the point that I was getting concerned it was too much for my co workers, even if I only put 2 sprays on. AK Silver is a beast. That said, Silver takes the scent of the OG – which it smells very similar to in the dry down – and adds a huge dose of blue freshness. Throughout the day I get the same spicy warm Layton-like scent of Arabian Knight but with a spicy fresh blue hint. I love it for spring and summer but am now very careful to only apply 1 or 1.5 sprays. The OG I wear during fall and winter. Overall, big recommendation, especially if you get it on one of the frequent sales.

Just picked up a bottle whilst on my lunch break (50% discount). First impressions it reminds me of YSL Y, though the opening is not as punchy fresh. Gives me a mild headache at the beginning. The dry down is now taking place and the scent profile is changing to a warmer amber smell. Let see how long it lasts, prefer the dry down to initial opening. Stay tuned.

Just applied this. It certainly doesn't smell bad, actually smells pretty awesome. I just expected a little bit more from it. Seems to have that YSL Y vibe. Hopefully it will have a little more performance, because currently it seems very faint. Hopefully I'll remember to edit this review after I better experience the fragrance.

I personally disagree with the comparisons to sauvage and layton, this is it complete own fragrance. It is a blue vanilla which is kinda different from most “blue” scents and I enjoy it, I don’t think it’s anything crazy special but it gets lots of compliments very much crowd pleasing. Longevity and projection are ok

It’s very good. You have to wear it a few times to really appreciate it. It is NOT a blue fragrance. There is no ambroxan AO is using the cashmere in the same way. This stuff opens strong and spicy but the drydown is super nice and where the amber and vanilla really pushes through. 8.5/10

Just got this one. I fell in love with the test strip and it lasted days on papers. I would even say it was perfect. When I put in on my skin its totally different. Doesnt last long, maybe i got a bad batch. Scent: 9/10 Longevity: 4/10 Sillage: 7/10

This has the original DNA with a freshness surrounding it. It is every bit as wonderful as the original. Would it be redundant to own both? Not to me but I can see others thinking so. The added freshness is worth it in my opinion.

Amber and Geranium, very nice and appealing smell, I grabbed it at the first sniff. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long, and the sillage is bad unlike the most Arabian Oud fragrances which are very long lasting.

SMOOTH and 40+ hour performance. This stuff is ridiculous. Not exactly my style but it's incredible and lasts FOREVER. Definitely recommend trying it.

Smells like a mix of. Sauvage and layton. But it's very linear I kinda like it but sultani is better

This is a fresh spicyness of Dior suavage and the depth of eastern Fragrances with vanilla base.
